Bryan Celestine Hey there Bryan, I would like to speak with you about a possible opportunity to help truckers. Could you please call or email me? 843-837-0378 or bsullivan@bfgcom.com. Thank you so much!
+Bryan Celestine Hey I'm thinking about joining you guys at TMC can you email at anesmith204@gmail.com to give me some insight about the company and some questions I have about the company
Bryan Celestine. Whats up bro, I just started trucking, and have always been into sports growing up. Its important to me to get back in that shape, I would like to pick your brain to get my setup right, can you give me your email address please
truly inspirational as a overweight man trying to lose weight and also about to start my trucking career this is heaven sent for God lead me to this video for a reason thank you so much bro
JonLondon210 : Losing the weight isn't the problem for me it's the gaining the muscle that's difficult when your 59. Just take it day to day and don't get discouraged. Be strong.💪💪😁😉
Good luck, Its easy to start but after months years we all give up and get overweight. Just find a comfortable routine for yourself. And when in doubt just go for a walk. 🏃
I freaking knew it!! I was wondering if any other truckers worked out. I used to in the marines when I drove. that's awesome. I plan on making a workout routine on the road and youtubing it to help truckers.
Met this guy in Peabody, Mass today, really nice guy & gave me some good tips. THANKS MAN if you see this hopefully I will be on the road with you soon!
great video. just became a truck driver. I told everyone I was gonna work out while I'm in the truck and they're telling me I can't. I know it's bullshit. I told them I'm gonna do it one way or another so it's good to see somebody else doing it
Wow. What an inspiration this an is to me. I am a female driving a van across europe, and let me tell you, it has a realy bad tol on my health, i dont sleep much, and drive many more hours and more km than truck drivers, and i am strugglingn with the healthy lifestyle, cuz i love sports and to be active, but i also love my job, to travel countries and see the world...and this man is really humble, he seems so honest and legit...he has given me motivation to not give up on trying even though i fck up some days or weeks, but always to get back up on track, no matter how far the 'bad road' i have driven ;} thank you
I find this guy's attitude so inspirational. The way he looks as this stuff is perfect. It's how we should all look at maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Eating low-carb is not a bad way to eat. You will not go into "carb shock." What actually happens (if your eating really low-carb) is your body goes into a state called ketosis. Since your system does not have enough carbs (sugar) to use for energy, it begins to look for other sources of energy (fat). You literally become a fat burning machine. With that being said, you are definitely an inspiration. You are making it work!
Brother!!!This was a very much needed video. from one flatbed driver to another , you are appreciated. I drive for Jordan and I started seeing the weight creeping up on me too. got good equipment "at home". just been lacking the motivation to get it going...... you want be the only one being laughed at soon....Lola. thanks
The whole time I watched this I was thinking... he has a military vibe .. army or marines ... I just kept thinking to myself that he had to be military.. and at the end he did say he was in lol .. dang I got like a military radar lol. Cant wait to get my cdl
I myself am a long haul driver and also focus on a healthy lifestyle I am on the keto lifestyle and love it! This is encouraging man thank you! Average life span for a trucker is 55 years old! More folks out here need to take note and I believe this can encourage man! God bless man.
I am planning to start driving long haul from next month. I am on Keto and one of my biggest worry is how to keep my keto diet on the road. How do you manage keto on the road? Is there keto food available at truck stops?
I needed to see this....I live a Vegetarian lifestyle, and I'm leaving the military in a couple of months....was trying to figure out away to stay fit and still do my job. Your ideas were so similar to what I was thinking only you are doing them and obviously doing it well and it shows....keep up the good work man...and thank you
bceaser1 my best friend she comes from a huge family. 2 sisters , 8 brothers. every single one is in the army ( only one brother is marine lol) .. anyways not the point.. point is.. 4 brothers that got out used to be crazy ripped , when i saw them 8 months after they got out, all 4 of them gained so much weight. their excuse was " we dont get paid to work out" lol.. Wish you luck with staying fit after military and thank you for kicking ass and taking names so my ass is just a lil safer :)
