BOOM! I always interpreted that Hoist's weird "hood gut" as supposed to be like a welding apron; especially since Earthrise Hoist had scuff marks which further my opinion.
They are willing to make a mp hoist but no jazz? Absolutely ridiculous

@@_Sideswipe911 to expand on that, Porsche doesn’t (now didn’t) want to be associated with “war toys” and the fact that Sam smith (SS ROTB mirage’s designer) had to bend over backwards to make Porsche give the Ok is not a good indication of a decent mp jazz ever releasing

@kendiaz89 i mean from what i seen that mp cliffjumper is wayyyy better than bee as they fixed the back. A guy who has it said its an ok fig and transformation feels a bit more simpler
The no crotch thing does go along well with his big belly, it is weird to have accurate organic anatomy on a robot but it works

2:37 funnily enough, I had no problem removing the grill on my copy, however, it is very difficult on my trailbreaker, so I think it is very much a case of your mileage may vary kind of thing.
Dem transitions in the opening were smooth
I’d love to see a real side-by-side with this mold and Trailbreaker. Officially everything says it’s a retool, but just by looking at photos, I see absolutely zero robot mode tooling that’s shared. I have the Riggorus version with the camper cabin, and it’s entirely different from Trailbreaker’s set up for the same parts.
It can be drowned, set on fire, wrecked, it can fall with a building being blown up (down), and still run and drive.
1:41 - You missed the point where they parked it on top of a building, demolished the building with it still on top, and it STILL worked X'D

I have been wanting MP Trailbreaker for a while or hoist
I may not have MP Hoist, but trying to match your transformation to the Earthrise mold was pretty fun
My argument to the people who are mad over his crotch has just been "what if he's just really fat? there are people who get that fat in the real world, maybe he just really liked his Energon?"
I like this guy design so much.. and the accessories is great... The transformation also is great

If I’m being honest, he, well he looks like a bunch of pipes. Not in a good way like AOE Galvatron, it looks like an automaton.
I kinda like there being that occasional G1 transformer who’s when more “vintage robot” than the rest of them, kinda like Shockwave

I do think the WFC Hoist looks better in robot mode and is more proportionate, but Masterpiece has it beat in the truck mode, although both are rather kibbly
I'll stick with the 3rd Party version. Also, Murder-bot and Spider-man bot look awesome, yes I know the names of both but seeing as I love 3rd Part Transformers like MFT and Hot Soldiers, I can get the most of the sizes and the best scale for Bumblebee against a Dinobot is cool

It was me. I bought the MP Trailbreaker, sorry. The guy also sold me the Missing Link Prime they had on display.
I will say I much prefer Hoist over Trailbreaker though, I've checked it over & over & Trailbreaker's hood/gut sticks out at an angle making it look even more like a big belly 😅. Other than that he feels like a regular car bot, nothing too special, compared to Hoist

There are some smaller ones that are cheaper. It can also be a good starting point to learn what you’ll be getting into

Gotta say he is very much a lanky figure, still think it looks like a great figure though.
The Hilux is a truck I want so badly but the U.S. Government wouldn't let me have one because Germany didn't want to buy chickens during the Cold War. That is not a joke look it up.
