@@TheEpling 116 K miles and still going strong. meanwhile trying to find out if Skyactiv engine needs high octane fuel or not. many US reviewers claim that regular is ok. others across the world only recommend premium or higher. kind of confusing.
That’s interesting. I’ve only ever used Regular. It doesn’t call for High Octane anywhere on the car. I wonder if the engines are different outside the US.??
I wanted to update.. it didn't work for me. I have the updated 2017 steering wheel with the silver ring around the airbag, with a mode button that changes between limit and cruise and it is also used for activation. So for who have your type of steering wheel it will work for them@@TheEpling
What happens when you push Mode? Does it give you the symbol with the car and arrow pointing at a speedometer or just the arrow pointing at a speedometer? Or does it do something else entirely?
Hi, I tried long pressing all the cruise control/limit buttons it just changes between those modes. The logo I have is with the arrow and the car, I also looked in the settings of the safety and the vehicle in the infotainment screen and there is no such option of adaptive / normal
great hack! adaptive cruise control slowed the car down many times unnecessarily on the highway, so that's a nice trick. Meanwhile: 381 K miles
That’s awesome! I’m right there with you at 382,500 now. I’ll hit 400,000 by October. How about you?
