Servings: 12-16 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/5 teaspoon salt
- 50 grams of sugar (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 180 grams of flour (1 cup)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Additionally:
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 12 minutes.

I’m so happy I found this recipe! 🎉 Is simple, quick, inexpensive AND TASTY. It also leaves lots of room for customization. I made some following all the steps but with just 100 grams of flour and 80 grams of oat flour; to that I added 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon and 1/8 tsp of ground cloves. They were so great with coffee. Thanks for this recipe ❤

Только испекла по этому рецепту!Шик!Я делала такое же,только там пропорции больше всего,хуже вышло.Много масла,слышно на вкус,аж текло,и тесто не очень было правильным,ломалось,и суховатое.А это прям класс!Тесто вышло как надо,печенье мягкое!Я в восторге!Рекомендую!!!💯
