- its been a long time coming but this thing is finally tearing up some ground! quite literally! in this episode we bring the total number of UJ's used to a grand total of 12! Hooray!!
many apologies for the delay in video uploads
That steering set up is epic!
I love how over-engineered this thing is, no shortcuts or easy way outs taken, what a beast. The seat seems a bit out of place given the level of attention and engineering applied to the rest of it though. Can't wait to see it finished.👍👍
Hey thanks man it's been a long term headache for sure. Might have to change the seat at some point depends how the body fits around it
I agree mate but no such thing as over engineered its just attention to detail and how much someone is willing to put in and ofcourse experience o and practice one man's abilities of engineering and design an building
Front driveline is a masterpiece. I don’t think I’ve seen nicer on any production car - let alone home built. You’re extremely talented - and I don’t comment even on B is for Build and similar channels even though I fully admire those too, but this one I had to highlight :)
Hey thanks man I appreciate that! Probably a bit overkill but you gotta do these things to get them out ur brain lol!
Seriously, I’m blown away by the level of engineering that you have shown with this and your other projects. How you get everything to work so well in such a small package is fantastic! I can see why the time between uploads is what it is, plus life getting in the way. You seem like a cool and crazy guy who has so many ideas and the skill to put them in to action 👍🏻
Absolutely loving this build, its so compact, yet powerfull. And that front suspension and steering geometry is truly a piece of art!! Crazy good. And all the smaller brackets and stuff...awesome fabrication skills. Send it!!😁
Thanks man! Still a lot of bracket to go! I do love a good bracket!
I follow many of the power wheel builds on UA-cam, yours is by far my favourite! 👍 Your imagination and engineering are outstanding! Thanks for sharing your creation with us
Hey thanks man! Il try and share them more often that twice a year... 😅
That's some next level fabrication, respect!
Genius design, dare to do different.
And made to be used, love the way you just went out and ripped!
I'll keep watching and learning, thank you!
Probably the most amazing thing I've personally seen built on YT. Even better, you ran the piss out of it instead of putting it around like most projects I see on here. Congratulations on a successful build! Instantly subbed!
Pure AWESOMENESS brother!
Hey thanks bro I appreciate it 🙏
Woww and out of the blue,he's back ! 😁
Took ya a while😅 Good to have you back bro! Thing is epic!👊🏻👊🏻
yow you here too! lez get it!
Hey thanks man! Yeah I haven't really got the hang of this being a UA-camr thing yet... 😅
Been waiting forever for this! 😄 You're a proper madman, or mad scientist! 🤣
Absolutely love it dude! Keep it up!
Hey thanks man I appreciate that 🙏
Good content fab work nice keep it up bro
Fabulous, well done chap.
Hey thanks man!
A curtain TV ad comes to mind. You may have been born on a council estate, but you were made in your garden shed 😂🤣😂 Nice 1 fella. 👏👏👏👍👍👍
This little ride is beautifully engineered. Absolutely legendary.
Your build is very nicely engineered. It gives me motivation to make my electric cart all-wheel drive as well. I love drifting in the snow. Great to see somebody else building small enjoyable things.
I loved it! Nice motor, 4-wheel drive, no big tires, no clearance, superb suspension! That my friend is one low, tight-azz 'machine! Send that shizz!
Awesome to see this build making progress again!
hey thanks man! its great to finally get somewhere with it
WOW, you are a great fabricator, 👍 you really deserve a Plasma. 👍😊
Hey thanks man! It's definitely in the pipeline
Great work, your fabrication skills are amazing your a true genius with all the figuring out all the movement and angles are a bit psychedelic looks great fun in action though can't wait to see the body on
Hey thanks man I appreciate that 🙏
Excellent job on engenring the suspension and steering.
This marvel of engineering wins the internet today and Colin Furze is nodding his head in approval I'm sure. Well built sir, well built.
Only just discovered your channel and I love this build! The steampunk steering is so complicated and must be so heavy, but I love how it works! Look forward to the next instalment
Hey thanks man! Iv worked on too many tractors and built too many barns to remember to think about weight... 😅
What an amazing work you did on this chasis and suspension !!! Great work man I love IT ! Now I've got to discover all of your videos 🙂
So badass I can't wait to show my dad when I get down there this weekend God bless you and family awesome build
I Echo all the comments from those before me!!, absolutely nothing short of AMAZING!, the engineering and fabrication is EPIC. Fair play to ya.
