I got 2 25 dumbells. I do weighted squats, then no weights, then chair sits. curls push ups, Dimond push ups, wide push ups. regular sit ups, russian twist, and planks.... that's my full body workout.
I agree with workouts. I would recommend against putting your face anywhere near the truck stop lot though. Get something to protect you from the ground! Truckstop pavement is nasty!
I've got one of those desk bikes, when I park for the night I do it while I'm eating, put it on high resistance. Good for when you need to decramp after a long drive but don't want to go out at a shady stop
Buy a anytime fitness membership.. I travel east coast to west coast I have no issue finding one I can get to at least 3 times a week .. a few are across the street from truck stops some are in places where I can park and sleep and have a restroom and shower..
I got a collapsible Power Tower on Amazon we strap it catwalk because of the fifth wheel height turn back the trailer goes right over it pulling out popping up we got pull-ups dips
I bring my set of ironmaster adjustable dumbbells, resistance bands, and an exercise ball. Can't do pushups at rest areas and truck stops since the pavement smells like piss, i put the dumbbells on the ground and do the pushup so my hands dont have to touch the ground. I use the exercise ball as my workout bench for dumbbell press, planks, and many other core workouts. Built a nice routine 45min-1hr per day for 6 days with 1 day rest.. for cardio i bring a jump rope.

I carry shampoo soap and my razor etc. I have my own towels as well. I get a lot of free passes at planet fitness and they have nice clean showers there. It takes a little planning sometimes to see where your hours will run out then I start looking for a gym nearby.

Great content, just one thing how do you do push-ups straight on the pissy floors? I have adjustable dumbells in my truck from 5lbs to 50lbs plus 10lbs to 130lbs resistance cables. When I do push-ups I put the dumbells on the ground and use those instead of touching the piss directly.

I would recommend the adjustable dumbbells mine are 7-70 pounds. Get a resistance band set with handles, and jump rope. And for flat bed guys do pull ups on the rub rails of your trailer with your legs lifted. Works core and back well. Good video though! Gonna be running to Canada with maverick when the vaccine mandate is lifted!
