It's pretty interesting to see what American women do. I grew up in a war zone where the only certainty was going hungry. Our family of 7 lived without electricity, running water, just a bamboo hut with a grass roof and dirt floor. If my father had work, it was $6/day. We didn't even have shoes as children. Other Americans may look at car life as extreme poverty because they don't have any idea how rich they are compared to most of the world. But compared to how I grew up you are fabulously wealthy.
Hi Amy, thanks for watching and for your comment. Those sound like difficult conditions that you grew up in and it sounds like your father is a rock star to have worked so hard for you guys. I do feel blessed and certainly wealthy in soul in this lifestyle. Best wishes to you.
I work remotely, but it's a call center type job with back to back calls. I would LOVE to continue working remotely, but I NEED something that isn't call center-ish
Great vid and Hi from the UK! The reason most people use any higher than 1kWh power station is only to power kettles / toasters / microwaves and air fryers that all need so much power. Jackery do have 200W panels now too. Keep the great content coming! 😁😁
Thanks for watching Chris! And hello from over seas! I did not know that Jackery makes a 200W solar panel now. I need one of those! :-) Thanks for sharing that info.
I discovered you through Bob Wells' channel and I'm so glad I did! I've learned so much from you about being a full time nomad. Thank you for sharing your life and your experience!
One of your videos popped up on my feed and I thought I would watch your car camping tour. Your bubbly personality and positive attitude got me hooked. I watched more of your videos and decided it was worth subscribing to. You give so much informative info, I did know some of those items were available! Also, you make it look so easy to close those pop up tents, I was amazed, I can't close mine, lol! Keep up your enthusiasm, I love it. One day I will be out on the road too, right now it's just camping trips at camping sites! Thank you, from Alberta, Canada.
I live in my van full time. And I do t know about anyone else, but my fat max has saved my butt in many occasions! It has pumped up my tire, jumped my van, and also is a 500 watt charger. Which is way more than I need since I only have my cell phone to worry about! I recommend these fat max's! They are a life saver!👍🚙
Just found your page and subbed! i just started van life and vlogging! i'm part time at the moment while i'm looking for remote work. loving the content!
@@autumnandchloe well i just got certified to teach english online which i'm SUPER nervous for since it's not really in my field. I was a prof audio engineer before leaving LA but haven't had any luck with remote music work. Here's to teaching working out! thanks for responding!
This is some great information I have been wanting to take a stand against paying rent since I have the flexibility to work remote but I thought I would not be able to from my car. This gives me hope I can make it happen.
Awesome! I will share, it’s not necessarily “easy” but it’s totally worth it. I am now mostly self employed, I have more time, and more savings. Best wishes to you!!!

Enjoying your videos!! I love the ideas of pet sitting as a job on the road. And I’ve seen that others do this too. So how do you find those? Is there a site or something’s that matches people up? Would love to know this!
Hi there, thanks for watching. All of the pet sitting came about by word of mouth. I've heard there are sites that can connect folks together but unfortunately I don't know those sites. Best wishes on your adventures! :-)

Hi there, thanks for watching! I found those blue block glasses as a family dollar store. I've also seen some at Claires outlet in malls and Walmart. :-)
Your videos are so excellent and very informative. Awesome you have a background in behavioral health . Im a new grad nurse working in mental health :)) take care🌻 & thank you for the video 🌿
Thanks for watching Desiree! And thank you for your positive comment. That's awesome that you're working in mental health nursing! I much needed field. :-)
Thanks for watching! I bought those glasses so long ago... I believe it was at Walmart or Dollar General. Unfortunately I don't have a link. I know Clare's has some cute glasses too! :-)
Note on buying an iPad Pro (I’m assuming that’s what you got), they last forever. I have the first generation, purchased in Jan 2016, over 7 years old. Still runs like new. Although, I wish I would have kept my iPhone X, because the iPhone 14 Pro Max is another story lol.
Hi there! That's great to hear about the iPad! Overall I've been very happy with my apple products. They've been paramount in being able to create these videos.
You're such a Type A personality! Like Reese Witherspoon. I've always worked for myself. Best of luck to you! I'm also into Spirituality, maybe we can share with each other one day. Much Love ❤️
Hey there. I enjoy your videos. I have a degree in nutrition and have worked in health care for 30 years. Do you need anyone else on your team to work remotely?
Hi, thanks for watching! I am currently working in a counseling practice - not doing as much freelance work. But thank you for asking! Best wishes on finding a nomadic position. :-)
Thanks for watching! I'll be sure to share more about this in upcoming videos. Also, I'm starting to put together some FAQ's for a future video. I'll add this to the list. :-)
Hi Sharon, this came unexpectedly out of the blue for me. It started with friends of family, and spread through word of mouth. I've not advertised the service, but I usually have a gig per month. I'm grateful.
Great question. When I am in one location, I guestimate I can live on $500 per month (without unexpected bills like maintenance). When I am traveling more often, the gas prices can widely range several hundred additional dollars.
