I love their breads...They are crazy fun and cute! Viet food is amoung my favorite! Lot of greens and fresh ingredients! Simple but full of flavors! Well, when i think of it...i think than i have favorite dishs...all around the world!

I was missing the 'day in the life' format of the last 2-3 videos, but this was a nice return to the POV style. I think the impromptu -ness of going out to vendors and filming on the small camcorder makes it feel so real and shows what to expect if we [viewers] were to come visit.

Some of the Vietnamese restaurants do have it. Just FYI, the taste is going to be different from the taste in Saigon, as they make adjustments to suit the local preferences. But since you've never had it before, don't worry about it. lol

The Vietnamese aren't rude at all! They are direct and will say what they think, but i love that! I rode a bike from Ho Chi Minh all the way up to Lao Cai and Sa Pa in 2019, it was the besttt! Selling it in Hanois when i had 3 days left was a bit stressful though, but i got drunk with some Canadians and one of them took it haha
Oh yeah, and the food! My fav in S.e along with Thai. Though Viet food is higher, so green, and fresh!
