Hi hope you are doing great. In that case you can use the second Method I used convert all audio files to the sample rate of the project and make sure at 03:48 in the video on that window under options where it says new files set to replace so that it automatically replaces the files in the project that way no need to drag the audio file.

Hi, try to make sure that the tempo of your beat is matched with the project tempo in Cubase too it might solve the issue..

Hi hope you are doing great. Yeah I understand what you mean I kept playing that same part I see now😀. But the part I play is not even important let’s focus on whether or not it helped you solve the sample rate issue. I don’t own the rights to the songs I mix so at times the owners only allow me to play only a small section for demonstration only so I do this in most of my videos but I do play a longer section of the song when it is needed to pass the message .

@@JayTheMg you're right. How about opening projects on newer versions of cubase? The entire project will be slow down. (Even the metronome beeps detuned) how can i fix this?

@@AmirPourkashef I haven’t really experienced this I switch projects between Cubase 5 , 11 and 12 it still plays just fine but the slowing of playing back or bpm is associated with a mismatch in sample rate the program stretches the files to match the sample rate. Make sure you check the sample rate in the order version of Cubase and set that in your recent version in preferences to match that.

For real😂 is it the pitch or maybe the vocals are okay but just not in sync with the beat? Try changing the sample rate of one of them and see if it works...
