    👉 Healthy & Fresh Lentil Salad ⁠
    ⁣⁣⁣⠀⁣⠀⁠
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 1/2 cup uncooked lentils (either green, French green or brown lentils), rinsed and
    picked over
    1 English cucumber, finely diced
    1 small red onion, finely diced
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
    LEMON DRESSING:
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
    1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pep
    Steps:
    Cook the lentils.
    Combine the lentils in a saucepan with 3 cups of water (or veggie broth)
    and stir to combine.
    Cook over medium-high heat until the broth reaches a simmer.
    Then reduce heat to medium-low, cover and maintain the simmer until the lentils are
    tender, about 20-25 minutes depending on the type of lentils used.
    Use a strainer to drain and rinse the lentils in cold water for 1 minute until they are chilled, and set aside.
    Mix the dressing.
    Meanwhile, as the lentils are cooking, combine all of the lemon dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until combined.
    Combine.
    Add the cooked and chilled lentils, cucumber, red onion, mint and sun-dried
    tomatoes to a large bowl.
    Drizzle evenly with the lemon dressing and toss until evenly
    combined.
    Serve. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3-4 days.

    Thank you for a plant based recipe! Your recipes are pretty flexible for plant based cooking but I appreciate these recipes so can follow step by step with exact ingredients (as opposed to guessing the sub amounts).

    Meredith I hope u get this msg. I'm in my early 70's', overweight and after looking at hundreds of videos on different diets and wanting to feel satiated and loose fat I came across your videos. I had the water and I can't believe how full I feel. I made salad and lentils w/chili seasoning n some adobo. I'm in Indiana and is -8' cooold so I didn't have all the ingredients but I worked with what I had. Thku for your honesty. God bless you. I've bn wanting to help heavy woman a lot and I think we're going to do it together 😄❣️

    Hi from Croatia :) ! The salad looks so great, especially for those of us who are vegan or vegetarian! Please, do not misunderstand this comment: after reading ingredients smile came on my face...'cause there is no Butter lettuce listed :) and as seen in your video, it is the very first ingredient you put in a salad bowl :)

    You can freeze your ripe avocados and thaw the day you want to use it. It doesn’t hurt them at all

    Hi Meredith ,I have subscribed for metaboost connection but what i found in fat flush ,metaclean and meta sljm is that mostly the lunch and dinner are mostly non vegetarian .i know you provided alternatives for protein in subtitute sheet like tofu,kemp and one another but would definitely appreciate if you can provide receipe like this purely vegetarian in the manual keeping vegetarians in mind then it would be helpful for both

    Hello Meredith Shirk, I am thinking of buying your program MetaBoost Connection. The problem is the recipes are mostly not vegan while I don't wanna eat meat nor dairy products. In theory I could just skip or exchange it with some vegetables but well then it will be a diet made by me. Is there any option for vegans in your offers? Could you give some advice?

      👉 Ensalada de Lentejas Frescas y Saludables ⁠
      ⁣⁣⁣⠀⁣⠀⁠
      INGREDIENTES:
      1 1/2 taza de lentejas crudas (ya sean verdes, verdes francesas o marrones), enjuagadas y
      recogido
      1 pepino inglés, finamente picado
      1 cebolla morada pequeña, finamente picada
      1/2 taza de tomates cherry
      ADEREZO DE LIMÓN:
      2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
      2 cucharadas de jugo de limón recién exprimido
      1 cucharadita de mostaza Dijon
      1 diente de ajo, prensado o picado
      1/2 cucharadita de sal marina fina
      1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra recién molida
      Pasos:
      Cocine las lentejas.
      Combine las lentejas en una cacerola con 3 tazas de agua (o caldo de verduras)
      y revuelva para combinar.
      Cocine a fuego medio-alto hasta que el caldo hierva a fuego lento.
      Luego reduzca el fuego a medio-bajo, tape y mantenga a fuego lento hasta que las lentejas estén
      tiernas, unos 20-25 minutos dependiendo del tipo de lentejas utilizadas.
      Utilice un colador para escurrir y enjuagar las lentejas en agua fría durante 1 minuto hasta que estén frías y reservar.
      Mezclar el aderezo.

