The you tube channel, sun dragon tips and tricks is a wonderful resource for the Ranunculus, couldn’t have knitted it without it. Only since January, wow, unbelievable💕
Yes this is how I made my Ranunculus following sun dragon UA-cam. It works 👏👏👏👏
The sun dragon videos were a godsend to help me through the yoke and sleeves part of the pattern.
The rununculus was my first sweater because I saw I could folow the tutorial on sun dragon tipos and tricks and It was really easy😊
Laughed along with you today! I also recommend Sun Dragon tips and tricks video series for the ranunculus. I made one using her videos. Good luck!😊
absolutely recommend sun dragon tips and tricks!!
Yes!!! I wouldn’t have been able to knit the Ranunculus w/o SunDragon YT videos
Wait…. You just started knitting?!?!? And made a DRESS? and a heavily cabled cardigan?? and this basket weave sweater?!? You’re amazing.! Love the podcast, am starting from eps 1!
Thank you so much!!! 🥰
I agree- The woman from the Sun dragon knitting blog has several videos on the various steps of the ranunculus. I am almost ready to start my 1st ranunculus & plan to watch her step by step tutorials.
Your podcast and your personality as well are absolutely lovely. So warm and funny❤.
this is the greatest compliment--thank you so so much! 🥰
you've really performed excellently with just starting this year to knit!! I've been knitting for years and you already have done more than I would even attempt! Good for you, you are inspiring and a joy to watch. 😊
aw, thank you so so much! 🥰
Thank you so much! I’ve cast on the Ranunculus 3 times and wasted so much yarn ripping out it was wonderful to know it’s not just me. You’ve actually made me want to try it again
Sun Dragon tips &tricks for knitting the Ranunculus. Row by row help.
Sun Dragon UA-cam channel has a step by step tutorial series for the ranunculus that is very good. Love your podcast!
Haha, had a lot of fun watching you struggle with this neckline 🤭6 months from now, I hope you’re enjoying wearing it after ALL of the HARD WORK you put in it 😂 subscribing! ❤
Hahaha thank you so much! I just wore it for Easter! It’s definitely one of my favorites!
You are a DELIGHT! omg, the try-on ... I died. Thanks for sharing this process ... loving all of it.
Thank you!!! 🥰
Thank you for a fun adventure in knitting. I love that you dive in and try things. I like the little asides on the screen! Your joy in knitting is fun to watch.
Love the sleepy smell . Your an amazing knitter for a new knitter and your dress is beautiful. Really enjoying your podcasts
Thank you so much 🥰
Omg 😂 thank you for showing your try on tribulations! So funny and real!
Always!!!!
🐮🐑🐏❤️❤️. Sheepy smell is warm and like hay and lanolin… I love it!
I love that take! 🐑
Hello! I’m a fairly new knitter and recently took an the ranunculus…silly me decided to knit two at once because I couldn’t decide which yarn to use 😂. I also figured learning new stitches and techniques by doing it twice would help it stick. I’m finally at the point to split for the sleeves. I found this helpful knit a long helper from Podcaster Sun Dragon Tips & Tricks called “ Knitting: ranunculus knit-a-long assistance” and it was sooo helpful. Hope you find it helpful too!
I'm also one of the few who has not knit the Ranunculus... Thanks for sharing your knitting adventures! ❤❤❤
😁
That yarn on the cone would make a gorgeous RANUNCULUS!! 😂
OMG! 😂
🥹 thank you for the laughs and tears ❤
I love the smell of wool, very much. When I have to "rip out" several times, especially where there is a lace type pattern, once I "know" what I've done wrong I start with fresh yarn, and add in the used yarn once I get to a less complex part. It looks better, and helps me enjoy the knitting more.
Yes! I want to come enjoy knitting without taking myself too seriously! 🙃
You are in the right place!!!
Sun Dragon Knits has fantastic tutorials for the Ranunculus. I made my first one watching her tutorials. I think you will like the way she teaches this pattern.
I love the yarny pop-ups. They are so cute!
Fabulous podcast! You've got all of us cheering you on throughout your knitting journey. Go Nora! 😊
Ahhhh Jennifer! Thanks so much for this! I loved your randomized knitting wheel! I might have to borrow that idea when the project plans pile up. Thanks so so so much for watching 🥰
@@akaNoraKnits Ha! Let's all spin-to-win our next cast-on.
Excellent idea!