Working out is easy , the diet is hard , I have a back pack that is designed to carry two 45lbs plate , I used that for rucking 40 minutes 55lbs that's my cardio , I do my push up , and burpees , during my 10 hrs reset or every time I am fueling also I dropped down and bust as many burpees and push up as much as I can , people around me sometimes they look at me , and I feel bad for them because they don't care about themselves, but try to look down on you, but i have that militant mindset when it comes to working out ,
Im going to truck driving school soon, this motivated me to maintain a healthy lifestyle when i start OTR. Im already at a good weight, so I need to maintain.
Good job brotha, I'm thinking about getting into the trucking business and one of my fares is over eating and getting fat, by viewing your tape I think I will be ok....diet and exercise is key . I have to make it right
Very important. I started working as a delivery driver but stop working out completely. What I'm left with is a lower back pain and it sucks. I don't know if there is a change to be pain free again. Take care of yourself because nobody will do it for you.
Wow eight years ago. I just got in the truck driving in early 2020. I would love to see how this inspirational young man is doing. Any update, is he still driving?
good stuff brother future trucker im 305 now lost 40 pounds all kitchen and a lil stress im implementing these at home now thanks for the testimony brother...blessings from br,la
Thank you for sharing brother be safe out there on the road brother. I'm Starting over I shattered my heel I'm flatbeder been down 6 mo thank you for your service
This give me motivation to go ahead and figure out ways to get into tip top shape, I gained a lot of weight being OTR the last 4 years but non CDL, so I didn’t have the luxury to cook or meal prep in my sleeper like most truckers can in the back of their sleeper. I’ll start with a CDL trucking this Friday and I’m excited for the future.
This is the best trucker workout video I've seen. Thanks for sharing man! I'm in the Navy. I retire in 2 years and plan on being an OTR truck driver afterwards. Staying fit is important to me. I'm glad I watched this video.
I understand how important it is to stay fit on the road. Im working out now towards passing the dot physical and possibly return to trucking. Watching this driver work out and take care should motivate other drivers.
Thank you for posting this inspiring video! I'm slimming down mostly through changing what I eat. Eliminating fast food and soda with all the grease, salt and sugar altogether...eating more fruits and veggies. Plus, I have a mountain bike I take with me, and do laps around truck stops and terminals.
I've been out here twelve years, I use to hit the ballys across the country, there were plenty trucker friendly one but the bastards went bankrupt and closed 3/4 of there stores.. Bottom line I gained 20 lbs in a year... But I had to adjust and get out and walk.. One point though the driver in this video doesn't point out is its pretty hard to do a lot of this stuff between nov- March with ice and snow and below zero temps across this country... If you run in the south great ,, but it's still a great video for the other 7 months great job!!
Good, man! I want to be a successful driver. and a healthy one, too. I drove a truck for 3 years and I didn't put in enough effort to say in shape. Now I want to go back driving again. Its having a good workout routine when you're on the road.
I recently started CrossFit 5 mos ago I might be going over the road I’m obese but getting better everyday I was looking at these videos to avoid the road lifestyle because I’ve worked hard for my fitness to return
Dude.. you are truly my inspiration!! I been working out for 2months now I too am a regional truck driver.. and you are absolutely right it's all about you!! You need to make the change in yourself!!💪💪🇺🇸❤
If Bryan is still with TMC, it would be awesome to see an update video on how he has stuck with his exercise and healthy lifestyle as a truck driver. I’m 56 and stay in pretty good shape, another reason I drive Flatbed.
Good on TMC for equally respecting the driver and the truck alike. Resources like this are great to drive home the fact that THIS CAN BE DONE! I like how Bryan reminds drivers that its not easy, and its not supposed to be. Diet seems like the big short fall with most drivers. If there is a bigger push to get the cost down on fresh foods accessible to drivers, it will become a viable option to choose from. If the burgers a buck and salad is three, we have a problem. Resistance bands and jump ropes are two of the best tools for these types of work out. When your joints are at rest for that long on runs, it is best to do as Bryan said; cardio, resistance training, breathing exercises and focused weight training. Do as Mr. Celestine said, don't look to one place for your answer. Use multiple web domains, books and fellow fit road warriors alike. Yeah im Navy brother and no one is perfect, but to see you and TMC promoting this is both inspirational and motivational. Hoo Yah, thank you for your service and drive safe big wheel.
