  • If you don't have much time in your life to practise fertility yoga, try this short fertility yoga practise to start your day. Getting up 5 minutes earlier will mean that you can fit this into your day without too much effort.
    This 5 minute fertility yoga practice will help to set you up for a positive day. It will help you relieve stress which in turn can support hormonal balance.

      Just a suggestion that I would so appreciate more TCC and prenatal videos! I practiced with your videos during my first pregnancy and they were so helpful for my mood! This time around I feel like I have so much less time to do yoga, but I still want to fit in practices when I can! Maybe some yoga for when you already have a little one? Thank you for providing so much advice, support and mindfulness for TTC and pregnancy! 💗

    My baby is in lot position which side should I sleep to get my baby into anterior position

      Sleep with a pillow between your knees and ankles to help make space for baby to turn. Spend awake time on hands and knees instead of reclined to also help make space. I’d also recommend working with a body worker who has knowledge of optimal baby positioning.
