Also, after doing tons of research, you basically have to accept the fact that when it’s falling out, you can’t prevent it. That hair that fell out today was already in the process of being pushed out days prior. So try not to count every single hair like I did. Think about it this way, when the hair is being pushed out, it’s literally making way for a new hair to come in, it will come back. Give it time xxx
This is happening to me right now. My hair is a part of my identity also. I can't take it, you can see my scalp at the top of my head. I used to get compliments on my thick hair also, now its dry, limp, thin, ugly. I can't believe how torn I am over this.
Sonsie Life Thank you and I'm sorry your going through this. Have faith it will come back. I've found that meditation and essential oils have helped. Also come to terms with the fact that it will come back but very slowly. And when I mean slowly I mean up to 4 years average. Hang in there.
So I cried to my husband yetsurday after my shower, rushed to go see the doctor cried to him about my hair falling out and they were looking at me funny but they didn't understand how important my hair was to me. My hair has always been so long, healthy, shiny and always receive many compliments about my hair. Seeing so much hair falling out i thought i was either going bald or my hair is thinning out. My doctor ended up referring me to dermatologist which I will see in three days. I feel a little hope though because I see tiny pieces of hair coming out right where I part my hair on my scalp. So yay I think i am almost done with the acute phase of telogen effluvium. Stress trigger: So i got my second dose of pfizer vaccine in February and I felt really sick for 2 days. I had chills, fevers, muscle aches, and was bed ridden. I had an intense reaction to the vaccine. So I'm thinking that's what caused my hair to start falling out.
I’m going through this myself at the moment after taking some strong antibiotics about three months ago and it’s just as you described it. The feelings I am going through is like losing a loved one even though I know it’s just hair. I went through denial and sadness and a bit angry and now acceptance as there’s nothing to do but wait for it to grow back. I’ve been through this a few times in my life and each time it’s grown back to its original fullness. It’s still frustrating though. Your hair will be as beautiful as you had it in Bali. It will take about a year but it’ll get there. Thank you for sharing your story. I’m sure it’s helping many. It’s helped me. Sending you love
omg thank u!!! u just made me realize that maybe my hair is falling out bcz i too was on a strong antibiotic bcz of a dental infection!! Csn this be the reason my hair is falling out!!??? as soon as i stopped taking this i felt it thinning!??? did your hair grow back? is there something i can do?!! plz help!
This is so relatable. I've always been known for having lots of hair which is very much like yours. Mine started falling out in March 2022 and it has been growing back for about 8 months now but I still feel like it isn't going to be as thick as it was. It is hard to be patient. I also find it feels more fine and flyaway compared to what it was before. I guess this is my hair now. Thanks for the video.
I suffered an emotional break down a few months ago and also wound up losing 40kgs after my breakdown made me change my lifestyle. My hair has always been thick and full but I started losing heaps of hair, especially around my hairline and on top of my head. I can only assume my breakdown and subsequent weight loss triggered this extreme thinning.
Thank you for sharing your story. I appreciate the honesty and it feels good to relate to someone else who knows what it's like going through this. Mine was recently spurred on by one of my daughter's being hospitalized while my husband was deployed. It was so scary and I had a severe anxiety attack and now two months later, my hair is thinning like crazy. Three years ago my youngest special needs daughter had open heart surgery and then lost all of her hair - and it came back EVEN BETTER than before! It looks like a wig, it's so big and luscious. I am praying that my hair will be similar ;)
My hair loss looks exactly the same. Same amount of hair...yes I see the roots like yours and it’s when I wash my hair. I feel completely devastated because like you my hair has always been a part of my identity because my hair has always been long and luscious and the only thing that I ever get complimented on. Now I’m getting bloodwork done but I know I need to just cut my hair off short and focus on regrowth. Thank you for sharing.
I completely understand where you are coming from. I went through telogen effluvium 2 years ago when it began, it started from a lot of stress and after an accident at work that left me out of work for a month to heal. My hair went through an extreme shedding phase (I'm talking about like 300+ strands a day and always clogging up the drain in the shower). I also had very thick hair growing up my whole life, I lost about 70% of my hair as well. It finally stopped shedding (though not completely stopped) maybe a year after it had started. I've been in recovery the past year (I shed sometimes, I don't shed sometimes) and my hair line has finally filled back in, the bald spots near my temples are also filled in with little baby hairs and it's starting to feel thicker again. It's no where NEAR back to how it was, I do still have some spots where you can see through to the scalp, though those areas also use to be completely bald at one point when it was at it's worse. Basically, just keep being patient and positive with yourself and know that recovery is going to take a while and it may be a bit until it's fully back to normal
Oh my god so how long has it been now? And it hasn’t completely stopped? My TE started in February, slowed down drastically like a month ago and now it seems to be back! Shedding like crazy. I think it may me chronic or is it part of the process as far as your experience goes?
Patient and positive indeed. Thank you for sharing this with me and others. It's so important that we share otherwise we end up feeling so alone going through this. I am glad your hair is starting to grow back again!
@@miizedwarDcuLLn mine started in February as well and slowed down a lot and then started up again. :( Some people shed hair for a year before it stops I've heard. Any luck for you since your comment?
@@southernbelladonna78 funny, because I feel that it slowed down JUST RECENTLY. Like literally this week while I showered I noticed it’s slowing down. I’ll keep updated. Hopefully it goes for GOOD.
I started loosing my hair somewhere in mid 2018, was diagnosed with chronic telogen effluvium. After doing some research online thought the hair fall would last 3 to 6 months, okay 8 to the extend . But believe me it was still falling up until may 2020. I was done with spending money on miso-therapy and plasma (PRP) treatments with no results whatsoever. Finally shaved my head on may 17/2020 🙏 Obviously that’s not gonna cure the problem but it feels hella good!
Hells yes...you go! I love that you took control over the situation in such a different way. Chronic TE is really hard because it can last for a very long time so I commend you on shaving it! Hopefully you can get to the root cause of it all and then it grow back better than ever!
This happened to me after I was vegan for 6 years. The illness and the 70% hair loss. It's been a little over 2 years ex-vegan and I'm fully recovered. I know you believe veganism has nothing to do with it, I told myself that around year 4 and stuck with it 2 more years but only got worse and worse. I tried everything before accepting what I had to do. I hope you are free from this pain and suffering one day.
I believe you because it happened to me I stopped eating meat for four years and the doctor told me couple months ago my iron levels are so low. You are the first person I have seen that's commented about the correlation between veganism and hair loss
Myself and my daughter are loosing our hair after Covid however my hair loss isn’t that bad. My daughter is shedding a lot of her hair it’s absolutely heartbreaking to see this I’ve no idea how she is coping inside as she is putting on a brave face I’ve bought some biotin capsules and hoping this will help her I don’t care about myself just want her hair to be ok as a young women hair is so important. I hope things have now improved for yourself
Thank you for this! I believe this is exactly what I'm going through right now. I had covid about 3 months ago and now all my hair is falling out. It is such a delicate struggle of feeling grateful this is my only issue after covid yet feeling emotional distress that comes from hair falling out. Your baby hairs give me hope!
Last year it happened with me too during lockdown . I have also collected all my precious hair's because it feels so bad . I can relate to you very well. Stay healthy , safe and blessed.