"GO YARN SNIFFING" I am cryingggg
Literally trying to get to rhinebeck just for yarn sniffing!😂
Love your video, you made me smile and I had a good giggle. I feel like we have all been there with a certain pattern. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you!!! 🥰
Just found your video at the recommendation of my sister in law. I love your style! I was laughing so hard with tears in my eyes when you tried on your sweater😂. Thanks for sharing
Aw I love the family knitting friends! Thank you both for hanging out and laughing with me!!!!
Just found your channel and so happy it was recommended to me ☺️. I am a crochet person but wanting so bad to learn how to knit. I haven’t developed the courage to start yet, but I’m excited to watch all your podcast episodes. ☺️
Awww yayy! Thank you! I watched so many knitting podcasts before I ever picked up a pair of needles and I swear it helped so much when I finally decided to learn! I’m glad you’re here!!!
You can check out sun dragon tips and tricks for some great videos for the ranunculus! They did a knit along and the videos are for the tricky bits!
Yours is my new favorite podcast. Thanks for being you!
Aw, thank you!!!
Your Cone yarn would make a lovely vest or waste coat. You are hilarious 👏👏
Good idea!!!! Thank you!!
Thanks for your honesty when trying to do the ranunculus pattern. I would have given up by now. Good for you for sticking to it.
You will always get honesty from me!! Sometimes, you just have to get to the bottom of something!
You are my kind of knitter! Thanks for being so honest. I’ve knit projects that I ended up throwing across the room out of frustration and thinking, “I’m such a terrible knitter!” Only difference between us is that you’ve only been knitting for a few months and I’ve been knitting for years😀. But I keep knitting because I love it and I keep learning
I will always be honest here! So funny how we can be so hard on ourselves…I have been there so many times! It just depends on my frame of mind that day. Enjoy the craft and learn the things when you have the space to! Nothing wrong with just going through the motions either. Happy knitting!
I struggled with the Ranunculus the first time I knit it too. Like you I wanted a tighter gauge an that resulted in a small neckband which the silk scarf trick would have been very handy for. After trying to wear it a few times and feeling like it was a little constricting, I did sweater surgery and cut off and re-knit the neckband. I have made another one which was a much smoother process. You have had your practice runs so you are going to ace this time. Love the podcast 🥺
I have never done that sweater either , even though everyone else has done it and say how easy it is. I’m really glad I watched you do it. I loved how you could laugh at it , to the point you had me laughing about it. I still want to try it. Just love your podcasts. I learned to knit when I was 76 years old, I am now 83.
So so good!! My friend and I have wanted to knit a ranunculus but were put off by the pattern for all the reasons you described so I am so grateful you shared your experience. Now when I start mine I’ll know what the pitfalls are ahead of time. Another stellar video, Nora!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much 🥰 I hope that this will help you navigate the pattern a little bit better!!!
Just found your podcast this morning. Enjoyed watching it and love your philosophy about homemade projects.❤
Thank you so so much 💛
Look at "Sun Dragon Tips & Tricks" I think she made a series on knitting the Ranunculus. I am going to check it out while knitting mine - if you can get it over my head.
OMG 😆 I never laughed so hard watching a video! I just love you! Thank you
Hahaha thank you!!!! 😂😂😂
😂watching you try on your Ranunculus wip was so funny! Knitting my first ranunculus was challenging, but I watch all the help videos available with the pattern and the ones other people have done and it helped me a lot, I fell in love with how my sweater turned out and I’ll be casting on my 7th Ranunculus this weekend, your ranunculus is going to be beautiful for sure.
Holy cow! Good for you!!! Practice makes it go more smoothly each time, I’m sure!!! Thanks for hanging out here 🥰
Oh Nora, you are hilarious.. I love your ability to laugh about mishaps and your laughter makes happier when I turn on knitting podcasts to de-stress from my day.
I also watch Well Loved Knits and she knit 2 ranunculus sweaters and she changed the yoke a bit on the second one. I'm sure you already know that , but just in case you were comparing your yoke to her modified one... but most importantly, lacework can look messy and wrong until it's blocked. Having said that, I have not yet knit a Ranunculus but I have it on my list. I believe I will join you in this venture and together we can figure the pattern out. 😊
Thank you so much for laughing with me!! We need to keep this hobby fun! Please join me!!! The more of us with eyes on this pattern, the better luck we’re going to have 😂
@@akaNoraKnits I have joined you and I am struggling a bit. I updated you in the latest podcast.🙄
It’s great to see a new knitter who’s as adventurous as you!!As well as finding a step by step guide for the ranunculus, consider making a small swatch (two or three pattern repeats) to try all the different textures before you have to knit them in the pattern, it really helps with getting your head around how a pattern or stitch works.
