    Thank you so much I just try it by boiling it without roasting it and it came out perfect without that bitter test and my customers like it

      No difference I believe. The powder mixed with water for drinking like a milk

    Thanks for sharing, for me this is flour soya, not powdet milk, but do you make bread with flour? Could be great for keto diet!

      Exactly, this is not milk powder. I do use sweet soybean (kinako) for keto. They have less carbohydrates.

      I mix a few spoons of the powder with hot water and a little sugar

      Yes it dissolves in water but won't work for tofu please

    Hello, how does it smells like? I'm wondering if I can make vegan ham out of it. I don't want to have that grain, earthy like strong smell that's why im asking :) thank you for your recipe, it's great!

      It actually had a mild toasty earthy smell but you can add a powdered flavoring agent such as vanilla, or banana essence.

    Hello , i want to know that which one is more healthy, market bought soymilk powder or homemade ?
    I have no problem making efforts at home, but its just i want to is there any difference in market bought and homemade.. ?

      I prefer homemade soymilk power because it is clean and has no additives, there are some quality store bought too but may be expensive

      Yes. That’s how it’s mainly used. I love it. Use hot water

      Like I just got it from the market and blended it immediately without washing or frying.. can I use it or is it harmful? I want to use it for weight gain with milk

      It is not good please. Always fry or boil first. Consuming it like that can be harmful.

      Beg to disagree. Nothing is wrong with the heading. See another dictionary definition of milk.
