This has me crying remembering playing this game with my brothers 12 years ago as if it were yesterday. Truly made me feel like a kid again watching this.
Just goes to show: A game doesn't have to be the G.O.A.T., it just has to be mechanically fun, given an interesting story, and look badass while doing it.

One of the best ps2 games for sure. The first one was very cool, but this one was even better with more freedom, great plot twists, crazier weapons, etc. The first remake was epic, but this one can be legendary!
Hopefully thq can remake path of the furon and fix all the bugs that flooded that game before which was the reason for us not getting an actual DAH3. Or they can make a DAH3 and include a fixed and reimagined version of POF as a free dlc for DAH3.

Laika wasn't sent to space "just for publicity"; they were testing safety, just like the USA was with the animals they sent. The USA sent dozens of monkeys and chimpanzees, and it didn't end well for the vast majority of them either.

Wonder if Crypto will meet Natalia in this game like she was in the original sequels. Also hope Richard Horvitz comes back as the voice of the Furon Leader from the Mothership.
Well the in game audio is reused and the last remake had everything from the first game just added some new stuff to make it feel like a remake, DAH2 will most likely be the same game but with the DAH1 remakes mechanics and the CO-OP mode being online with the option to play with a buddy next to you rather than just having a friend or sibling or any relative play with you in the same room.
@Ck Infinity yeah, logically the ideal game to remake is 2. But you can’t remake a 15+ year old sequel without reintroducing the first game. So you gotta remake the first game, design everything that will be later reused for the sequel, and then when that succeeds use the increased budget and having half the work already done to make the 2 remake even better.
They need to build cash first from remakes then make new game. Would you want to they do on Rockstars level or completely make new? Money doesnt fall from trees and GTA 5 has more recognition than this game because of the kids and clickbaiters.
Given how the series likes to create parallels with real historical events, a new game would be awesome! Crypto holo disguised as Bill Clinton causing a few… scandals?!!!
