The Music of Pilates - in the recording studio!

Do you use your voice when you teach Pilates? I mean...really use it? In "The Music of Pilates", a 3 CEC Aural Workshop, Shari Berkowitz teaches you how to use your voice as a remarkable teaching tool for Pilates! In this little video, you can see Shari recording some of "The Music of Pilates" at Yellow Sound Lab back when it was in the East Village! (Thanks Mike Croiter!) Shari demonstrates the use of voice to convey the tempo, rhythm and accents of Backstroke and Teaser.
