I was suffering from back pain since last 20 years I use to get relief when I use to do back exercises but it use to comeback again when I use to stop back workouts. But surprisingly since last 3 months back pain is vanished from the day im following your leg and glute workout.

Love your workout videos. I have defined my back and my arms my legs and I'm working on my glutes. I was training for a bikini competition several months ago but I did not completely leave salt and sugar out of my diet. In the last three months no sugar no salt meaning potato chips and snacks and while I can say my body is transforming especially my back and arms and shoulders and my stomach has finally flattened. Thanks for these helpful videos.

I have been following you since you were on the show the doctors. I used to do some of your few minute workouts you posted on Instagram. I stumbled on this video this morning and decided to try it, because I like how you included the core, glutes, mobility and cardio. (had no clue you had a youtube channel) This is exactly what I have been wanting to achieve. This workout kicked my butt. I could not even stay with 15lbs I had to use body weight by the second round. I want to follow one of your programs if they are simular to this. I go the gym everyday but I it's always a different workout. I need a focused plan. Thank you Massy.

Massy, thank you for practicing what i preach! I am 55 and a former athlete. I've quit sport a long time ago. Since then i just do regular workouts for myself. I've always believed in the effectiveness of combination of muscular endurance exercises and cardio.

Hello! Yes, this is a great workout. I'm a CPT and PTA as well. I love it when true fitness trainers include the importance of eccentric, concentric, and isometric variable movements. I've been in health and fitness for 32 years! Not just for looks, it's for health and longevity as well.

I'm so glad I found you!!! As a former gymnast, I appreciate all of these exercises. Many of them are close to or exactly what my team and I did every day! I watch so many UA-cam fitness instructors, but not many of them do so many unilateral exercises that require balance and emphasis on one leg at a time like we did in gymnastics. I love it. Can't wait to try it!!
If this is something that interests you, I’ll be posting more programming that is geared towards real function. I personally love gymnasts and the way they train. Fortunately everyone can learn from each other and we can make this platform friendly and encouraging.

Also I have quick question I got my tru supplement creatine and protein powder and I’m just confused what goes pre and post and if is ok to have creatine with body training only , I’m sorry for the long quick question, (the answer I think will take a new video😅) but I need help please thank you in advance 😅
You can take one scoop 30 mins pre workout. On days you don’t train you can still take a scoop. Remember creatine is more than just for training. It keeps your muscles looking full, your brain gets benefits too! For the protein treat it as a food. Meaning when trying to put more muscle you want to consume more protein. This can be achieved with animal protein, plant protein, and the powders will allow to make easier to reach the protein requirements you need. Keep every variable the same for a few weeks in terms of your nutrition and adjust slowly by either changing a little on the diet or increasing energy output and performance with progressive overload and or more volume in your training. Remember, make it sustainable. Little changes every week, not just make it so hard and impossible you can’t keep up with the demands on the nutrition or performance side of things. When putting on muscle it is about consistency of training. Keep it up boo!

Hi Massy! I have a hard time with lunges, forward and reverse. It’s mainly my knees, I have a little pain in them when I go down and try to come back up. Do you have any suggestions on how I can strengthen them to be able to perform lunges better? Thanks so much😊

I'm so thankful that you are showing how to build glutes because your glutes look so nice and I just wouldn't believe that you have come from where you came from without seeing the before picture that you so kindly shared! Thank you! Your transformation really fueled my hope of development! I do not want implants, I want natural development and seeing you has encouraged me. Thank you immensely! I am African American and do not have the glutes that my culture is known to have. I'm learning to get in shape and I need to lose a massive amount of weight but I am understanding that you need a calorie surplus in order to grow glutes, so I am confused. What do I do? I have to lose fat because I am super morbidly obese so what do I do?
What I suggest is that you don’t focus so much on the aesthetics as you’re starting to change your body composition. I did that in the beginning and all I leaned was to obsessed on specifics, vs getting healthy. If you have a a lot of body fat to oxidize and muscle to build, that will naturally happen as you start shifting the way you eat. The focus should be on changing your eating habits and making movement part of your daily life. The minute you do that, your body composition will change and then you will start increasing intensity of your workouts, and being more specific. Does this make sense? You should look into my elevate 1 program on www.masvida.io but when you focus on eating leaner cuts of meats, complex carbs, replacing soft drinks with water (even infusing it with mint, lemon, some fruits), replacing pastries and junk with fruits, and learning slowly how to enjoy more veggies-everything will change for you. Your palate accommodates to the new foods you’re eating! I’m rooting for you sissy! Let’s go!!!!!

It's 96 outside---YES IT'S A FURNACE.❤🔥.... .just got back from running a few errands.. had decided to work legs/butt today.. ab work never hurts--(psst- they're not my fav yet I do it anyway)lol--🌛 went to your channel for guidance.. found this vid...(A BIG thank you (🌻as always)......................I've paused my gym membership due to an old/nagging knee pain that just won't leave me alone....this affects my squat/lunge mobility.. however I was able to work through this pretty good with my yoga block for the 1 leg squat thingy. I actually prefer working out at home for the most part. I've bought resistance bands since I'm not using dumbells as much... they're okay BUT THERE'S SOMETHING about a good gym sesh that I deeply miss... My body looks different since I"m no longer in the gym... My goal is to BECOME THE MACHINE.. like you've always said. By the way... resistance band workout would be a great addition to your content library.. What are your thoughts? thanks...Know that you're GREATLY appreciated.🥰

This is part of a whole comprehensive 8 week program. The program has a squat dominant day, a hinge one, and a hybrid so we train the glutes and the whole core three times a week. Link in description

Never, ever do core before glutes and legs. You weaken/fatigue your core which is your foundation that supports everything. Then you do legs and since your core is weak you’ll hurt your back. Been doing this for 40 years. The workout is solid! It incorporates HIT with weights and isolation movements. Beautiful. Just do core/abs at the end.

You posted a video a few days ago on Instagram where you did a full crunch into a stand position with the help of placing your feet under the edge of your couch. I need help with that!
Use the weight as counterbalance weight. If you for example have lack of mobility of the hips, it will be hard to stand. See when I reach the weights forward I’m leveraging the counterweight to stand.

ASSY Atias I'm having difficulties with the lunges I think I need more stretching in the hip area and more help with the adductors because they're just gone diagnosed with MSN Lupus is just kind of shot the muscles and I'm trying to build in what they say I can't have I gotta prove myself frightening them wrong what else can I do to help with the discomfort