I'm going through this right now. 3 months ago I was in the hospital for an infection related to my tooth. I already have thin hair and this is throwing me. I bought a wig, but don't like it and feel my friends would be shocked to see me wearing it. Thanks for your video.
I hope that you're doing much better now. Your comment caught my eye because I've been dealing with odd some health issues for the past several months now and I'm trying to find a solution. You said you were hospitalized due to a tooth. Could you please tell me more about what happened? I lost a front tooth about a year or so ago. It became loose and I went to the dentist and he gave me a special antiseptic type mouthwash and instructed me on how much/long to use and that was it. Well needless to say my tooth continued growing looser and looser no matter how much I tried to be careful when eating and brushing/flossing. Finally one day I bit into a Zaxbys chicken tender and my tooth fell right out. Several months later I get the C19 Virus according to a couple different healthcare professionals. I tried to but wasn't ever tested (another story) for c19. I don't know if my current issues is related to either of those things or entirely something different, but it's taking a toll on my mental health because it's frustrating and depressing. I hope that you see this comment. Have a blessed day! 🙂
@@mandyt1918 Thank you. My hair is regrowing now. :) I had a root canal. My face swelled up and somehow my tooth infection got into my blood. After 3 days of I-V antibiotics I was better. I will pray for you. Not sure what is causing you teeth problems, but I know they can affect your health. Blessings.
I noticed there was an increase in hair loss like a month or two ago so I went to see a dermatologist who said I had androgenic alopecia. My hair shredding then becomes really serious these two weeks so I get a second opinion from a GP (not a specialist). This time, the doctor said the hair shredding was due to stress as he knew I had depression before that I get uptight and anxious very easily. He then asked me to take some vitamins and did a blood test. I'm still waiting for the test results at the moment though. Lately, i have been searching for the rationale behind the hair shredding and then i came across TE. All of a sudden, it is clear to me that this is what i am experiencing. I had a colonscopy under general anesthesia this March and started to change a different diet later on, not to mention of the acute stress from COVID and political instability from where I am from. The all add up to the hair shredding. Of course, I am still devastated about losing so much hair everyday but thanks to Sonsie and everyone else in the comments, i do believe that my hair will eventually grow back. Hang in there, everyone!
That definitely all makes sense! I am so sorry that you have gone through so much stress this year - our bodies find different ways of responding to this and hair loss is one them. Hoping your hair can grow back nice and strong. It will take time - but it will come back!
When my hair started to fall, I assumed it wouldn't last, over a year and a half later, I've cut 8 inches off. It started to grow back, then it fell again. It's been on and off. I've determined it is related to stress. Im hoping to get past it eventually. Best of all to you.
Gorgeous that must be so hard! You are so strong. Stress definitely pays a really big part in how your hair responds, so do look into how you can get a handle on your stress levels as well. Sending love and light xx
Heyy hi.. This also happens to me too. I had a period when I have lost 50 percent of my hair. Then it started to regenerate but far away from what I had. I then understood that I will never have the same hair. After a while it started again. It is like a never ending cycle that takes place every year. And each time I feel my hair more thin. I try not to think too much but it is hard not to stress.
I came down with covid-19 last month the whole month of October. So sick... My hair has been falling out in hand dulls. I heard they are seeing many people having the same problem after being diagnosed with covid. I have always had healthy thick hair. Now I have family and friends also suffering from hair loss too. Crazy! I just hope this stops! I take vitamins eat healthy. I went to cosmetology school so I know all about hair. When I was sick I was not stressed out. Not like I was when my husband passed away so fie me its not stress. Too many people are having the same problem. I find that to be a red flag.
Mine has recently been coming out the last 5 weeks ish. I can't pinpoint it to anything in particular. During the lock down I felt very well/rested, anxiety free and happy, and my body thrives in summer normally. I haven't been ill or started/stopped any medication recently. I am getting my bloods done to see whats going on, but its helpful seeing other people in a similar situation and the growth theyre getting
That is really hard if you can pinpoint a reason why. Fingers crossed something comes out in your blood work so you can have an explanation for what is going on. Keep me posted!
@@sonsielife3685 thanks i will. I do have hormone issues and i suspect they have dipped because of lack of exercise and eating unhealthy. Just glad I have a lot of it!!
Thank you for sharing, just started hair loss, I’ve also had a lot of stress happening due to covid and not being able to live a normal life. Have two doctors appointment tomorrow to see exactly what is happening with my hair. I like how you say “it’s just hair but it’s my identity” that’s how I currently feel. It’s nice to hear that I’m not alone in thinking that way.
Sending you love Marisol. It's a really difficult thing to be dealing with and I think you would find many people are experiencing this due to Covid at the moment. Many have messaged me privately and said that covid has caused this for them. It's an extremely challenging time for us all. the stress on the body is rather intense at the moment. Give your self time and space to process this and wish you all the best. Fingers crossed the doctors can help you out!
Nish S my dermatologist told me it is TE. She was really sweet and reassured me that it is very common and that everything will be okay. As long as I don’t stress and eat healthy my hair will grow back but it’s not going to be overnight. She recommended I do lab work to rule out any underlying issues & for any deficiencies. I’m personally just doing as much research as I can. Eating foods that are high in biotin, and using products that are clean with not that many chemicals. My hair is still falling out but not as much as it was before where it was 20-30 on a hand pull, now it’s like 1or 2. Currently only taking collagen/vitamin D3, not stressing & eating healthy. On my hair going to start using onion & rice water will alternate the two. Hoping for the best ☺️
@@marisollua7417 It definitely won't happen over night, such hard concept to wrap your mind around. It will take time - but it will grow. I think everything you are doing sounds great. Take care!
The same thing happened to me during the beginning of lockdown. Stress is the cause.I had normal bloodwork and hormones too. Your story is very helpful.
Two tym i got suffered from infection in 2018 nd 2019 nd i started loosing my hair after 2 months i began loosing it bt wired part is i was loosing my hair badly but their length is continuing growing so simply they were getting longer but i was loosing thm badly but after 2 to 3 months i they started regrowing nd becoming same as before ndd... let me tell it was stressfull but i got to tell u now they r at their best nd upto below my btts ....💁nd growinggg...... amazinglyyy.....
It is really heartbreaking to see my hair all over the floor. I was diagnosed with acute telogen effluvium 4 months ago along with that I had deficient vitamin D. After leaving the meds I am again facing the same issue. Moreover, my change in residence might also have triggered it. I can't take it anymore. I feel so underconfident and depressed 😭😭
Pray to JESUS who has ALL the power to heal . take iron and Vitamins and plenty of protein each day drink milk daily and get as much goodness in your body . try not to stress or worry about anything hand those burdens over to God and truth is we do lose around 50 to 100 hairs a day . try hard to have FAITH and put it in Gods hands God bless everyone xx
