I also started disc golf in June of 2022 and I just found your channel. My favorite mid is the Fuse. I have one of the Jonathan Fastborg signature editions and it flies dead straight for me. It's not nearly as flippy for me, but I don't throw with the same speed as you do being 51 years old. lol I can get about 220 feet out of it. I am using a River for my driver and I am getting almost 300 feet out of that for comparison. Keep the videos coming, I just subscribed.
That’s awesome we started at the same time! And hey, if there’s in thing I’m learning, it’s that distance doesn’t really matter! Cheers for the support brother! 🙏🏽
a very under rated under stable mid range! I have both an optometrist and gold ice fuse. My gold ice has become way more under stable than the -1 turn without too much wear in. I was actually going to be taking that out of my bag, but was out at a course yesterday and threw 3 sick lines, so it's staying in haha, just subbed!
Yup. I LOVE my gold ice, but its starting to turn quite a bit after a few rounds in the woods. Tis okay tho, I bag a Mako3 in champ, when I dont need the burn. Once the fuse gets nearer my pearl, I"ll give it to a newbie, who'll really enjoy the flip. I call it my long range AviarDX classic.
also, a little unsolicited advice lol, on hole 4 with the double mando, your stance for your second shot is a little atypical. It might be easier for you to throw with your left foot behind your lie and your right foot out because your body will be in a more natural position to throw
Hahaha now that you mention that when I watch it I’m like what the heck are you doing dude 😂 ya it makes so much more sense to do it that way. Thank you man! 🙌🏽🙏🏽
On some other channels I swear the same shots would get a "let's go!" Reaction. Difference is they make long puts. I'm convinced my approach game is excellent because my putting sucks and other people's "parked" aren't gimmes for me
Fuse =)
Love it! 🙌🏽❤️

Loving these videos and vibe as someone of similar skill. Would be sick if you compare Fuse with the MVP Hex
Thank you! 🙏🏽 I have the new Simon hex being shipped Friday so I’ll be doing a hex, buzzz and maybe mindbender battle
You should try beaded putters, maybe the Judge, I think it suits your style.
"I'm not good at putting" *cash money putt*
Hahaha confidence is my biggest killer. I know I can make the putt, but I also know I can blast 20ft past it