Thanks for sharing your experience I have two years being a truck driverand I already feel frustrated with this lifestyle it's very hard to eat healthy on the road and to work out after so many hours of driving. This video has been a great motivation for me I'm going to start making changes today
Thanks Bryan. I'm considering this career, and this is my number one concern. I brisk walk about 4.5 miles and day, 5 days a week, then stretch. It helps on so many fronts...weight management, stress management, keeps my blood pressure and cholesterol down. I've dropped 35 lbs. and got off the blood pressure and cholesterol meds, that made me feel like I was 85 going on 100. No zip. No edge. Got the energy back now, and will never go back to the meds. Anyway, good information. Thanks for taking your personal time to share it. Safe travels.
good video man.. I do a mini circuit everyday. .. 25 pull ups 25 burpee 25 feet raised wide press up 25 feet raised diamond press up 25 crunches 25 prison squat 25 shoulder press feet on chair 25 lunges each leg and 1 min neck bridge 1 min back neck bridge 1 min neck plank it takes 13 to 15 mins and to be done as many days in a row as you can ... then 2 days off who can't find 15 mins? who wants to rest at home and at work? snap I was in the army too.. uk good work man
I used to be a work out fanatic. Then came trucking. Cigarette and coffee really taxing my heart. Health is so important. I have the knowledge of how to improvise workouts I just need to do it.
It's about doing it. Option one, sit and look out the window or do something. At the end of every day do 10 squats and your calves will feel like they just had massage. It's really up to you. I love it! He looks driven. No, he wants to survive. Wow! It's that simple
Great video! I'd definitely like to see another with more emphasis on your diet and the specifics of it, given what's available at truck stops and such. Thanks for sharing man!
This video was very inspiring. Allot of people don't work out because they think they have to buy expensive equipment. Sometimes you have to think outside the box. Like use bungee cords for resistance bands or two five gallon buckets filled with water and a metal pipe for the handle. Flatbeders are pretty smart anyway so you'll figure something out. Stay safe and arrive alive.😁😄😉
I am in a very low point in my life right now, for personal reasons, but I felt motivated to change and this is the video I needed. Thank you for this video👌👍
Glad I came across this. I've been driving for two years and it has taken a toll on my body. I used to work out a lot before trucking. I am definitely going to try to get back in itnon the road.
sweet I like watching this so u can workout I'm about to go thru tmc training I have my cdl permit hope I pass ther driving and pre-inspection and whatever else they throw at me ready too make some money and workout on my down time hopefully there be more videos on what exercises to do with a truck or around a truck keep it up
This video is extraordinary also inspirational and I needed motivation in losing weight. I feel myself up with excuses every day with not finding the time to work out on a regular basis as a trucker. This has shown me that it is possible and can be done. Thank you Our lifestyles are exactly the same I was fit as a younger highschooler weighing in at 205 pounds and became a truck driver and now I'm 270 pounds I needed this drive.
I'm glad I ran across this video I'm actually 290 now and I started driving in 2010. it's good to see somebody with progress who was in the same situation I'm in now this is really great motivation and I'm definitely going to get started today
Man I’m getting my cdl and this is was my biggest concern 😩i have been working out 6 times a week for the past 2 years but you just motivated me and made me realize that it can be possible 😎
Good shit man that's what I wanna do while i'm out there shit forget sleeping 10 hours you are right an hour a day won't do nothing but good, to me sleeping gets you lazy so too much sleep isn't good.
Gotta stay fit for that DOT physical!
I don't know how some of these mammoths pass their DOT physical
YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR WEALTH!!!!!
WOORDDDSS!!!!
Right can make that good money and be
so unhealthy can't even enjoy it
The ones making fun of you, are the ones who wish they would have the willpower to start what you have started! Stay strong!
The most important think he said was diet, exercise and
time.
Exactly.
Thank all of for the positive feed back ! I hope all of guys learn a bit from this ! I have changed up my routine a bit and have became more successful with my strength gains and weight loss ! Soon here making another video and i will get in more debt about dieting and training ! #foreversolid #healthylyfstyle #tmcflatbedleadingthenation #overdaroadtruckdriver

