Great idea on where to get the materials for the build!
I have used white plastic file as diffuser and a black plastic file as reflector. Please watch my video on the selection and source of materials in my video link:

Very nice, I am curious about the base were you have mounted the camera. Can you explain what is that? Looks like a pretty solid base
Yes, it is an excellent camera stand. I made it from an old microscope. I can focus without using focus ring on the lens and also can do focus stacking.
Nice🙏❤️
Thanks 🔥
Your video is very interesting and congratulations for the realization of the macro diffuser, I could have the diagram with the precise measurements so I'll try to make it. Thank you
Zac from Italy
Thanks for your interest. I will send you the drawing very soon.
@@dr.jalil.photography Thanks a lot, I look forward to it
👏👏👏👏👏
Welcome.
Hi Dr. Jalil, I am a macrophotography enthusiast from Spain and yours is the best explanation on the way of constructing a diffuser. My lens is, as yours, a Laowa 90 mm . As others, i am interested in having the measures of the templates. I have seen the link you provided but can't access. Thinking there was a problem with my browser I have asked for access several times until I have read you must provide access. Sorry for the several petitions. Best regards
Hi Patxi, thank you for interest. I am sending the link again below, try it again. If you fail, please send me your e-mail number, I will send directly to you without drive link.

Hello sir, could you pls tell me how to do this on inbuilt flash?
P.s. i saw some diffuser like the mk3 they make some part also below the lens to avoid shadow... It could be an idea to cut in the white paper a circle and using an elastic to fix i t starting below the lens.
On this way you will have full cover of the light!
Yes, you are absolutely correct. I tried to make it as simple as possible. However, I will upload another lens mount diffuser with bottom reflector part. Very soon.
I like your diffuser. Simply and effective design. Is there a way to show the dimensions of the diffuser on paper?
The dimension will depend on the length of lens and the size of flash. I can send you the size for my one.
@@dr.jalil.photography That may work. I have a very similar set up. Sony A7iv the Sony FE90mm macro and the Godox TT350.
@@antdas Excellent, How do I send you the picture of template? I think, gmail would be better for sending you the picture or WhatsApp. By the way, where are you from?
@@dr.jalil.photography Hi Dr Jalil,
Gmail would be fine.
Thank you.

Great project! The cost to buy one is about $140. With your instructions it only cost about $5
Yes, it is very cheap, and its performance is as good as commercial diffusers, but most importantly it is small.
Excellent! Can u provide us the template?
Yes, sure.

A smaller diffuser doesn’t impact with the environment as much nor threaten lizards, spiders and other insects as much as the larger diffusers. Particularly for short focal length macro lenses.
Yes, you are right. Thanks for your observations.
