Do you feel like you are getting enough nutrients that will keep you healthy as you age? Also does eating require lots of time…prep and eating…is it difficult to stay busy and eat enough?
Yes, I feel like I’m getting enough nutrients. As a vegetarian, it seems like I have to do a little extra work/research when figuring out what to eat. But it hasn’t been terrible. No excessive meal preps or planning. I just started to build on the food items that work. High protein, low carb, and low sugar. From there, I have fun with what I eat by mixing and matching foods. My annual bloodwork has been great since the surgery too.🥳 So the little bit of research and listening to my body is working….along with the daily supplements!