Thank you so much for your willingness to open up & share your hair loss ordeal. I completely understand what you've been through. My hair loss occurred mostly from chronic stress, a chronic autoimmune condition, heavy menstrual cycles and long-term medication. I also had 3 surgeries over a 2 year period. My hair, like yours, was long, thick and healthy all my life up until the past few years and I always received compliments over the years. I've never been a vain woman, but my hair was an important part of my identity also. I estimate I lost at least 50-60% of my hair volume over a period of several months before it finally stopped falling out in clumps. Blood work was normal. Dermatologist said autoimmune conditions can result in the body's immune system attacking the hair follicles. Now, my hair texture has changed and it seems to be growing out much slower than before. I went through periods of anxiety and depression, which certainly didn't help. I finally came to terms with it and decided the best thing I could do was to do what I needed to stay healthy (nutritional, physical, mental, emotional) and be patient with the process. My body needed time to heal itself and get back in balance. Drinking green juices, cutting out processed sugar, getting enough protein, taking supplements (multivitamins, biotin, vit C, biotin, MSM, collagen, Viviscal, omega-3 fatty acids, etc) all seem to help. But, as you know, the change doesn't occur overnight. And, like you, I had to come to terms with and accept the fact that my hair may never go back to the way it was before. It took some time, but I'm ok with it now. Thanks again for sharing your experience and I pray you stay healthy & well! 😊🌼
Thank you for your beautiful comment and for sharing your story as well. What an intense few years you have had! Our hair forms such a strong part of our identity and it can be so challenging to come to terms with it changing so rapidly on us. I’m so glad you’ve made the mental shift though. Sending love and I do hope your hair can grow a little faster for you 🙈! xx
@@sonsielife3685 Thank you so much! Sending love & blessings your way, and looking forward to seeing how you & your family's adventurous journey continues to unfold! 😊🌼
I am dealing with exact thing - I feel like the stress I cause myself also adds to the hair loss- it is worse in the shower- and when I am styling my hair. I hope it stops eventually.
hi babe, my hair is my identity too. its my favourite feature. after 7 years vegan i was proud of the fact that it got thicker and grew sooo fast while my meat eating colleagues were dealing with fallout and not nearly as healthy looking hair as me. i cut it myself every few weeks, wash it once every 5 days, i dont use heat or chemicals... my hair is a dream. now i figure i have TE , the last 3 washes it came out alotttt and usually its just a few strands on my washing days. i first noticed extreme thinning at my sides so i cant even tie my hair in a high ponytail anymore. and when i sweat you literally see scalp everywhere. but the fallout was coming from all over when i brush my hands over it to see what comes off. did you have extreme thinning mostly at the sides too? its been 1 month since the more major fallout so i guess im only at the beginning of this :( but im calm knowing it will come back! was freaking out at first when i thought it was alopecia which may never come back. i watched a video on Dr drays channel and she said it usually grows back sae as before, not different :) i havnt been to a dermatologist yet to check vitamin d, zinc iron etc but i didn lose my job and moved back home to a stress environment and had a few breakdowns so i think its def a factor and hopefully the only factor. im just taking collagen, multivit, b12 and omega 3 for now... bought biotin but might return it cuz theres not research that it works like media claims....
I noticed that my hair was falling out abnormally in early June and was diagnosed with TE. The only trigger I can think of was in mid-March. I was approaching the end of my study abroad(in UK), my parents were coming to visit me and I wanted to travel to so many places but then 'that thing' happened and all my plans were ruined. My degree show and graduation ceremony also got cancelled. I was so devastated and had been crying for weeks. Now my hair's been shedding for three months and it's still not slowing down. I lose about 150-200 hairs a day, which I guess is not that dramatic but I can really feel my hair thinning and it's so frustrating. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I feel better knowing that I'm not alone. Guess I'll just have to stay positive and have more patience.
Hi Violet, this ridiculous virus that we have all had to live with has caused an endless amount of stress for so many different reasons so I wouldn't;t be surprised if it has had something to do with your hair loss. I am truly sorry! I hope that it slows down soon and that you can start to see new growth soon! You aren't alone but also don't underestimate how hard this really is to deal with. Our hair can become such a huge part of our identity so allow yourself to feel all the emotions that you need to! Sending love x
@@dawnlight2229 It's slowed down, still not back to normal though. But I think it's a sign of recovery, and I've noticed some new hair that looks funny so I'm trying to stay positive now. @@violety2136 Thanks. we are all in this together... I hope we can recover soon. I sometimes look in the mirror and I can't even recognise myself, it's scary. Where do u see ur regrowth?
@@dawnlight2229 Oh I really understand the feeling and wish I could say something to ease your dismay but I know it wouldn't help. But do tell yourself you're strong and doing a great job. The new hair is mostly around my forehead and on top of my head. Maybe there's also some elsewhere but it's too hard to tell.
This happened to me at the exact same time as you! I had a really bad nerve pain attack end of last year and was given a series of cortisone steroids. Like clockwork, 3 months later, crazy shedding. Had a melt down, covid didn’t help. Then 3-4 months in it slowed down. Then I got another series of steroid injections and a few weeks later TE is back. Basically been on biotin, proper shampoos and using minoxidil 2% topical once a day. Hopefully slows down again soon. Started taking new vitamin called Viviscal which is supposed to help. Anyone else going through this you’re not alone!
My love, I am so sorry. Covid definitely didn't help any of this for me either - as if we needed another stress. I haven't heard of that new vitamin, I might look in to it! I hope your hair starts growing back stronger than before!
I also suffered the same thing for about 3 months...And I lost half of my hair. But lucky It stopped after 3 months. And now most of my hair has regrown. During that horrible 3 months I daily drank Juice which consisted of Beetroot , Carrot , Indian Gooseberries, Apple, And coconut water. And I ate soaked Fenugreek seeds daily in the morning.(Now also i eat it daily, due to which now i dont suffer any hair loss).
I am going through it now too 😟 I got COVID in July, I had high fever for over 2 weeks and hospitalized for 4days. About a month and half later I started loosing tons and tons of hair. It’s so so scary because I had really thick hair and now it’s almost a month later and I know I have lost at least 50% of my hair. It’s a huge ordeal to wash my hair because it tangles so bad and I loose so much hair untangling it. I always cry when I was my hair. But I try to remind myself that it’s just hair but it’s not easy. I just want my hair to stop shedding. I can’t believe it going to continue for falling off for 6 to 9 months🥺 hopefully not at this rate because I really think I will not have any hair left. Thanks for sharing your story, I wish you all the best hope your hair has grown all back! Thanks for letting me vent, because I feel no one understands and my husband just teases me that we’ll be 2 baldies and all the jokes is not very funny😡
I caught Covid in August of this yr. Very sick high fever. A month after my hair started falling out bad. I had long hair which I had to cut to a bob just to keep the tangles at bay. I'm still loosing hair. In the shower it falls off with just the water running. I take supplements. If this continues I will have to cut my hair shorter.
@@Miko50177 Hang in there 😥 I hope it will stop shedding for you soon. I just did the same last week I had long hair down past my bra strap and just chopped it off just below my shoulders I hate it. Thankyou so much for this video. I had Covid back in October, mid January my hair just suddenly started falling out from the root. I was terrified. I'm taking biotin & other vitamins. I've never experienced anything like this in my life !
You can stop your hair loss, people who tell you they can’t have gave up. Also, dermatologists simply don’t have a clue as to what they are talking about. I read this book off amazon called ‘nutrition and hair loss a new perspective on male pattern baldness telogen effluvium alopeica areata’ and I stopped my hair loss within a week and now I’m in the regrowth phase. Prior to reading it I was shedding for months till I did something about it !! I’m so annoyed of reading on women who think there’s nothing they can do. Thank me later for the read.
Im a guy, and im going through this right now. I had covid, 3 months to the day. I was really really sick! Went to the e.r, supper stressed. Now my hairs coming out in the shower alot.
I had surgery 3 months ago and now all my hair is thinning lol. I lost a ton of weight in the hospital. Seems like I'm on the right timeline for this kind of thing. Also stress-related cold sores.

