Servings: 18 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- orange peel
- 100 ml orange juice
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 300 grams of flour (1+2/3 cups)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Additionally:
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 12 minutes.

It reminds me of a less chalky and sandy texture of an animal cookies. Not super sweet. It's crunchy but it won't ruin grandma's veneers. Great recipes to pass down : )
