    Have been following your workouts when you literally just started in this platform!! Am not the kind of person who goes on commenting on videos ( not being ungrateful, but just lazy..but great on pressing likes and sharing!!).. but post this session, I must say I feel this light inside me , the strength that I didn't want to waste time anymore without leaving a comment thanking you for being such a great teacher❣️🙏 I started with your PCOS series and now goes on doing different forms of workouts and I never have felt more stronger ever!!     Did 20 mins of this, took 2 breaks of 2-3 mins each.. hahaha.. was out of breath but loved doing it.. will come back to it tomorrow again.. thank you Agnes for the great work that you are doing and for building such a beautiful community.
    Btw, I have been doing yoga almost regularly for the past 1 and half years now.

    I have diagnosed pcod in may 2023 then after one month of diet+workout i got periods on june 28th after that i got laziness for do workout and i setback but on july 11 th i found on youtube your awesome yoga's especially for pcos❤wow my laziness go away from me &no i really enjoying❤thankyou Akshaya sis🥰

    This was my first 45 min workout. Throughout the session, i was full of energy n was surprised when the session came to an end, i was sweating but not drained . Thank you Akshaya for curating the session so well. Also kindly mention the calories burned in each sessions so that we have an idea of how much we burned.

      Most welcome love ❤️ Pilates is the best workout to be done. Calories burned depends on your body type, age, metabolism, how intense you did the moves etc. You need a watch to accurately calibrate. Each one burns differently so I can’t give a number.

    this was a great medium intensity workout, I feel really good after it thank you so much! If i could maybe recommend doing a workout with no jumping as I have neighbours below me and squeaky floor! Or in your video suggest a move in place of the jumping ones so people can choose.