I’m currently down to 50% left. It started about 6 week’s ago. I noticed in the shower I felt clumps of hair washing down my back and legs. No matter how many times I touch it, clumps come out, to the point I can’t bare to look at it. The hair that’s left seems thinner, less dense. I haven’t had it coloured since July, I don’t use heat on it or mess about with it other than treatment masks. I’m more upset and broken up about this than I imagined I would me, what’s scaring me is I don’t know when it will stop. It’s already impossible to wear it up certain ways as you can see my scalp x
That was scary for me as well. I honestly thought it would never stop but eventually it did. Be patient (although I know that is so hard). It will eventually stop falling out!
This is basically me rn and my hair recently stopped falling! Lost about 2/3 of my thick luscious hair ! We have similar hairs as well so this really resonated with me! So glad you shared your story and I hope we both get our hair back to the same density. Have a good feeling we will. Btw have you thought of cutting your hair and letting it all grow together? I might do that 😁
Thanks for sharing!! Seriously I hope our grows back the same as well. I have had a good trim on it but definitely won't be cutting it all short, having it thin is enough change for me! Lots of people cut their hair though to help with the growing process :). Good luck!
I have experienced it before, it was in the chronic stage but when I regrew my hair - it was a different color - I had dark brown hair, almost black and after this my hair was light brown - and it was wavy
This was “sent” to me via cookies- or Big Brother- so grateful for the post! Thank you! I’m much older than you but still very upset, confused and disappointed by my sudden hair loss. I too did blood work, normal primary doc said not abnormal, it happens, ...Gads! Derm specialist not available until February- I set appointment in August!… I’m wondering what essential oils you used. Thanks so much!
Haha, I love that. I use lavender, rosemary, thyme and chamomile , mixed in some almond oil to carrier it throughout my hair. Smells amazing. I do hope the specialist can give you some help!
Going thru it ..its hell its hell its hellll ..... seen a doc ...3 treatments ..useless ..started around august ...got a bit better ...now again its horribly back ...jusst dunno wats goin on ...in so much pain
@@leylanurcandemir9734 thank you for asking. The shedding slowed down after 10 weeks from when it started and stopped altogether after 12. I estimate I've lost 65% of my hair. My scalp was visible. It is now growing back but the new hair is really short. It'll be 3 years before I'll know for sure whether I've gained my full density back because that's how long it'll take for all my hairs to be at the same length. There are other symptoms to Telogen Effluvium. Whilst in shedding you obviously lose hair but the hair that's left goes a weird texture as though it's been bleached. My 9 year old daughter has had the same problem to a milder extent. She had waist length smooth, shiny, completely undamaged hair and now her parting has expanded down her crown and widened. She's going to need a lot of length cut off because it looks chemically damaged on the ends x
I just finished having a mental breakdown because my hair used to be extremely thick and now I look at it every single time I pull out a strand it comes out and idk what to do
I’m currently experiencing the exact same thing and it all lines up with the date I had Covid at the end of March! I contacted my GP/NHS she sent me links to the Alopecia page on Covid and hair loss. I also feel so guilty for feeling like crap about my hair loss, 4 years ago I had an awful hair cut and it’s taken me so long to grow it back and now it’s falling out :( I try to remember that I’m lucky that Covid has only triggered telogen effluvium and not pneumonia!
Dealing with hair loss is so challenging so don’t minimize your experience with this. There are worst things to go through but this is tough. I feel for you - stress impacts so much of our body. I do hope it grows back stronger than ever for you x
I'm now 19 (gonna be 20 this year) and have been losing my hair since the age of 14, and it went from very thick middle eastern hair that had to be emptied out by the hairdresser every other week because I couldn't brush through it, to my hairdresser being scared to give me layered hair because of how thin and fragile it is :( My doctor was 100% sure it was hormonal because its diffuse hairloss and has been going for almost 6 years, but it ended up being completely fine, my vitamins and minerals aswell and I finally went to the derm who says the only 2 options or Chronic Telogen Effluvium or genetic female hairloss which will end up with me bald. I luckily have never experienced thinning of my hairline, and even after 5 years I have no bald spot on the top of my head so she said its more likely to be CTE. She gave me no medication so I'm just left doing nothing. Either way I'm very scared of it even potentially being Genetic (though the chance is small), and at the same time still not happy even if it is CTE because my bloodwork checks out so the only reason would be my mental health, which they can't do anything about and I've been going to therapy for since the age of 13 (I have fibromyalgia since 11 so I was forced to start therapy at 13 in connection to that). I honestly never expected this to happen, nobody in my family has hairloss except my Fathers nephew, and I just feel so bad for anyone who has hairloss now even though I never understood when I was younger how painful it can be. It really hurts when people take hair for granted, I myself was always complaining about how thick my hair was and now I'm lucky if my scalp isn't showing :/ Thank you for sharing your experience and I hope the medication will help!
Thank you for sharing your story! It is such a challenging concept to grasp and people who haven't experienced it really wouldn't understand. Stress would be playing a part in this for sure and hopefully with the right therapy and lifestyle changes you can get a handle on this even more so. I do hope your hair grows back but if it doesn't, know that we are more than our hair!
@@sonsielife3685 So sorry I didn't get a notif for your reply! And thank you for the kind message! This makes 2xs my hair has started to fall out in the last year and a half (big amounts)..... I'm afraid I might go bald.... thanks for your insight. I have had 2 Big losses (my mom n best friend passing ) within a year .... I also quit a job I liked and moved south from my lil farmstead(that I sold) to be next to my sister so I'm not alone.started falling out in May (right before the sell n move) and has not stopped. Yes in the end.... it is "just hair".... but , STILL..... I like having hair lol
Omg this is happening to me right now I’m cutting my hair tomorrow and my hair is a part of my identity. I’m going to the doctor now to see what’s wrong. I want to figure it out.
@@sonsielife3685 thank you I got a cut and done and it’s so thin. I still got completed on it but it’s so much different. It’s an adjustment and I hope it’s stops falling out.
@@FlowerGrl20 it’s stop coming out but it’s very thin! Sad face I have some form of alopecia. Still bothers me adjusting. I still have hair but it’s not the same.
I suffered the same at the same time during first lock down. My hair has always been thick and now I lost more than half. I can think of 3 reasons, 1-emotional stress due to lockdown and loosing a relative 2- I have took too much vitamins including vitamin A which causes hairlos if overdosed 3- First time for my body to experience a urin track infection. Thinking of it, and that might not be true but during lockdown the massive use of mobiles and other devices can stress us out, specially that I didn't used use them that often before covid. Hope these notes can help others going or to prevent going through this. Hair loss can be very stressful.
Thank you so much for this video sweetie. I just recently started loosing the same amount of hair you showed even more some days and it started around the same time yours did. My health and blood work is fine, i did have a neck fusion then an auto accident 6 months later and almost died and had to have the rest of my neck fused. I had been pretty much recovered it was about 2 or 3 months after that my hair started falling out and then had to have the rest of my back fused a couple months later and this was rite after the lock down started easing up a bit and it hasnt stopped yet and its now been about 3 months past my last sugery. I was thinking ot was because of all the trauma to my body but i would have thought it would stop falling out by now. I do have extream stress at home on a daily because of my boyfriend that struggels with a drug addiction and he gets viokent at times and acts like a completly different person and he has "fell off the waggon" over the past 6 months, so he was absoultly NO help when i got home from the hospital and couldnt walk with out a walker and everything was soooo difficult to do afyer i got home from surgery. Now 8 and getting around alot better now and dont need a walker and i can drive an all again its still going to take another 6 to 12 more months to be completley recovered. Anyways im guessing its becaues of the stress i have been dealing with him and i cant get him out alone ( i own and pay for everything so its not like i need him) its just a difficult situation. Here the last week or so he has been clean for the 1st time in months so im hoping this will ease some of my stress becaause im like you, i loved my hair it was always sooooo thick and now its like a quarter of the thickness, its still long its just really upsetting because i dont know if its ever gonna stop falling out. I take so many vitimins and biotin and collegen and eat pretty healthy and drink all kinds of different teas to support hair growth and healthy scalp im just at a loss. Im going to try and call a dermeatoligist monday and hopefuly they accept my ins. I did try that rogain stuff for women that you put on your hair and it didnt work at all i felt like it mad it worse. I didnt know there was an oral version, im wondering if that could help, idk i guess ill have to wait and see if i can get a derm appt. Anyways thanks so much for ypur kind words! Much love🤗❤
Thank you so much for sharing your views. I can relate to my condition. Stress has started shedding my hair. The doctor has prescribed me multivitamins.
Hi, I too have lost half my thickness and have been depressed about it. The curl lies differently much more frizzy so I have to flat iron it. its pass my shoulders. waiting for it to get longer so it will look fuller since the curls would look better. I dont know what caused me to shed so much hair. Just 2 years ago it was beautiful. I felt beautiful, n;ow I dont. Guess I should feel blessed cause t;here are so many woman out there going through the same thing.
Im going through the telegen fase myself. I cannot stop it. Ive tried green tea, pumpkin seeds, multi vitamins, fish oil capsules, eating jelly, eating spinach and collagen powder. Nothing stops it. Just gotta ride it out and hope it rectifys itself eventually.
One good thing though...the collagen powder seems to have improved my skin and nails and i no longer suffer from constipation thanks to the pumpkin seeds ...lol
@nyloncreate No im still losing hair but it has slowed right down though....probably just normal hair shedding now. Hopefully new hair will grow in its place because its really thinning out on top
I've been experiencing this for over a year now... I have a lot of anxiety and I think my body is just always in stressed-out mode :/ At least lately. I am trying to take better care of myself and handle this stress but it sucks to see your hair thinning
@@Alexstarr808 Tbh, my hair is about the same as it was when I posted this comment. I ended up bleaching it blonde and cutting it short. I also had covid in January so that didn't help lol
Extremely sorry that you had to go through this..I know it's heartbreaking but trust me the hair will grow back.. although not fully but still it will.. Frankly I wouldn't recommend Minoxidil esp for someone who is planning for a baby..the hair starts shedding once you stop.. I personally feel whatever you eat reflects on your hair and skin..I would like to share few thgs which helped me to regain my hair and lost shine.. Almonds, dates , pumpkin or flaxseeds, green leafy vegetables like spinach, cocunut water, lots of Protiens and banana ..if you can add these to yr diet.. Stress is another cause so yoga and meditation or any type of excercise for an hr would help.. Lots of water and gluten free diet..will surely do wonders.. But most importantly check yr iron and ferritin level , vitamin D and calcium deficiency and keep a check on your hormonal imbalance.. Did take time around a year but hopefully it works for u guys too.. Most importantly be grateful for being healthy as don't know wht a cancer patients go through post losing theya hairs.❤️