I totally agree. For me, swatching is equally about getting gauge (or a fabric i like) and about practicing the stitch patterns. If you don't swatch new patterns to practice, you may have a noticeably different fabric at the beginning of the project as opposed to an area that was knit much later
@@msadm1225 When I first started knitting I thought swatches were for practicing the pattern. My first garment knit had all sorts of gauge issues and I finally realised why my mother used to measure her test squares.
When I cast on anything over 50, I use markers at 20-stitch intervals during cast-on so I do not have to go back over and over to make sure of how many stitches I have. For just starting out, you are doing so wonderfully and boy are you courageous with the choice of knits you are doing. I am a self-taught knitter and I chose to do a mohair hoodie for my first project. Wow, I went in on the deep end for sure, but it has continued to help push me to work on things that make me challenge my skills. Keep up the good work.
I kind of love just diving into the deep end! Glad to know I’m not the only one 🥰 definitely great advice to keep track of a cast on! Thank you!!!
Omg. I am cracking up! Thanks for sharing!❤️🧶❤️
thanks for laughing with me! 🥰
I find your content and humor and delightful! Thank you for sharing!
Aw thank you so much! 🥰
I feel ya. I have had the same struggle with the Salty Days Sweater. I knitted it to the first section of diamonds and pulled it out so many times that I felted the yarn. I finally threw away what I had and will try a different pattern next before going back to that one
That is on my favorites list!!! Definitely want to get to it next year, so good to know that I should tread lightly! 😅
Omg, I am soooo glad to hear I am not the only one that had a ton of issues with the Ranunculus. I kept thinking 20,000 people have made this why can’t I? Needless to say it has been in time out for a year.
😂 my thoughts EXACTLY! Sometimes we just need a break!
This chartreuse colour looks so beautiful on you! You can CO 90sts but do a regular rib instead of a twisted rib, this will stretch more. Also you can perform surgery so you rip out the CO and knit the ribbing by picking up sts from the yoke.
Thank you so much! Great advice!!!! I appreciate it ☺️
I love the smell of sheep💕 It is actually a quality-control for me. No smell of sheep(wool) and I doubt the yarn. But the smell will wear off, and you will not regret using a real wool yarn.
How interesting! I’m sure it’s something I’ll get used to! I do enjoy working with the wool!
Thanks for sharing your makes! I worked on the yoke of my first Ranunculus while watching. :)
Oooh yay! We’re in this together!
Sun dragon has videos step by step..very helpful
That was hilarious!!!!🤣😂 Thank you for letting me join with you all the giggles! Thanks for the fun neat silk scarf trick I hadn't seen that before. I am wondering what your added stitches going to be? will it be 6 more 🤔???? and you end up where you first started😱??? 🤣LOL I do enjoy hearing about your knitting adventures and misadventures Thank you for sharing! 🥲
I am so glad that you enjoyed laughing with me!! We're here to have a good time--and if took something away from it, even better! I am dying 😂 my luck, right?!
Well I am one in a million that still havent knitted up the Ranunculus, i did purchased it but reading the pattern i was soooo overwhelmed ...so right now that pattern has been put away and maybe just maybe I will come back to this pattern in 10 years. But you explaining it sound so much better then reading it... That is why I ran and got the pattern because everyone and its mother was saying its soooo easy, they knitted up in a day and how many more they were going to knit.....grrrrrr lmboooo you putting over your head😂😂😂 the color yarn is great in you… neck line looks good… but now to take it off … hmmmm ohhh that came off very easy… Cone yarn: knit up some slipper socks 🧦 Great Podcast.. shared your podcast on my Instagram 🎉
See! I’m not alone!!!! I definitely think it’s the kind of pattern you want to print and read with a good highlighter pen nearby….cross out any information irrelevant to your size! Or just skip it 😂 thanks for laughing with me! And great suggestion!
You are adorable, thanks for sharing your journey with us. I love knitting so much so always love to see what others are doing. Love your little pooch Bandit!! I have a dog too, so cute and cuddly.
Nothing better than a cuddly buddy to knit with! Thanks for watching!
I did swap out a very large band with pockets on a cardigan. It's in my Ravelry which is the same name, Netty062 and the sweater was called Portage, mine was Radioactive Portage. That's the beauty of knitting, making it work for you and making it to your liking. First of your podcasts i've seen and loved it!!
