17:04 To be fair, those nuclear weapons next to the moon prison were meant to be both deterrents and weapons of last resort in case of an armed uprising amongst the prisons. After all, buildings can be rebuilt, and manpower can be replenished, but if any of the rebel-prisoners survive, then they're ideals of revolution will spread, the people planetside will have to deal with a second uprising in the near to immediate future, which will cut into their earnings both in the long and short-term.

the emperor's silliest fighting clown: caiphas cain
The emperors silliest battles go to his silliest commisar Caiphus Cain
One of my favorite moments to showcase the raven guard stealth is when they were using shadows to hide from daemons
When I was getting interested in Warhammer one of my friends brought up Ciaphas Cain and I pretty much fell in love with the guard after that! I’m still a little sad we don’t have an official commissar model made in his image.