That’s me. People would come up to me asking if I have extensions. Now.... so sad. I lost sooo much hair. So sudden. It’s been about 3 years. : ( Never grew back.
I am vegan for a 8 months and two months ago my hair started to falling out like crazy. I am scared to go to the doctor with my hair loss because I kind of know that my doctor will say to me that I have to stop being vegan 😢
Honestly it has nothing to be with being vegan. Not as long as you are still getting adequate protein and nutrition in your diet at least. I've been vegan for over 3 years and my hair was always great until I got sick.
Stress, stress, stress. I’m losing mine. Again. This is the worst one yet but the trauma was pretty much off the chart. I had been taking Proscar and 5% topical Minoxidil. My dermatologist added a few weeks ago oral minoxidil. It’s not slowed down yet. My daughter gets married in one month so I’m thinking about a topper. This is so hard and though it’s not my first bout with hair loss, it is never easy to go through.
I had this last year sept- dec, and I had a massive regrowht in jan-march this year, and in april it is started over again and my hair is falling out much more than ever since six months. I am sure it never gonna stop again, my all hair is falling out. I have to have a fake hair. I do not want to use minoxidil, it is very expensive, and you cant stop it or your hair will gone. And it is mostly useful for men. :(
It is a cost, but isn't as expensive as I thought it would be. It is mostly used for men, but that is because it is mostly men who discuss hair loss, women tend to hind it and not seek help. If you slowly stop using the product the new hair should not fall out, at least that is what my specialist has told me so far.
Hi i have started my second month of minoxidil. My hair falls a lot now I am really scared. My hair started to change 1,5 year ago after my hysterectomy. It got bit better this spring. I started with minoxidil, dont know what will happen. I use biotin 1 a year and zinc. Now vitamin c. Thank you for your videos!
@@Tulika-l4t hi it grew all back. But I found out my hairloss was due to anxiety and depression. So I started taking antidepressants, so I have to say that Minoxidil stopped the hairloss but antidepressants too because I dont stress anymore and dont have my anxiety attacks and depresion. I was surprised how much stress can damage you hair. Only problem stays and its my eyebrows. I still have holes but I dont care as long as I have my hair. Also, beer yeast helps.
I am having the same issue . Everytime I shower I’m scared to wash it because I feel chunks falling down my body and instantly clogs the drain my hair is getting so thin I am very depressed it just started all of a sudden and it has been non stop
I want to thank you so much for this video. You are one of the only people with hair as thick as mine used to be, and it makes me feel so much less alone. Up until now I really had no idea why this was happening to me. I just knew I could see the change as I was going through it. I could feel it in my hands. But no one else could see it. They just saw this petite little girl with a full head of hair. Now I was able to really go and look at the hair in my own brush - see the follicles for myself and confirm that I'm not going crazy. I'm just losing my hair. While I didn't notice it falling out as much as you did, I have seen it thinning. Now it is brittle and it no longer has the same oils it used to have. I hope I can start to notice regrowth as you have. Thank you for your content. You have found a new subscriber in me.
I am so glad that you have found comfort in my video. It is so hard when people can't see the difference and make you feel like you're imaging things! In time I hope that you can start to see you're hair thickening back up! Sending you love!
I also started having loss in March.. I had a hell of a health scare in December that made me cold turkey drinking and changed my diet back to Ayurvedic to help cure ulcers and infection in my intestines.. I dropped 45 # in two months and by March my hair started falling like crazy!!! Here we are in almost August and it’s still shedding.. not as rapid but still shedding. 70%+ is gone! What’s left is dry and frazzled. I do scalp treatments and confident my healing belly is allowing for nutrients to flow again. But the fear and anxiety is rough most days!! I think it’s something that should be talked about more so we don’t feel alone. Your amazing for sharing thank you so much for your candidness 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼 🙏🏼Namaste
Oh, Melissa - sending you love. It's frustrating that by trying to heal your body in other ways and get healthier that it resulted in hair loss. When I first thought it was due to the water fast that I did I felt the same way. The sudden weight loss would have contributed to this no doubt. I am hopeful your hair will grow back, but in the mean time allow your self to feel everything without judgement. Such a hard time!

