I’m so excited for the new album! My favorite song overall is deep in the willow. For the longest time I couldn’t stand Bryan’s vocals but I just liked the instrumentals so much for that song so much that I listened to it over and over and got used to his vocals. Now I love their music!

That type of scream is the only type that I don't care for, so I think it's unfortunate that he doesn't have much range. At least the band seems like their progressing as a whole and that's cool. There are so many bands out there that ooze creativity/emotion that also push the envelope instrumentally and vocally. I find it hard to get excited about this group. But, just like every other big band in the scene, I'll still be checking out the new album.
He has a lot of range to be honest. He stays pretty one note because it's a more hardcore style and I think the raw yelling gets across the pain behind the lyrics. Traditional lows and highs on this would sound more processed and lack the emotion of him basically screaming for his life lol
@@connorhendrickson Sure, you don't want to take away from the hardcore feel, that makes sense. The point of hardcore is raw emotion, you don't need to be a perfect vocalist. I just don't feel anything in his voice and think range (if he had it) could help