I love being able to customize handmade garments 💛 thank you for the reference!!!
Wow you’re doing great for such a new knitter! I think that’s why you’re finding it difficult though as you’re still very new 😊 I would go up a needle size and practice your loop stitches with some scrap yarn. Good luck it’s going to look amazing- love the colour ❤
Thank you so much! I’m the kind of person who skips past the “mock-up” in sewing and just starts cutting the good fabric…apparently that applies to my knitting as well. After spending a little more time with the project, I actually just gave someone else this exact advice 😂 it just required a little more trial and error and then it wasn’t so bad after all!
Holy smokes! I was laughing so hard when you tried on your Ranunculus I almost dropped stitches! Thanks for the giant "day brightener"! If you get your Fisherman's Wool wet you will definitely be able to tell if its wooly or just old. It will smell like a herd of wet dogs/sheep running around your room. Personally it is not my favorite smell! If it were me I would make a Sophie Scarf or Sophie Shawl out of your lovely thrift store find. Can't wait to see your next video and thanks again for a good laugh!
Thank you so much for laughing with me and for sharing!!! I am so happy you're here 🥰
The color on our Ranunculus is beautiful. I dont think you want to snug up your elongated stitches. I think that is part of the decorative effect. I am on my fourth one right now and have some tutorials for the Ranunculus that you might find helpful on my channel Mostly Knitting. Bravo for your persistence and perseverance and for how much you have achieved in your learning of the craft in such a short time. I love your dress. I am a big fan of the knit dress. I wear them to work all the time and it feels like secret pajamas. Thanks for sharing you projects and the process. :)
Thank you so much!! 🥰 I actually had watched your first episode as part of my Ranunculus research! I loved the color you chose as well. Thank you so much for watching-and 100% yes I am always on board with secret PJs!
You have me in tears every episode. Your stories are the best 😂 the cone of yarn could be a wool/nylon blend? It would make beautiful socks!
I’m gearing up for a ranunculus cast on too and really enjoyed your notes on that project. I feel like I read patterns the same way you do and any time that a little uncertainty in the pattern creeps in, I lose my footing. I’ll be following along and making sure you’re one step ahead of me! 😜
It’s so funny, I just want someone to confirm that I understood their instructions properly! New episode today shared a few little lessons that I learned in the redo! Definitely worth checking out-as well as the incredibly helpful comments sections on these videos! People have been so generous with tips! Please learn from my mistakes! Good luck! ☺️
OMG! you are so cute and real! you make my heart happy! I watched the whole podcast with a big smile on my face. I have not knit the Ranunculus, I am in my first knitted garment experience ( totally frogged the first, working on a different one), I have done a lot of socks and crochet garments but it is another beast. Looking forward to your next episode.
Awwww yay that makes me so happy! I have had a pair of socks on the needles since February 😅 just goes to show different strokes for different folks! Thanks for hanging out!
I knit my first Ranunculus recently. I also used size 7 needles. I opted for the wider neckline because I thought with the smaller gauge, that would be best. With the gauge I got, I had to knit the size 4 to get the 46” bust. I also had to start this pattern three or four times. I just wasn’t understanding the way some of the directions were worded. I wound up watching her videos for a few things and that was very helpful. I’m also a lefty mirror knitter, so that adds another level of complexity. I’ve been knitting for 40 years, so, it wasn’t just you. In the end, I love my sweater. I checked my gauge when it was time to choose a size. That worked out well. I wound up doing no decreases in the arms and I did twisted rib for the cuff instead of the I cord. (I would not have been able to get my hand through if I did that.). I’m adding a tip for the loops. When I first did them, I interpreted where to insert the needle incorrectly. If is says between stitches three and four, it means three and four not yet knit. Does that help? I can see from what you did, that you made the same mistake I did by inserting for the loop too soon.
This is so helpful! Thank you for sharing! I realized after looking more closely that you are 100% right about the loop stitches. Lesson learned! Thank you!!!
Nov 4-5 for an ideal yarn sniffing quest is the New England Fiber Festival. They hold it at the big E fair grounds in MA and they have TONS of yarn vendors including lots of wooly wooly and farmy yarn for the sniffin'!
