    Nice reeipee...to us all. Pls, what every u want to make with soybean seed, always boil for up to an hour before using it.. It is not health making soybean meal without boiling it..

      For the 3&1/2 cup of the soya beans I used 1&1/2 cup of dates
      But you can use more if you want it very very sweet

      You can cook and sun dry the soya beans if you don't want to roast it just to be sure you are not eating raw beans 😊

    You ate it as ukwa, i no do you, you come lick am again join! You definitely consumed a quarter of it before you finished processing and bottling. Fantastic homemade sweetened soybeans powder.

      Soya beans need to be well cooked or roasted so I don't know if only dehydrating it will take away the raw state.

      I think the skin is poisonous and can cause diarrhea or food poison, my father told me since I was young, he has a farm and he used to do it for us, over 3 decades ago.

      Yes, I experienced that too. I use electric oven to dry mine but You can dry it on the stove too

    Is there what if you just pick the beans, roast it in fry pan, then remove the skin and grind from the dry miller. Does it have any negative effects. Bcos that what I do now, even when my children are babies, i do with groundnut and add to their pap.

      The way you make it is ok, that's how most people make it. But I like washing mine before roasting it because of dust and dirt

      Eating soybean of any kind without first boiling it is not healthy esp if u want to give it to babies.. What ever u want to do with your soybean, first if all boil it for at least an hour before using it.. just like she did

      If it for babies, it's recommended you boil it o. from the pediatrics I belong to . There is a composition in soy nit good for babies. Boiling it for long kills or reduces the efficacy of the composition l.. soaking is the normal stuff we do for and grain we want to process.. we soak to be soft before grinding.. but boiling reduces the efficacy of one component in soy that it's good for babies.