I'm too have lost about 70 of my hair, still haven't figured it out. I would to find out what is causing my shedding and thinning. Hopefully one day I will figure it out.
I’m currently losing a lot of hair. I went to a dermatologist 2 years ago that said it was TE however at the start of this year (no illness, no stress) it started again, but this time 10x worse. I’ve lost about 80% so far and is still going on. I’ve had bloods and they’re ‘ok’. I was told it’s possibly PCOS but then it’s not because a further blood test shown normal levels. I’ve got a scan coming up and hopefully a visit to an endocrinologist but in the mean time I’m really struggling with my hair loss. I lose quite a bit just brushing but when I was my hair large clumps are in the bath. Now I’m at a loss, I have no answers I just have to wait but it makes me so upset. Everyday I’m crying over it and I just have nowhere to turn 😞
Did you cheak your Cortisol level? Maybe that happened because of stress? - How old are you? If you are +29 maybe you need collagen peptide! - Would you like to try Ashwaganda? It will balance your cortisol level if you are so sterss..

You’re lucky! Mine started falling in January, and kept shedding till April, it slowed down significantly from mid April to July, and at the start of August it began shedding again.. 😭🙈 I didn’t even see regrowing before it began shedding AGAIN! Plus I have short fine hair when it’s healthy.
I thought any hairs regrown with minoxidil are dependant on minoxidil? I know that if you use minox for pattern baldness you have to use it indefinitely or you lose any hairs grown. Maybe its different for Telogen Effluvium?
If you have dealt with the underlying causes of hair loss than the new hair is not dependent on minoxidil. Pattern baldness is caused by genetics and ageing, so sadly the new growth is dependent on the drug.
Will you hair start falling out again if u stop the rogaine tables? I changed my diet last year to help my recovery from chronic fatigue & it was quite a dramatic diet change & just after my hair started snapping & falling out & still is now. I do trust it will grow back once am fully healthy again! Thanks
Every person is different but if you have death with underlying causes of hairless than no it shouldn't fall out. It will grow back - it just takes time!
I have exactly the same thing going on at the same time. My hair loss started 5 month ago. I even have the same hair color, structure and lengths as you have. I also had very thick hair before the hair loss. Now I lost over 70% of it. My hair fall has reduced at this point from 1000 hair per day to around 200-300, which is still a lot but luckily not that dramatic anymore. But my regrowth sadly falls out right now, which is very defastating. Does your regrowth also fall out?
Thanks for sharing! It's such a challenging journey to go on .I still get sad about it and its been nearly 7 months. My new growth doesn't seem to be falling out. I would say seek some specialist advice and if you can't focus on reducing stress and eating a lot of food. Take a lot of energy to grow your hair.
Omg I’m so scared and anxiety ridden because my hair is falling out so much and I have no idea why and can’t go to the doctors because I have no insurance. I’m guessing it’s stress but not knowing for sure is driving me crazy. Also not knowing when it’s going to stop or if it will grow back is scary.
It's so scary, I truly can relate to this. The not knowing is the worst. The only thing you can do is see a specialist. But if you can't do that, then destress as best as possible and make sure you are eating enough food. It takes a lot of nutrients to grow you hair. I ma so sorry xx
mam hair mein dht kaise kamaye i have used several biotin capsules i get sometimes benefit hair growth. i have addiction with biotin capsule supplement ... like drugs ...what to do if i stop my hair becomes thin everytime i using biotin for 17 years please help me
Also, after doing tons of research, you basically have to accept the fact that when it’s falling out, you can’t prevent it. That hair that fell out today was already in the process of being pushed out days prior. So try not to count every single hair like I did. Think about it this way, when the hair is being pushed out, it’s literally making way for a new hair to come in, it will come back. Give it time xxx
Yes I came to that conclusion as well! Thank you love. Hope your hair is growing back super strong!

