I recorded all transformations from human to monsters and Destroy All Humans 2 reprobed using my own gaming setup and then edited the scenes in a sequential way.
All raw footage used in this video were recorded and edited by me.

I remember there used to be more after defeating Kojira. In the original, she was found in a HUGE cesspool of toxic chemicals, fetus positioned and shaking. Same thing happens here, but the Russian spy tells Crypto to give her money for therapy. Crypto funnily enough does while muttering “this better get me laid.” Sucks they cut it out.
I wonder why they chose to make these cuts :/

Oh yeah, especially since they just leave her roaming around thinking she's still a dinosaur here.
I mean, highly doubt therapy can undo the damage done to her mind by the spores in this case, but at least show some concern.
I noticed that too and that was a funny little bit that i was sad they took out. But they redeemed that since she shows up at the last cutscene, so she's having that therapeutic vacation.
Tbh the human blisk in the original were scarier. The way they walked, looked human but...not. Their simplistic design was just creepier. The redesigns aren't as scary but I do appreciate that they made the transformations and appearance look like it was unbearably painful

Not sure if they included it in this remake too but in the original, Crypto also makes a reference to "The Ultimate Showdown" a classic UA-cam video during the Kojira bossfight.

This is a Remake, not a Remaster.
Plus it was way out of the character to even be for Crypto, where in the end they made far better ending than original.
She got powers, got together and enjoying the freetime.
In original was only cloning her for one thing.

@@xXSilentAgent47Xx Remove is the correct term in essence. If you choose not to include something in a remake that was in the original product, you are making a purposeful choice to remove it from the experience. Be it something from the script, a gameplay feature, or anything else.
And I thought Natalya looked great in the original. Damn, she looks fine here.

I'm just pleasantly surprised that they got away with keeping her design faithful to the original in a modern game.
Other games throughout the years have gotten flack for "objectification" and "setting unrealistic standards of beauty" for similar designs.
We can never get anything nice these days without people getting sensitive or butthurt over anything.

I loved how they turned the anime character into a kaiju a nice nod reference to Godzilla.
Kojira sounds like Gogira the real pronunciation if you take into account that it is originally from Japan.

Natalya died- which lead to Crypto crashing his UFO and leaving it in a state that it could just be used as a decoration.
Even Pox showed to mourn her.
Which is telling- the only other human he defended was the British guy.
And to make it worse- Crypto can kinda blame himself since he messed with the cloning process even though it wasn’t meant for humans in the first place- he still had his hand in it so you can kinda see him blaming himself.
I’d they kept on ‘hey this stuff makes no sense- I pay people to take my money out?’ And with the whole disco thing.
In all honesty I would die if he had to take on the ATF.

Also they racked up ‘abuse of NASA’ for the Blisk weapon and so on. Bringing up all the costs of the other games.
No aliens- just Crypto vs the ATF would be nice.

Nice to see they didn't turn all of the citizens into cartoonish versions of themselves like they did the first destroy all humans. Although I must say they did upgrade the graphics, especially for the people. I just wonder if they have the original lines from the original game? Although I don't know if I like the new crustacean aliens though. I like their original design better.

@@thedude4840 in the original, I believe so. Also, she didn't have any clothes on when she transformed back. They definitely changed some of the scenes, not just the Transformations and the appearance of people.

Just stumbled upon this at midnight with no context. From what I’ve got the player is an alien Elvis impersonator who shoots mutants. I weirdly love it.
The Elvis is a skin. In the first game your harvesting brains for DNA to save your race and eventually disguise as the president. In the second The kgb start trying to kill you and mutate people across the world so you stop them from destroying all those useful brains. The aliens fight each other while humans flail around in the middle.

Besides you will get used to it, for me this is nothing Goosebumps prep me for this with SCP videos, HP Lovecraft stories etcetera so this doesn't really phase me.

At least the transformation is almost instant for some of them. If it wasn’t then that’d be extremely painful.
I really like of how the transformation of the blisk leader was changed, in the original game it looked like he was trying to fight off the transformation, but in the Remake he practically just closed his eyes and embraced shading his human shell, so I'm glad that they changed it to make it a lot less confusing

don't know if I'm alone here but the floating heads are genuinely really nightmarish. they did a really good job making them look unnatural, plus the creature just silently gliding into and "clipping" inside you is honestly a big trademark for weird dream monsters, at least for me
