Thank you for the video. I just did mine. The tube is VERY high up behind the fuse boxes. There's no way to see it directly from the same level. I could only feel it with my hand ~2 inches to the left of a bolt sticking out through a metal plate. The hole itself is on a surface kinda angled towards the center of the console (instead of straight against the driver), so it's very high up and tucked into the LEFT.
I am having this problem.. again (altima 2017 sl ). First time I went to sunroof repair shop. They just introduce a flexible cord from the sunroof tray down. No much water went out. then , they introduce the cord from the bottom of the car and a lot of water drained. Porbelm fixed for YEARS !!, less than 10 minutes and 30 bucks. Now I have the same problem but not able to find a place where to go. Theses videos are messy and require a lot of work. I was lucky once. Maybe I'll find the same guy ..somewhere. If I am lucky, I'l make sure to look thoroughly for the correct location (for this model) of drainage at the bottom of car and post some pics.
Both sides in the back had water. The water was leaking from the front and pooled up in the back of the car. I had to clean both sunroof drains in the front (driver side & passenger side).
Just did this today. No way to see it, there is one bolt visible that sticks out, the tube I would guess is 2 inches to the left. Have to fit your hand up above the fuse box. Sit on the ground outside the car and fit your right hand up and around. Pops off pretty easily and easy to get back on even without seeing it.
@@tomgray5942when you pop it off does it leak whatever water is trapped? I feel like that dangerous lol doing this to mine this weekend and smells so bad bc the car was sitting for awhile before I picked it up

Does this apply to all nissans ? My 07 is leaking into my backseat