Thanks man I appreciate it 🙏
That's some awesome fabricating skills. 🔥 Glad to see it ripping bro. Have ya thought of adding a power wheels body. 🤔 Yeah the slide carb should make it run loads better.
Awesome build 🔥👍✌️
It is a power wheels build, the body is sitting over to the side somewhere. Go back and look through his older vids of this build
Hey thanks man! Iv got a focus rs body to go on it soon... its gonna be a pain cos iv got to make whole new doors for it to lengthen it out but once it's all together with the wide body kit, the twin exhausts, and the nos bottle in the rear window... I think it will look the part! Take it easy bro!
He's gonna have to wear the body.
@@councilhousecreations8035 Thanks for the reply 👍✌️
What a build! This is incredible, smiling from ear to ear watching you send that thing
Thanks man I should get that thing finished
Of all the powerwheel builds out there this is the second coolest and practical after the Colonel Senders in my book.
Awesome work man!! Well worth the wait it rips! So much detail in your video work I loved it 👌
Hey thanks man! Trouble is I always film too much then iv got to cram it all in! Doh! I'm gonna try some shorter vids then I might make more than 2 a yeah!!... 😅
@@councilhousecreations8035 haha nothing wrong with filming to much! Some more content would be great, keen to see your next one.
You did an excellent job !!! Intricate & technical & comprehensive
Well that's inspired me to make more stuff. I see youtubers with their plasma cnc exspensive kit churning out contraption after contraption, although they are brilliant, and you with your Drummond lathe n a mig making this, fantastic. Love it.
Hey thanks bud! That's my mission, struggle and inspire!!! 😅
Это Так сложно , столько много механизмов И как они все слаженно работают просто Класс Супер !!! Спасибо за видео Лайк !!!
The most German looking Power wheels build I've seen to date. Awesome
Why can't I like a video twice? The patience on your craft is not surpassed by anyone else. Epic work.
Doubt there will ever be a smaller true 4x4 on the planet! good work!
Lol there's probably a good reason for that... 😅
Great skills and mechanical understanding!!,you have no limits.well impressed, keep imagining.
This is an absolute joy to watch. So many clever design choices.
Glad to see you back dude 😁🤘 Awesome machine i can see next time there's Snow in UK your going to go mental on it 🤣🤣🤘🤘🤘🤘
Hey thanks man! I can't wait to c some snow! It tends to melt before it hits the ground down here in Dorset but it has been known... il be poised waiting for it!
@@councilhousecreations8035 Been to Dorset many times when i lived in UK always used to holiday in Sidmouth and go to Donkey Sanctuary 😁😁🤘🤘
Great to see you back at it. The build is coming along nicely as is the new workshop. Keep up the good work
This channel should have WAY more subscribers.
New subber here...following from behind enemy lines in Kalifornia....been following others like you, fab rats, cars & cameras, Grind Hard Plumbing, Robbie Layton, Matt's Off Road Recovery and the likes...you young bucks inspire me to make things in my shop. Well done on your 'Mud'slinger Kart'.
Oh..my..GOD! love all the "mechanical leverage advantage" details you put into this this, I am blown away sir! Thank you for this!! :))))
I'm in absolute aww over how your engineering and fabrication skills are second to none and I watch alot of UA-cam videos and I muss say I hit the subscribe button straight away cant wait for more content..
That machine is an absolute work of art. Your engineering and fabricating skills are superb. There are a lot of guys building these Powerwheels on UA-cam, but your surpasses all of them by far. Its so damn complicated, but works exactly as intended. I'm looking forward to whatever you come up with next.
Well worth the wait! You definitely don't go the easy way out mate. Very well engineered. 👏 Thanks for the entertainment, it's poetry.
Beautifully engineered! You have some serious engineering skills my friend, look forward to your next project.
Hey thanks man I appreciate that 🙏
Great build , crazy intricate suspension design, all give a 9.98 / 10 for engineering and resourcefulness.
