This sounds like a cool concept! I love these videos because you try super fun things that probably would never be tried in a real competitive situation.
I think even better idea would be to make it so you don't get any money from kills and the only way for you to get some is to pick it up after enemy dies. I think that would provoke some interesting starts from both sides. And maybe make the drop 2x kill reward, so it doesn't just make you play with pistols all the time.
Perhaps the round reward could make up for the overall money loss from dropped cash that doesn't get picked up as well.

Negev is meta because the recoil is simple, and AWP is VERY meta because it has no recoil to begin with. They'd probably have to ban those two weapons to force people into learning the inverted recoil patterns.

I actually missed these types of videos. For me it doesn't feel repetitive because it shows which mechanics are fitting or not to CS:GO's competitive. To see if they could work and i always find that entertaining despite how stupid the idea may be. Like the one using shields, or the one member of the team with heavy armor.

Here's an idea: Counter-strike but with a bounty system.
The longer you live, the more reward to the opponent for killing you. Alternatively, it can be assigned to the MVP.

With UA-cam videos, I usually open a new tab with the video I want to watch, in case I want to look at the homepage and watch something else. When WarOwl uploads, I just click on the video, because I know it will always be entertaining enough.

Love the usage of the entities of Danger Zone like money getting dropped after every kill because that mode is not good but its resources open a lot of opportunities to bring new modes to life in regular CS.

Really good vid, made me think of a new mode where you have a sub objective on the map that gives you/team more money like a bomb plant. I.e in apps inferno open the door and hold E on the computer for 5 seconds. That way you have a few ways to boost your money in a risky fashion
This is actually a really cool idea. Just when I figured there's no way you could come up with something that's both a new idea and actually a viable idea for a more casual game mode. I would love to play this.
this would actually make for a fun gamemode where the Ts and CTs are swapped for bank robbers and SWAT respectively
maybe instead of C4, the Ts need to drill into a vault full of loot
overall, it would be a neat spin on the defuse gamemode

Honestly, the notion of having your kill reward be _taken_ from the enemy rather than just spawned feels kind of interesting. I reckon if kill rewards dropped off more steeply to compensate, it might make the economy as a whole feel more important.

Great video! Can I suggest another one? Counter strike global offensive where you get a random weapon after each kill (probably weird if spraying multiple enemies...)? Or spawn with random weapon with no option to buy? Or you get a random weapon at spawn and then a random weapon after spending all bullets of one magazine? 😅😅
Sort of reminds me of Modern Warfare 3 where you would drop money when you died and the money would scale with the amount of players you killed. The money didn't really do anything but it was a cool visual and it was satisfying to see that you killed someone on a high streak.

You should do every time a bullet is shot the speed of the game increases by 0.1%, pretty much the bullet time vid but depending on the player and not choice
Yo you need to wash that mouse pad. Just drop it into an empty bath or flat spot on the kitchen sink.
Add a little dishwashing soap and warm water. Scrub jently with a very clean cloth. Rinse and dry.
Run a fingernail over the pad. If you see those white lines (it's finger jam and grease) repeat the process. Will remove all the sticky spots and the mouse will glide like new.

You just absolutely shattered my dreams. For years I wanted to get a quick P250 kill down mid on D2 and then buy a Mac10 in pistol. I didn't try it very often and now you're telling me it's not possible any more. My day is absolutely ruined.

This reminds me of the Unreal Engine competitor to CS called Tactical Ops: Assaut on terror which had this system too, aswell as bomb defusal, hostage mode and hacking mode. The game was released in 1999 so it was there before 1.6. I think it was pretty big in Germany and the Netherlands but I wonder if it ever got overseas. It would be cool to watch you review it @TheWarOwl!
I'm from Poland and I used to play a lot of TO:AoT back in the day. We even had a local server hosted within the city, so we all had like 5ms ping and it played brilliantly. I Too bad it runs terribly on modern hardware above 1440p :(

Here's an idea : Communist csgo, every team has only 1 shared bank, so if anyone buys something it gets substracted from the whole team, in theory you can buy an m4 in 1st round for one guy
