Вставка
- Опубліковано 7 вер 2024
- The Architects Golf Club in New Jersey is one-of-a-kind in that each hole is designed in the style of a famous golf course architect. From Donald Ross to Alister MacKenzie, this track pays homage to the great golf course architects of the past.

Years ago I had a friend who worked there. He used to get us out for 30 Georges with a cart. Great course, and a mighty fine video.....
I only live 30 minutes from the course it is a great layout good to see you guys playing golf in my neck of the woods
It's hard enough to play golf alone, but to do it while filming and creating content is next level. Congrats on the low round Frank and great video fellas!
Thanks Lennard! 👊🏼
Another great video guys! I think I speak for a lot of people when I say, I'd love for you guys to "reveal" each of your scores at the end of the video. This one was a lot of fun and it's clear you guys are dramatically improving each and every round. Keep it up!
Love your show guys! I’m an architect junkie, so I’m eating this stuff up. You should visit the twin cities, mn area sometime. Many great old private clubs. Ross, Tillinghast, Raynor, W. Watson, RT Jones, Nicklaus, Palmer, Fought, Lehman, J. Brauer, just to name some of the greats who designed courses in Minnesota. I also need to mention Minnesota’s own Joel Golstrand, former tour player and club professional who designed and renovated over 60 courses in Minnesota and surrounding states. We are very fortunate in Minnesota to have these great tracks in our backyard. Keep up the great work!
🙌🏼🙌🏼
Great course, one of my favorites in NJ/PA . Some tough shots but generous fairways for the most part. Some tricky greens as well.
Lots of birdie chances if you're playing well
Loved every minute of this place!
That last putt. Had me sitting on the edge of my seat.
I have to say, I’m just more and more impressed with Frank’s game this last 6 months. Your putting has drastically improved my man! Sorry you couldn’t keep the putter, Mike.
Thanks Alex! Working hard on all areas of the game!
My favorite course in the area. Play it usually twice a week. Forgiving it some respects but other holes can be score killers. It is very well maintained.
I love these courses that put a load of different courses/architects together. Such a cool idea. My home course is a Mackenzie course in Fife Scotland for which I'm very thankful but would love to get playing some courses by these other big architects!
Great round Frank! Glad you were able to finish before the rain.
You guys are crushing it. Played here 5 years back and been meaning to go back … great course
Amateur Golfer to Amateur Golfer here, Frank: try keeping the left hand linear through impact while putting (if the makes sense). Watching specifically the eagle putt on the par 5, through impact, your left hand pulled inside toward your left pocket. That move rotated the face which will lead to a lot of slice putts. If you feel like you leave a lot of putts below the hole from 5-15 feet, could be the reason why. If you have trouble understanding what I’m saying, watch that putt in slow-mo. I’ve struggled with the same issue in the past, and implementing drills like putting with a towel under the arms really helped. Love the content as always! Who is your guy’s pick to win The Open?
In .25x time, you can see how toe side the strike was, which is indicative of that inside hand path
Awesome video, and fascinating course. Given your huge interest in course designers, this feels like a fitting place for Frank to shoot/equal his best. Huge congrats!
Jersey Boys!
Thanks for showing me alot of courses near by Bergen County, Jersey shore and Vermont.
I think you guys should head back to AC area to try a couple more courses there.
Thanks Danny! We plan to get down there by AC again this summer to hit a few of the courses we haven't played yet.
Great round, Frank! Hoping to break 90 before the end of golf season myself. Had a 92 a few weeks back, just gotta get those silly 3-putts under control!
Would love to see a pga tour event there
The course is NOT near the Delaware Water gap but it is close to the Delaware river. Great course and thanks fro the super content:)
awesome round fells. Architects is a gem for sure
Standing on 18 with a chance at a PB is amazing. Well played and congrats on tying your low score, Frank.
Nice putting, too, Mike. Don’t forget to return the putter...at some point ;)
I was wishing on everything for that to go in for you Frank! Still a great round my man!! Just shows you can get it done and.....you will...soon, I can feel it!! Great video gents!! Keep it up!!!
Both of Your swings is so smooth looking
Architects is so fun.
LFG. Been waiting for this one!!
👊🏼
Great Round, Great Course, Great look at the record on 18 too.. Keep Grinding Boys…
This is such a pretty course. On the bucket list
Very cool course!
We've got an Alister MacKenzie course here and it's a fun one. Nothing like Augusta, but still challenging.
both golf games are looking dangerous👏🏻
Great round.
Thanks!
Love your energy.
👊🏼
In my top 10 NJ public courses. First time ever having 3 birdies in a row was on this course. Holes 7,8,9
Idea - have a golficity vs Garrett and Micah from 'Good Good' golf channel. Stroke play scramble. That would be fun to watch
Just added this course to my list. Thank you!
Its a great one, you'll definitely enjoy it!
Should’ve made him putt with his hybrid 😂
Public?? I live about 60 min away from here. Worth the drive??? Another great video fellas
I went too the cross over grip yesterday and hit a 40 footer and 3/4 15 to 20 footers was almost unreal.. and I literally practiced it right before my round..
👏🏻
Was in a group a few back from you guys. My local course!
I’ve left my putter at home 3 times now for league play and had to use a 3 wood instead. Too much practicing on the practice green and forgetting it’s out.
Absolutely love this course. First time I played it was a few weeks ago ... The greens destroyed me!! 42 putts 🤣
Love Architects 👍🏻
Stanley Thompson is a Canadian golf course architect!
Great round mate
Shit boys where'd that come from y'all been sandbagging us?
😆
Idk what it is but I low key wanna get a Titleist 1 ProV1x golf ball tattoo’d on me, somewhere lol
Used to be 1 of my favorites in NJ until they changed ownership and started Charging $110.
Playing 3 tees up. What a challenge....
Who is disliking this video?? Congrats Frank!
🙌🏼
Mike’s ball flight goes further right than Ted Cruz!
What kind of putter?
What happened to hole 5?
mike how can u forget you scotty man
Simply took it out of the bag to go practice with it. Never put it back in that night!
Both of you would make great golf partners; couldn’t give you a higher compliment.
Thanks dude!!
Any points taken away for leaving your putter behind are more than made up for by taking your daughter golfing!!!👍
Boom! Agreed. - M
You guys are playing from the ladies tees. You should play at least 6500 yds, blue tees are 6000 if. Play at least the gold tees.
I was willing that putt to go in! You'll get it next time, that was some golfing, great to watch ⛳🏌️♂️👍
🙏