How are things now?
It can really depend on each person. I haven't had a second wave a shedding but it can be common. I would seek advice from specialist for sure.
@@miizedwarDcuLLn mine started in February as well and slowed down a lot and then started up again. :( Some people shed hair for a year before it stops I've heard. Any luck for you since your comment?

Same here girl! I hope we can get through this 😭
Last year it happened with me too during lockdown . I have also collected all my precious hair's because it feels so bad . I can relate to you very well. Stay healthy , safe and blessed.
Wow. Thank you for sharing. I have lost 70% of my hair as well in 7 weeks

How is it now
Thank you for your video
Thank you so much! You are so kind! Never thought I would be so excited for these new baby hairs haha
Sonsie Life Girl I feel you haha😂😂
I came down with covid-19 last month the whole month of October. So sick... My hair has been falling out in hand dulls. I heard they are seeing many people having the same problem after being diagnosed with covid. I have always had healthy thick hair. Now I have family and friends also suffering from hair loss too. Crazy! I just hope this stops! I take vitamins eat healthy. I went to cosmetology school so I know all about hair. When I was sick I was not stressed out. Not like I was when my husband passed away so fie me its not stress. Too many people are having the same problem. I find that to be a red flag.
Covid seems to be quite a common reason for people experiencing this. It's awful. I really hope your hair stops falling out soon!
What did your doctor suggest ?

Open and honest - I’ve always been a sharer. Thank you!
Yes to this!
Amen
*Pray to Jesus* If God doesn't care about starving children and the atrocities, I'm fairly certain your hair growth is low priority.
This is what I’m doing . My hair started to fall out a month ago . 😢
Sending love and I do hope your hair can grow a little faster for you 🙈! xx

Do you have hashimoto ?

Love fenugreek - might give it a go. Sending you love - it is awful that we have to go through this!
I told my hair stylist to just do a trim so that it wouldn’t tangle so much but no, 😡 she got scissor happy and chopped off more than 6 inches. Well at least it does not tangle anymore because there is no hair to tangle 🤭
Thank you for sharing this. I have lost about 50% in 3 weeks as a result of a bout with covid 19 a couple months back. 🤍

Thankyou so much for this video. I had Covid back in October, mid January my hair just suddenly started falling out from the root. I was terrified. I'm taking biotin & other vitamins. I've never experienced anything like this in my life !
Thank you. I don’t feel so alone now with hair loss. I’m going to a dermatologist now. 🙏
Thanks for sharing. I will look in to it.

Im a guy, and im going through this right now. I had covid, 3 months to the day. I was really really sick! Went to the e.r, supper stressed. Now my hairs coming out in the shower alot.
Sorry to hear that! The dates seem to make sense. I would seek some help from a specialist. I hope it stops falling out soon!

I am so sorry you are going through this. it truly is a roller coaster. I hope you can sort it out soon!
I'm going through this now after having covid with a fever in December. My hair started to fall out 6 weeks later and it's still falling now x
How is your hair now?

