Code it esc using obd11 and disconnect the hand brake (up) switch

You're trapping really slow for a is38. Most stage 2 stock turbo traps 110mph already. You should've been in the 116-118 range.
His tires pressure are low so he can have a better grip. This creates drag , gives you a better time but slower trapspeed. With a pressure set higher he would have run easily a 116mph
