This was my first 45 min workout. Throughout the session, i was full of energy n was surprised when the session came to an end, i was sweating but not drained . Thank you Akshaya for curating the session so well. Also kindly mention the calories burned in each sessions so that we have an idea of how much we burned.
Most welcome love ❤️ Pilates is the best workout to be done. Calories burned depends on your body type, age, metabolism, how intense you did the moves etc. You need a watch to accurately calibrate. Each one burns differently so I can’t give a number.
this was a great medium intensity workout, I feel really good after it thank you so much! If i could maybe recommend doing a workout with no jumping as I have neighbours below me and squeaky floor! Or in your video suggest a move in place of the jumping ones so people can choose.
I lost a good amount of 2kg water😂😂 the workout was great I was surprised that I somehow managed to do the cardio. Week 2 working out with you everyday and I already see progress