I’m currently experiencing the exact same thing and it all lines up with the date I had Covid at the end of March!
I contacted my GP/NHS she sent me links to the Alopecia page on Covid and hair loss.
I also feel so guilty for feeling like crap about my hair loss, 4 years ago I had an awful hair cut and it’s taken me so long to grow it back and now it’s falling out :(
I try to remember that I’m lucky that Covid has only triggered telogen effluvium and not pneumonia!
Dealing with hair loss is so challenging so don’t minimize your experience with this. There are worst things to go through but this is tough. I feel for you - stress impacts so much of our body. I do hope it grows back stronger than ever for you x
I'm now 19 (gonna be 20 this year) and have been losing my hair since the age of 14, and it went from very thick middle eastern hair that had to be emptied out by the hairdresser every other week because I couldn't brush through it, to my hairdresser being scared to give me layered hair because of how thin and fragile it is :(
My doctor was 100% sure it was hormonal because its diffuse hairloss and has been going for almost 6 years, but it ended up being completely fine, my vitamins and minerals aswell and I finally went to the derm who says the only 2 options or Chronic Telogen Effluvium or genetic female hairloss which will end up with me bald.
Thank you for sharing. I am going through this, as well.
Is there a follow up video ??
Hi, I too have lost half my thickness and have been depressed about it. The curl lies differently much more frizzy so I have to flat iron it. its pass my shoulders. waiting for it to get longer so it will look fuller since the curls would look better. I dont know what caused me to shed so much hair. Just 2 years ago it was beautiful. I felt beautiful, n;ow I dont. Guess I should feel blessed cause t;here are so many woman out there going through the same thing.
I resonate so much with your story, I'm currently going through this journey
You got this! Stay Strong!
Same and I'm only 15 and so scared
Brushing and washing your hair is the worst thing and I'm so frustrated everytime I do it
Im going through the telegen fase myself.
Hi did it stop yet
@nyloncreate No im still losing hair but it has slowed right down though....probably just normal hair shedding now. Hopefully new hair will grow in its place because its really thinning out on top
I've been experiencing this for over a year now... I have a lot of anxiety and I think my body is just always in stressed-out mode :/ At least lately. I am trying to take better care of myself and handle this stress but it sucks to see your hair thinning
Hey, how is your hair now?
Updates?
@@Alexstarr808 Tbh, my hair is about the same as it was when I posted this comment. I ended up bleaching it blonde and cutting it short. I also had covid in January so that didn't help lol
My story is so similar. Blood tests results came back fine (had multiple) turned out it was extreme stress
I am going through this right now😅and i thought maybe my time has come😅
This is so frustrating, no one understands why i am going through this and this is so scary to me as it's new....
Thank you for sharing this❤
You got this! I know how hard it is and no now understands as well. It's a massive loss of identity. I am so sorry for you!
it should grow back thicker, mine did.
Emilly I totally understand! 2 years ago my hair started falling out and I didn’t know why. Unfortunately my hair is fine anyways so I had a very visible scalp. Thank you so much for sharing and for understanding that hair is such a personal thing for people x
Very difficult to try and hide it with fine hair. I am sending love! It’s such a challenging thing to deal with!
@@ckm6407 Definitely not back to normal - 70% of it fell out so it's very thin still. It isnt falling out anymore but hasn't grown back properly and wont for ages
That’s me. People would come up to me asking if I have extensions.
Now.... so sad.
I lost sooo much hair. So sudden. It’s been about 3 years. : (
Never grew back.
Yes that was me as well! I am so sorry you've had to go through this!
Omg 3years really??!! have youever tried prp or rigenera treatment?
How is your hair now?
When you began taking the Minoxidil pills did you notice increased shedding? Did she specify why she prescribed pills vs. topical.
So brave of you to share this.
Thank you Sarah! I truly feel that when we share we heal!
Thank you for sharing your story. Have you stopped taking the oral minoxidil? If so, have you managed to keep the new growth? Xx
I am going throgh this right now....I am seeing regrowth so That's good but it hast stopped yet
The regrowth is super promising. That's fantastic!
Omg same ! I have regrowth but it’s still shedding one month after starting the regrowth
How is your hair now?
@@Tulika-l4t hi it grew all back. But I found out my hairloss was due to anxiety and depression. So I started taking antidepressants, so I have to say that Minoxidil stopped the hairloss but antidepressants too because I dont stress anymore and dont have my anxiety attacks and depresion. I was surprised how much stress can damage you hair. Only problem stays and its my eyebrows. I still have holes but I dont care as long as I have my hair. Also, beer yeast helps.
How long did it take for your growing hair to thicken again ?
I am having the same issue . Everytime I shower I’m scared to wash it because I feel chunks falling down my body and instantly clogs the drain my hair is getting so thin I am very depressed it just started all of a sudden and it has been non stop
I am also going with the same situation 😪😪
I too have this type of shedding from March 2020 and still falling..80% of my hairs I lost..I don't know what to do..it's so scary
@@palaksharma8593 sending you strength. It's a really difficult time to be going through. Have you seen a specialist/doctor?
@@sonsielife3685 yes but..I have taken medication from 5 months but it didn't stop..

I'm currently losing so much hair I'm so confused and just utterly devastated it sounds stupid. But I loved my hair !!!! And I'm starting to see my scalp and I'm only 27 :'( I know it's just hair but it's my hair :(
Damn!! I thought mine was extreme, but this 😢 stay strong! How are you doing to this day? I am curious. It will grow back, stay calm ❤️

@@Ma1998lk I’m 27, I don’t think they checked it. I’m not stressed it’s only my hair that’s the stress at the minute which I’m trying my hardest not to over. It’s so hard, at the minute with COVID appointments are all backed up in the UK so I just have to wait but the longer it is the more hair that falls out. It all happened when I stopped taking the contraceptive pill so I don’t know if I should start taking it again? But then will that just cover up what’s going on and start again when I want to have children? I’m so confused and feel so alone 😩
@@lauraallison9574
Contraceptive is a reason
So much ladies when they take it the notice a lot of hair shedding 🥺💔. However don't think to use it again. (BECAUSE IT'S HORMONS)!
@@Ma1998lk I don’t want to use it again as I wanted to be clear of anything now but because the shedding is so much and so constant I just want it to stop 😔 god it’s horrendous it’s really getting me down
Hi! im 13 and i’m going through the same thing. My hair has been shedding for 3 weeks now and it doesn’t seem to be stopping. I am really scared about it but this video helped a lot. I’m so sorry you have to go through this and i hope all of your regrowth is going well! How long did it take before it stopped falling out?
Hiya hun. The hair runs in a 100 day cycle and so most people with TE shed for approx 12 weeks and then it stops xx
70% lost?!?! You must have had a lion's mane! I understand though, I've got about half my hair left and it's still falling out. :(
It's really a nightmare feeling. I started Viviscal yesterday. ........fingers crossed.
Yep, I had a lot of hair!!! Its awful going through it - I am so sorry, I hope you find that it stops falling out soon! The scary part is not knowing when it will stop, I completely understand this feeling.
@@sonsielife3685 how yrs stopped falling? mine are 70% gone n still haven't stopped 🤧 i'm all in recovery... its been 10 days
Girl one of your plaits is thicker than my entire hair volume in a single plait. I get you would have been scared but at least you had way more hair than I ever will even when you lost it
Totally get that point of view however this type of comment dismisses my feelings towards losing 70% of my hair. Regardless of what I have left in comparison to you this is still a huge thing to process for me. We can only compare ourselves to ourselves :). Sending love x
She is just kinda saying she wish "your horrible" was her horrible because she has way less hair than you. I lost so much hair and I'm devastated because I really took the time to care for my hair and grow it out healthy and strong. It just all broke off. It is so thin now.....I hate it so much. And I agree, you can only compare yourself to yourself. But we look at other situations and wish we had their situation and not our own.......staying positive is key!! Wish both of you the best on your hair journeys.
@@RoyalNykki definitely understand what you are saying here! I hope your hair can regain some of its strength as well over the next few years and grow back nice and healthy!
Seeing love gorgeous! I do hope that you can start to see more regrowth soon!
Hey, how is your hair now?
Its been 5 years now and my hair is still falling so bad .... I lost about 80 % of if 😢😢😢 it just hurt 😭😭
@@sonsielife3685 Appreciate the response!!!!
@Brenda 051 I know how you feel but hopefully it gets better!
It's so scary, I truly can relate to this. The not knowing is the worst. The only thing you can do is see a specialist. But if you can't do that, then destress as best as possible and make sure you are eating enough food. It takes a lot of nutrients to grow you hair. I ma so sorry xx
Update?
Hello!!! Would you be so kind to name that minoxidil tablets? Thank you!

I lost 70% of hair and I feel with you!!! ❤❤❤
My specialist has the pharmacy make it and the dose is specific to my needs. So definitely seek advice from a specialist.
