Grubby didn't mention it during this specific playthrough (maybe he did in others on this channel). If you were curious as to the reason they were all in the bottom-lane so much it's because, specifically, on Towers of Dooms, the bottom-lane is the most important lane. This is because of the two sapper camps: 1. Taking yours and their sapper camp allows you to quickly take their bottom tower. After taking it, it allows you to move off of that tower and onto other enemy towers. From there, the enemy team has a decision to make: a)They can either decide to try and get back control of all their towers, thus possibly causing their team to be split up, and allowing for one-sided team fights b)They ignore the towers, which allows you the opportunity to just outright win by securing all 6 towers on the map 2. The fact that the sappers can affect core-health
Also, thinking about it a little more.. It's unlikely for someone to try and "sneak" boss when all 10 players are up. It's much more easy to contest the two bottom towers (because of their centralized location), than diving into the enemy's territory for the other top tower. Not that the latter doesn't happen, it's just a bigger risk than is usually necessary
I find the best strat when trying my best to win a HoTS match is just not to die, it tends to work rather well 10/10 would recommend top meta strat edit: MSpaint you really are the best Grubby! keep it up
There is a strategy on Towers that people don't seem to follow: don't rush to take down forts, you wanna damage them, not destroy. Sadly even in master people just seek to destroy it - early game it gains nothing. Just bring forts' health low, even sacrificing few shrines might be worth it, and when they are all low, start destroying them during obj, and then defending as all 3 of enemies forts are down. There are particular picks required to do it properly, best one I would say is: Naz, gaz/zag, tank like dia/blaze, raynor and his heal P.S: Many other camps have weak early obj. On Eternal it is easier to ignore obj and rush down enemy fort, cuz 1st angel/demon gets melted at the gates, while enemies already wont have a fort
depends, part of why you take them is to force the direction they come from. second obj is in bot lane. if i own your bot lane tower you now have to come from the sapper route or from middle lane. makes zoning you out much easier if i limit your approach.
Man the not chasing enemy heroes cannot be understated...Had a thrall in my team today trying to catch low heroes which I think I pinged him like 6 times in a match to fall back because I knew he might get caught...he got caught every time.My team won in the end,and he was the only 1 on negative score with 2/8. Another thing you can do, don't waste your heroics,I mention that because that same Thrall used Sundering on a ming I ensnared and brought to like 10% before he sundered her...Like 50 seconds later,that Sundering would've given him 2 kills,saved a fellow teammate and save himself(I know it was 50 seconds later,because I was watching his cd going 6,5,4,3 and he died.
A cool trick on Rehgar i didnt see him use, AFter 16, you Shield a minion at the front or you put down a totem and shield that. YOu both get shields and double dmg. Really fast w totem to clear waves.
17:08 - Blue team gets level 7. Grubby opens the talent panel, picks cleanse, then cleanses the root off Yrel, saving her. Something tells me that Grubby is a pro. Hmm.
I have one big request for you Grubby. Can you show talents of all players after the games? I wonder what build got the Yrel and now I will never know ;) Trying to get my Yrel to decent skill level.
30:18 - Dauntless - Hand of Freedom, Divine Steed, Ardent Defender, Velen's chosen, Templar's verdict and Seraphim. Dauntless cause they had a decent amount of physical damage, HoF is the meta pick, Divine steed to rotate faster, Ardent Defender is the meta, Velen's chosen for extra damage and heals from abilities, Templar's verdict is meta pick, Seraphim against all the CC they have. Btw, Ardent heals less if you have any armor, due to have abilities are coded. So, take care when you choose to use dauntless with it.

Some high-level players have been saying that W talent is really good, so it makes sense to test it out for yourself. Thing is, both Divine steed, which allows some cool chases and W talent change how her skills are used in combat, while E is the one that change her fighting the least. I also recommend trying E talent on 13 with E on 7. That extra slow is pretty good as well and can help snipe the target easier. Don't forget to weave in Autoattacks as well.
Pretty much when you're in a losing situation, dying alone is the worst thing you can do. Comeback xp gains are massive, so if you can take a fight where you have numbers advantage and the element of surprise, you take it.

Explain to me like to a kindergarden, how flat 1k healing with long CD is better than AS + LS for a few seconds, especially with AA kind of a team, like I get you can save someone from bad situation, but on the other hand poping BL gives your entire team an leverage for a few seconds. I get in masters that can be less effective, as people know to wait/bait these kind of things, but on lower tiers I think BL is more solo player friendly, there's a bigger chance someone from your team will actually benefit BL rather than waste your AH :P (especially when they still run away, cuz they got scared of a burst dmg that wont happen again in the next 5-10 sec, cuz enemy dude just busted all of his CDs)
Wait a minute so he just said that it's statistically impossible to have both sides have an advantage then what the hell is it evenly matched and a tie in skill I'd say that's both teams have an advantage

And saying they’re boosted is meme way of saying they’re clueless for most of the time. U can’t get to gm unless ur a gm level player or its start of the season u finished 50 win request faster than others. Having over 50% win rate after done hundreds of games in gm is really not bad.

running in circles or solopushing while your team fights 4on5 is also not the way... you have to balance and use empathy
I have lost plenty of matches this season not dying. Problem is if everybody else dies you can barely do anything.

the only time i really fight mid at the beginning is with alarak or butcher because they have everything to gain and nothing to lose
