Wow they were so nice to you!!! The guy sitting next to you and also the owners. Vietnam is full of generous people and it’s awesome to see that you insisted on paying. It really helped those people out and not to mention your Vietnamese got a lot better!!

I love watching the people around you reacting to you not only speaking their language, but doing so with confidence and being kind and friendly. When you asked to pay I noticed a woman sitting was quite surprised to hear you speak and from that moment on she was staring with a smile at your interaction. Its those things that aren't the focus of the video that show just how much of a positive impact you have on people.

Speaking both Vietnamese and English in your videos is the right direction, I think. Because young people in Vietnam can learn English watching your videos and English speaking people can understand your videos too. Plus, and vice versa, local people in Vietnam find it interesting that you can speak enough Vietnamese to communicate with them.

Accidentally found your channel this morning, I am very impressed. You can eat more kinds of Vietnamese food than my husband can; he moved to the U.S when he was 11 years old. We have been living in Arkansas since that day.

To most folks chicken feet is gross. I cooked them with some Asian seasonings and they are wonderful to eat two times a month. The amount of collagen in them provides so many benefits from= your bones to skin and joints. Max, I ready to join you in that feast. Mark Wiens, Mickey Chen or Sonnyside have nothing on you when it comes to describing the food that you eat. You are the man!!! Absolutely the best host on any food channel.