Only thing I’d say to add would be a fitted race seat to maintain center of mass or keep you ass in the kart and right side up ! Lol 😂
Love it … best scratch build so far on the tube ! Good luck on up-Ing the bar in the future… you just jumped past years of your own income generating content ? I’d be filing for patent & copyright for future royalties, this could be the gold standard for compact micro builds !
Thanks man! Lol if I can save a penny I will.. 😅
Freaking awesome! You have patience. I started a simpler powerwheels build rwd solid axle Jeep over 3 years ago and dropped it. Exhaust out the back? How much it weighs? Can't wait to see it with the body ripping.
Hey thanks man! U shed defo keep going with it man! Just look at me even I thought I'd given up! Lol determination is the name of the game!! Think I'm gonna snake the exhaust though the frame some how then have twin pipes out the back of the body not sure of the weight yet but I'm sure it will increase... 😅 take it easy!
Can we appreciate the fact that he hasn't even used a tube bender yet he made everything look so great as well.
Seriously understated build title, absolutely epic build!.
your front drive shafts are genius.
Thanks bro!
🤯you came back with a power blow! Ok I might be a very simple man(people have said) but this is the kind of kinetic metal art that gets my eyes salivating. Bro you’re an artist bordering on brilliant and quite possibly a maniac engineer! Damn I missed your uploads. Thank you for sharing your insane hobbies with us.
The engineering and execution of that build is nothing less than amazing. Well done sir I applaud you. Fantastic, above and beyond.
Hey thanks man! I just want to inspire others to build crazy things!
You have certainly. Were and how much etc. For the metal working lathe plz sir sir from Blackburn Lancashire
And the ultimate icing on the cake would be a step by step guide to build something similar myself with basic skills and knowledge and ofcourse setup of tools and techniques workshop
Thanks for sharing, this is truly amazing. Please do more of the same...!
Thanks man il try!
such patience and craftsmanship!
oh my god the steering and suspension on this thing is just BONKERS. I love it. It's so compact too
you're awesome at what you do keep up the great work
Appreciating the extensive use of CAD (cardboard aided design) for the brackets and mounts.
I use it a lot myself.
Insane project, I love it.
Would love to have access to a workshop like yours, the things I could build. 😊😊
mechanical nightmare. Amazing work thanks for sharing.
Love it, totally over engineered and love the use of you CAD. Do it because you can! Looks like tremendous fun too!
Holy Shit Bro!!!!!
Absolutely awesome build, the suspension and steering is a work of art.
Can't wait to see what you build next 😎🔥🔥🔥🇺🇲
Hey thanks bud! Il probably do something a bit simpler next time... we'll I say that.. 😅
@@councilhousecreations8035 haha I hear ya bud , but with your skills and creativity, your simple will probably be pretty wild 👍
Very cool. Solid, well built little machine.
Omg well done , fantastic fabrication, fantastic build 👏 😀
From Algeria I like your work Really great job well done worthy of encouragement
Outstanding job, really impressive...u are badass. Thank you for sharing
Very creative project, the ideal is to simplify the engineering, simplifying reason it is more difficult to fail, but anyway, an excellent project, congratulations. 👌👏🇧🇷
Now you need to add turbo and a shut off switch for your coils to spit out 🔥 and this will be awesome ride. Keep up the good work and nice video.
That is some amazing ingenuity and building skills looks awesome!
Excellent job Dude, really amazing work,
Cheers bud 👍
lovely fab work as usual, impressive stuff 👍
That thing looks fun as hell ! , nice job !
That is a fantastic bit of engineering. Really not meant for dirt and grass but held up brilliantly and appears to perform superbly. Well done, can't wait to see the body on and drifting round a kart track.
Hey thanks man! Can't wait to get the body on and sum wide arches!
A lot of grip in the mud, brilliant down to the last screw.
Hey thanks man! Yeah It works better than I thought it would.
Can’t believe the level of thinking going into that! Brilliant work mate! It drives amazingly well on go kart wheels in a mud paddock. Do you think it will drift on concrete?
Thanks man! I think it will if I put drift sleeves on it! I'd love to get it on some loose ground too
@@councilhousecreations8035 If, some day in the future, you decide to stuff a larger engine in it, like maybe a YZF 450 engine, you'll probably be able to drift it on asphalt.