      You can find lentils at your local grocery store in a small bag! The lentils in the bag will be dry 👍🏻

      Yes, you can. There’s no rules when it comes to cooking, if something needs to be switched for allergic purposes or just simply you think would taste better then don’t hesitate to put your own flare in it. I’m just showing you what I believe is the tastiest and healthiest :)

      1 cup of lentils to 3 cups of water, let it come to a boil and cook them on medium to high heat for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool before adding them to the salad. You can add turmeric or ginger to give it an extra kick! Hope this helps!

      ⁣⁣⁣⠀⁣⠀⁠
      INGREDIENTS:
      1 1/2 cup uncooked lentils (either green, French green or brown lentils), rinsed and
      picked over
      1 English cucumber, finely diced
      1 small red onion, finely diced
      1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
      LEMON DRESSING:
      2 tablespoons olive oil
      2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
      1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
      1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
      1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
      1/4 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pep
      Steps:
      Cook the lentils.
      Combine the lentils in a saucepan with 3 cups of water (or veggie broth)
      and stir to combine.
      Cook over medium-high heat until the broth reaches a simmer.
      Then reduce heat to medium-low, cover and maintain the simmer until the lentils are
      tender, about 20-25 minutes depending on the type of lentils used.
      Use a strainer to drain and rinse the lentils in cold water for 1 minute until they are chilled, and set aside.
      Mix the dressing.
      Meanwhile, as the lentils are cooking, combine all of the lemon dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until combined.
      Combine.
      Add the cooked and chilled lentils, cucumber, red onion, mint and sun-dried
      tomatoes to a large bowl.
      Drizzle evenly with the lemon dressing and toss until evenly
      combined.
      Serve. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3-4 days.

    Hi and thank you for sharing I have a question ❓
    I became reactive to processed tomatoes and black pepper after my 15 th surgery matter of fact I am allergic to cow pig and lamb and just almost everything in the store
    Trying to eat and have healthy anything is almost a lost cause for me
    Doctor's want surgery and I have decided no more
    I know what we eat helps our body do what it is made to do
    My question is
    Where to find the clean food to eat?

      You're welcome, @buffiekiser4157! 😍 I recommend consulting your physician before making any major lifestyle changes, especially if you have a preexisting condition. 😊 Lean proteins, lean meats (chicken breast, turkey breast, salmon, mahi, snapper, etc), dark leafy greens, fruit as your sugar intake, unbleached grains (quinoa, brown rice, farro), healthy fats (avocado, eggs, nut butters), and eliminate added sugars, bleached starches, soda, alcohol, processed foods, etc. ❤️

      👉 Ensalada de Lentejas Frescas y Saludables ⁠
      ⁣⁣⁣⠀⁣⠀⁠
      INGREDIENTES:
      1 1/2 taza de lentejas crudas (ya sean verdes, verdes francesas o marrones), enjuagadas y
      elegido
      1 pepino inglés, finamente picado
      1 cebolla morada pequeña, finamente picada
      1/2 taza de tomates cherry
      ADEREZO DE LIMÓN:
      2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
      2 cucharadas de jugo de limón recién exprimido
      1 cucharadita de mostaza Dijon
      1 diente de ajo, prensado o picado
      1/2 cucharadita de sal marina fina
      1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra recién molida
      Pasos:
      Cocine las lentejas.
      Combine las lentejas en una cacerola con 3 tazas de agua (o caldo de verduras)
      y revuelva para combinar.
      Cocine a fuego medio-alto hasta que el caldo hierva a fuego lento.
      Luego reduzca el fuego a medio-bajo, tape y mantenga a fuego lento hasta que las lentejas estén
      tiernas, unos 20-25 minutos dependiendo del tipo de lentejas utilizadas.
      Utilice un colador para escurrir y enjuagar las lentejas en agua fría durante 1 minuto hasta que estén frías y reservar.
