    Love the video and the tips!
    One way I care for my mental health is finding time to be creative in the day (paint/draw, crochet, craft etc) it makes me feel more fulfilled and happy :)

    What's a healthy kind of protein powder that's safe during pregnancy? Also, when I try to eat more fruits and veggies rather than snacks, I find that I don't feel as full/get hungry more often. What's a good way to fix that?

      To your second question, I recommend incorporating nuts and seeds to your fruit and veggie snacks. To your first question, I learned in my first-year nutrition class that the best way to obtain protein is through whole foods! I recommend organic lean cuts of meat. Meat carries more nutrients than protein which is amazing. If you are set on nutrient supplements, seek advice from a Registered Dietitian instead of online.

    Thank you for sharing! My husband bought me a fitness tracker for Christmas so it is really encouraging me to get moving each day so I can see just how many steps I can get in a day :) Three things I am thankful for: God, my family and coffee ❤️

      @@HealthyGroceryGirl I really like it! It keeps track of my steps, heart rate and workouts. I can also wear it to bed to track my sleep 😴 It's not a super expensive one (he got it on Amazon for about $30) but it's been perfect for me and really fun to challenge myself to keep moving :)

    Thanks for the great video, they are very nice to see and watching these videos is improving my life! A daily habit that has improved my health recently is meditating for 1 hour in the morning! It has made my life amazing in a myriad of ways!