No way!! I had no idea they did a Fiber Festival! That actually might be doable! Thanks for the heads up! 👃
This made me laugh so hard!! I've been there!! An easy way to figure out stitch counts without calculus: Do the wide neckline since you know your gauge is smaller, then knit past the patterning in the yoke, measure your gauge on some of the stockinette sections. Take whatever stitch count you have per inch in your gauge and decide how wide around you want your sweater to be, say 50". Multiply 50" times your stitch count per inch, then knit whatever size has closest stitch count in the body to your target number after splitting for sleeves. Waaay easier than all the crazy math. Just follow the instructions for that size.
Pretty much what I wound up doing after taking the looooooong way around 😂 I’m glad I got a good laugh out of it!
OMG, you crack me up😂: "If somebody was watching me right now....." 😅 naaaa, only 6000+ viewers....... very funny, you made me laugh trying to fit your Ranunculas over your head! Good luck, I am sure you can finish it! 👍😉
😂 thank you for laughing with me!!!
Hey there understand your dismay with the Ranunculus when I made mine a followed a you tuber Sun Dragon tops &trick is was so helpful to watch her knit at the same time.
I did the double knit button band on the Petite Knit Champagne Cardigan. It looks great.
Sundragon has a really good tutorial on the ranunculus that i followed when knitting my first ranunculus now i have already made 4❤🎉
Love love love your podcasts. Look forward to seeing the next one!!!
Great video. Love your positivity and realistic approach to your knitting.
thank you so much!
I just found and subscribed to your channel… I am not a new knitter at all, but I felt the same way about the ranunculus as you did… but I use the same video help as everybody else is mentioning, the sun, dragon videos. So now, because I feel like I have someone helping me every step of the way, I’m cruising through the sweater!! Love your podcast!
I love that for you!!! Here's hoping the sea of stockinette comes sooner than later 😅
I think you found this year's Halloween costume! The silk scarf + neckline headband is priceless😂. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I plant to cast on the Ranunculus with a linen silk blend yarn this winter...I might wait till after you get a little further and piggyback of you experience.
😂😂😂 it would certainly turn heads! I have to say that as much as I love the fabric I am getting with my linen/silk/merino blend, I don’t really love the experience of knitting with it. I hope you enjoy your process more, but I would definitely recommend having another project on the needles at the same time in a wool! Good luck!!!
Great video! Love that you shared your knitting ups and downs.
thank you! I think it's really important to not only share my mistakes, but also what I learned! Hopefully it helps someone else!!! Thank you 🥰
I love sheepy smelling wool, even when wet. Continue to enjoy your knitting 🧶 and that cone is beautiful.
I think it’s growing on me! Thank you ☺️
You did wonderful! Love it! You also made me feel better about ripping things out! Thank you.
Your laughter and positive attitude is contagious! Keep it coming! ❤❤❤
That makes me so happy to hear 🥰 thank you!
Glad I found you . Thank you for sharing your insight !!! So helpful hearing about this journey I have heard about this pattern , A LOT. Have not considered buying this so far , been watching to see if anyone makes a version that is flattering and looks good on.
Nora love your podcast.
Love checking in each week. I’ve never done the Ranunculus sweather before. I love the honestly, never heard this take- I appreciate your insight. Maybe I’ll join in. You are hilarious. Love the intro song. -Anna
Anna, thank you so much!!! I promise to always be candid! Please feel free to join me in this Ranunculus journey!!! I'd love to know how you feel about the pattern if you decide to cast on! I am so glad you enjoy our little song 🥰
You’re cracking me up. I’m so sorry for your Rananculous troubles. I thought I wanted to make it!
Thanks for laughing with me 😅 it’s worth peeking at! But definitely don’t assume it’s a quick weekend knit-it requires a bit more focus than that!
Sun Dragon has a number of videos on the Rununculus
Regarding the fishermen's wool, I've not ordered from Amazon so maybe it is both. When you sniff it at a JoAnn's that is the lanolin (sheepy) smell in the wool! I am someone who loves it ;o) It reminds me of, well, sheep, and my farm girl childhood 😆
What a great memory! I think I need to not only go yarn sniffing, but general sheep sniffing as well 😂
🥹So many laughs and sweet tears! 💛
I'm so happy you joined me!!
i’ve knitted for 45 years and the Ranunculus pattern got me too, i had three or four false starts
This seriously makes me feel so much better. It’s all personal preference at the end of the day. I’ve found that even in my infancy of knitting I really do enjoy a pattern that falls somewhere in between just being thrown a chart and a hope, and having my hand held the whole way. Totally depends on the situation!
Love it! You had me laughing so hard. So much fun to laugh at mistakes/learning adventures.
