If you follow the black trim from the outside of the door to the middle , i have a dent that needs pushing out. Is this accessible from the inside when the door panels removed?

There's not much room, and the glass window needs to be removed, maybe under some angle with special tools.

Did all the push clips break when removing the panel / did you have to buy new clips?

When warm weather it almost never break, and yes we replace them all every time to ensure better grip.

6mm diameter, lenght approximately 20mm head of bolt 10mm all metric.