Simply awesome.
Wouldn't you need limited slip if you were to drive on asphalt? Some kind of friction material perhaps like antigue suspension used 100 years ago lol. You'll work it out.
Much respect from fellow council house engineer once in south west uk now old man living down under... :)
Oh, yes please...Babe, come look at this guys shed...this is what we need.
Keep it coming buddy, loved all you're videos to date.
Thanks bud! I wish my misses was interested in my shed!?! 🤣
Very good. congratulations for the project
Cool build, fantastic to be able to machine your own parts.
incredible build from start to finish
As a functional vehicle with an industrial esthetic element, this thing is absolutely grape ape raving bananas.
Other the other hand, there's a few short ends that are begging to break on the first outing. Also wish you'd chosen to tackle some trick diffs, but for what's there, I can't fault the sum as a whole. Just too few who go to lengths like this anymore!
When your channel blows up completely due to your amazing talent fabricating awesome machines like this, please don't just start CNC'ing everything like all the others have, it gets so samey and its so out of reach for most. I LOVE watching you spending the time creating works of art like this with tools most anyone can save and buy. Keep up the great work 👍
Thanks mate I agree! Half the end result is the initial struggle to get there!!
Been waiting months for this build. Just awesome bro. I would make this street legal
Realy nice job what u build really good experience with welder and with a metal, Even music is so nice and creative, i think u need little bit biger garage.
Gooood job MR.
Nice to see a brit absolutely smashing it. GrindHardPlumbing and RatherBWelding take note, there's some top competition now from over the pond!
That thing is fkn sick!. Mad bit of fab fun. Good job🤙🇦🇺
It looks way more cooler when its all done and looks way more cooler to see moves on it's own power...🤤🤤🤤👌👌👌
Bloody great work mate, thats some complicated AWESOMENESS right there! Can't wait to see the body on it!!!🍻🤙🏽
Wuaooo mi amigo te quedo hermoso tu proyecto y con gran estabilidad ,bendiciones muchos saludos desde Ecuador 🇪🇨🇪🇨🇪🇨🇪🇨🇪🇨
it is the best constructed power wheel to date. thumbs up from here.
Hey thanks man I appreciate that 🙏
Not trying to come off as rude as I hope I don’t but to say that this is over engineered is an understatement. But I cannot believe the craftsmanship you put into your metal work. Especially the whole front chain driven steering mechanism. Never mind the fact the front end is on cantilever suspension. Props to you brother can’t wait to see more of your stuff.
Hey thanks man! I really don't know what come over me sometimes but I go with it!! 😅🤣
Hell yeah it's all wheel drive! Nobody really does that probably because of the complexity and such but dang that launch got me excited
In my opinion it looks spesificly stylish! It is also a already adapted dream mobile for me being disable.
Have fun constructing and engeneering such vehicles in future!
Spread more your ideas!
At least it gives hopes that something compact, relativly accesible and easy to use will apeare in nearest time for those in needs...
You do awesome work a lot of detail
wow looking good buddy she looks like a fun ride 👌 I do love that steering wheel 😂 seriously over complicated brilliant 👏
Hey thanks man! In for a penny in for a pound!! Lol 😆
Being a fabricator I can say you are very good at this. A lot of guys on UA-cam can build this but not with the quality that you do
Hey thanks man!
As far as I'm concerned, you really are the construction-God. It's craftsmanship beyond excellent. If you shout "Ack ackackack ack ACK" in a video, we finally know for sure you're not from this planet.
🤣 hey that's the great thing bout editing! Every time I swear or say ACK I can edit it out bro! Thanks man 👍
This thing is insane. Keep up the great work!
The suspension steering wheel is perfect. Got a laugh out of me too
Thanks man! I thought it might be a step too far but hey in for a penny in for a pound!
It's awesome man!!! Great job!! Cant wait for more builds!
Just stumbled across your video, mannn, blown away at the level of craftsmanship. I dont think there’s anything less than 3mm plate and 3mm wall thickness tube used in your build! Strength is definitely not an issue here! Have you thought about chucking on some bigger knobby tyres for some extra ground clearance and proper mud slinging? Very impressive build mate, you should be proud!