Thank you for laughing with me!!!! It’s way better to laugh thanks scream! 😂
I fudged a couple of times on my first Ranunculus. Lace is my nemesis. I always miscount something lol.
I have knit 4 of them at this point, and I have the original pattern and then the updated pattern where it is divided into more sizes. I have used both patterns and in your circumstance, I would definitely increase neckline stitches and knit a size or 2 bigger than you would normally knit because you are using a smaller size needle.
The key to the Ranunculus stitches looking like they do in the samples is in the blocking. You'll get it. Don't give up.
Man I am so glad I’m not alone! Thank you for the encouragement!
I am not going to apologise to the thousands who have raved over the ranunculus, but I will not be making it. I really think it’s over rated. What I do love is the joy in your UA-cam videos. Keep them up and keep me laughing.
It's not for everyone, and that is okay!! Thank you so much for hanging out 🥰
Hey neighbor! I’m a CT gal too. Love your podcast and the wonderful journey you’re taking. It’s true, down to earth, and fun! 😀👍
I have been knitting a while and still had several mess ups in my first ranunculus… but then got it… and yes the videos help a lot… good job persevering ❤ your podcast… omg you are hilarious… and yes it’s ok to mess up rip back or leave it… it’s all good it’s your knitting… big hugs, Heather
Did the universe know I had tried the Ranunculus many times and gave up. Then you popped into my feed and I feel that I can try again with you
We can do this together!!!! It feels so good to know you’re not alone!!!
You have such a cute personality. Just found you. I just got back from Savannah GA. My daughter in law took me to The Frayed Knot yarn shop. Such a quaint little shop. Owner very pleasant. They had a Runuclus all knit up in the mohair it was Stunning. I couldn’t stop looking at it. Now I have to make one. I did buy yarn for a Felix pullover though. Looking forward to more videos
I cast on a long tail cast on and just knitted the ribbing. Dragon Tips and tricks has a knit a long for the Ranunculus on UA-cam that has it pattern section by section. Use new yarn for the top of the sweater and use the fuzzy bit somewhere less obvious. You can do it!
You brightened my day :) thank you
☀ thank YOU!
As a cosmotologist from the 80's and a daughter of a woman who wore an "updo" and was always impeccably dressed... I thought I was the only one who knew that scarf trick. I continue to laugh my way through your podcast. Love hanging out with you as I knit and have my coffee. Thank you for just being real. Love the vibe of your channel for sure.
This just makes me so happy! Thank you!!! It’s a great little trick on the days when you need it! Thanks for hanging out 🥰
This popped up randomly in my feed and it was perfect timing. I'm a crocheter planning to learn knitting over the winter. I've been watching a couple of long-time knitters - prepping my noggin for the switch - and just subscribed to yours too. I appreciate your cheerful and honest vibe - especially when things go a bit bonkers during a project. Thanks for the dash of laughter and hope!
Welcome!!!! I am also a crocheter-turned-knitter! I found that I couldn’t find too many podcasts with a “beginner’s” perspective when I started out. I will do my best to share my honest thoughts of navigating the craft as a newer knitter myself. I hope you fall in love with knitting 💛
💕 The yarn I'm using now smells like a barn. I like it. You're impressive for a new knitter. Taking on a dress is brave. Good job.
Thank you so much!!
I have been wanting to knit a Ranunculus for around a year but keep putting it off! I may cast mine on this weekend and knit along with you. Thank you for sharing all your trials and mistakes…I am interested to see how I get on 😂
Please do!!! The more of us, the merrier! Definitely keep us posted and please learn from my mistakes!
You made my day never laughed so much, thank you 🎉
This genuinely brings me so much joy. Thanks for laughing with me!!!
Love your podcast so much!
So fun to watch. Thanks for the reminder that sometimes it’s really okay to take a step back and start over!
I have been curious about the ranunculus as well since it has such hype. Yours will be stunning in that color once you get it!!!
Thank you so much! I am so glad that we can all have a little fun here! I am always the first person to get frustrated when something doesn't work out the first time. I think knitting really has taught me that it is okay to have to try again. If you just re-frame your thoughts and consider the first attempt as just research for the final draft, it softens the blow a little!
Thank you! We're going to get to the bottom of this and see what everyone has been talking about. At this point, the color is the main thing getting me through this project!
Aw hey from another CT knitter! Loving the cast!
You’ve definitely got this 😊 4th times a charm!! You’re really crushing it as a newer knitter. Love the all good dress; looks great!
Thank you so so much 🥰
