- Making a mini radiant diffuser for macro photography involves a few simple steps. First, gather a small piece of translucent to white plastic sheet as diffuser panel. Cut it into a size that can cover the front of your macro lens. Next, find a circular object, like a plastic lid or plastic tube, that matches the diameter of your lens. Attach the diffuser to the circular object using adhesive or tape, ensuring it covers the entire opening. Finally, place the mini radiant diffuser over your macro lens, and enjoy soft and evenly distributed light for stunning close-up shots.

❤❤❤
Charu, next week I will make one for you.
@@dr.jalil.photography thank you sir👍👍👍
Thanks for a very easy to make design.
What do you use for the white diffuser? I have tried a few white plastic types and are yet to get a good diffusion on shiny insects.
If you get your on ebay could you post a link ?
I did use white plastic sheet and as a diffuser material but I found it very efficient in making soft light. I have tried with very shiny subject like glass bottles, new coins and a very shiny wrist watch.
This week I will make a separate video on the selection of diffuser materials with practical demonstration. I will send you the link. If you subscribe my channel, you will get it through notifications.

I do appreciate it.
I did not buy white plastics from e bay. But I used white plastic files, bought from local stationery stores.
What's that camera stand? Solid cast-iron?
Thank you Riyaz for your keen observation. I made this camera stand my self, from an old microscope.
A plastic milk carton could be cut to fit and then taped together instead of the plastic bottle.
Yes, you are right. I will try it. Thanks for suggestion.
I think all this work is uneuseful. You can buy two adapters rings adapters and put it in the middle and turn. For saving power you can use a Pringles potatoes tube
Using radiant diffusers is a standard practice for most macro photographs. I did try pringles tube, but it is not as good as radiant diffusers. Thanks for your concern.
@@dr.jalil.photography but you have to use a little piece oh Pringles tube and after your diffuser! So you do not loose light. The tube is very good if after you put a large diffuser.
