great stuff, never used the rectangle tool like this, before. for centering though, one diagonal is enough for squares, just snap to the middle point. Thanks
Great video (I'm about 15 minutes into it so far). I've been looking for a free or cheap CAD program to design some projects I want to build (e.g. new stairs for my front door, a kayak rack, a garden shed, a deck, a cabinet for my 3D printer, etc). QCAD looks like it's going to work well for me, and this video gets me started in the right direction. I discovered that you can enter math in the width and height fields when drawing a rectangle, so you don't have to open up the calculator program. Thanks for making the video!
hey Geoff. great video. i am a super beginner. and i have a fundamental question :) If i want to draw a line or a rectangle, i don't see the line with the radius, Width, Height and Angle?? i am going crazy ;) can you help me?