man you should start doing vlogs, teach people up on your own accord.
truly inspirational as a overweight man trying to lose weight and also about to start my trucking career this is heaven sent for God lead me to this video for a reason thank you so much bro

I would watch, I currently in my first year in college but think of dropping to do some thing I would really like to do, driving truck.
Met this guy in Peabody, Mass today, really nice guy & gave me some good tips. THANKS MAN if you see this hopefully I will be on the road with you soon!

This is the type of guy that's optimistic. He will always tell u something positive someone who will motivate u.
Wow. What an inspiration this an is to me.

Good shit ! I plan my trips where I can stop at a anytime fitness at the end of the day
How is life over the road man... im about to be 21 and im thinking about getting into trucking...
Yo I already started driving bro, I work local for jb hunt!!!
impactofredemption 50k your first year if you run hard. Any other questions just ask.
Brian I was wondering if that would be possible also. anytime fitness has like 6000 locations across 48 states
is planet fitness harder to find over the road? i was planning on using the gym to shower and stay in shape. trying to figure out the best option
I find this guy's attitude so inspirational. The way he looks as this stuff is perfect. It's how we should all look at maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
One of my concerns as a prospective driver is fitness! You motivate me and made me realize that I don't have to be a fat slob on the road!
He has a military mentality. Don't quit. Never give up.
Eating low-carb is not a bad way to eat. You will not go into "carb shock." What actually happens (if your eating really low-carb) is your body goes into a state called ketosis. keto ftw. I've lost and kept off 187lbs since 2008.
@Doug Anderson Coming at you 11 months later to say you're wrong. I am 11 months into ketosis & you really have no clue.
Doug Anderson Bullshit. I water fasted 30 days and lost 51 lbs. My job is loading trucks and not once during that time did I lose any strength.
Great job to the young man with TMC Trucking that made the choice to work out daily to stay fit.
This dude just talks with a certain calmness man....Much respect.
‘Road guard vest’, ‘intestinal fortitude’ definitely a vet. I’ll never forget that stuff from the army
I salute this guy.
Intermitent fasting is a great option for truck drivers
Brother!!!This was a very much needed video. from one flatbed driver to another , you are appreciated. I drive for Jordan and I started seeing the weight creeping up on me too. got good equipment "at home". just been lacking the motivation to get it going...... you want be the only one being laughed at soon....Lola. thanks
Alot of respect for this dude!
Very talented interviewer. He asked all the questions I had myself.
Who would laugh or mock him? Any man seeing another man putting in the work should be proud and feel inspiration
The whole time I watched this I was thinking... he has a military vibe .. army or marines ... I just kept thinking to myself that he had to be military.. and at the end he did say he was in lol .. dang I got like a military radar lol. Cant wait to get my cdl
As soon as he said road guard vest I knew he was ex army lol
Me too it’s strange asf
Its TMC trucking. Lots of their drivers are ex military. We jokingly call it trucker marine corps
This guy is an absolute inspiration! Stay healthy, brother.

I am planning to start driving long haul from next month. I am on Keto and one of my biggest worry is how to keep my keto diet on the road. How do you manage keto on the road? Is there keto food available at truck stops?
Knew right away you were prior service the moment you said road guard vest.

You guys covered every concern or excuse I could probably have made! Thanks for the inspiration! Still relevant in 2018!

TheMrg798 All you need is pullups and burpees
all truckers should do this.
I'll be getting in TMC soon and I was thinking of doing the same thing just just 45 min should be good. I already bought resistant bands
Thank you for the real video and not the hit bait Healthytrucker vids.
Good stuff battle! Keep up the good work and see ya soon!
Great video! I'd definitely like to see another with more emphasis on your diet and the specifics of it, given what's available at truck stops and such. Thanks for sharing man!

Glad I came across this. I've been driving for two years and it has taken a toll on my body. I used to work out a lot before trucking. I am definitely going to try to get back in itnon the road.
How has it been going?
sweet I like watching this so u can workout I'm about to go thru tmc training I have my cdl permit hope I pass ther driving and pre-inspection and whatever else they throw at me ready too make some money and workout on my down time hopefully there be more videos on what exercises to do with a truck or around a truck keep it up
This video is extraordinary also inspirational and I needed motivation in losing weight. I feel myself up with excuses every day with not finding the time to work out on a regular basis as a trucker. This has shown me that it is possible and can be done. Thank you
Our lifestyles are exactly the same I was fit as a younger highschooler weighing in at 205 pounds and became a truck driver and now I'm 270 pounds I needed this drive.
Results after 1 year?
Awesome video! Thank you for sharing, stay hard!
I'm glad I ran across this video I'm actually 290 now and I started driving in 2010. it's good to see somebody with progress who was in the same situation I'm in now this is really great motivation and I'm definitely going to get started today
Way to go!!!!

Fantastic, I am thinking of becoming a truck driver and exercise is a great concern for me. Great informative video.
This is motivating as hell. You've answered most of my questions before I could ask them.
this is how i would do truck driving, theoretically!
Man I’m getting my cdl and this is was my biggest concern 😩i have been working out 6 times a week for the past 2 years but you just motivated me and made me realize that it can be possible 😎
