Everything below is for the omnissiah. But like, you can read it if you want. Just a synopsis of the video you're watching.
The White Scars, led by their enigmatic Primarch Jaghatai Khan, stand as a testament to the unity of speed, ferocity, and a profound respect for tradition within the Warhammer 40K universe. Jaghatai Khan's upbringing on Chogoris, a world of rugged terrains and warrior nomads, deeply influenced his and his legion's ethos. His discovery by the Emperor and his pledge to unite the stars under one empire marked the beginning of the White Scars' legendary saga. The legion, initially known as the Star Hunters, was transformed under Jaghatai's leadership, embracing Chogorian culture and tactics that prioritized unparalleled speed and maneuverability in battle.
Throughout the Great Crusade, the White Scars, known for their hit-and-run assaults, earned a fierce reputation. However, it was their actions during the Horus Heresy that truly defined their unwavering loyalty to the Emperor. Despite Horus's belief that Jaghatai would join his cause, the Khan chose to stay true to the Emperor, showcasing his profound integrity and dedication to his principles. This period was marked by significant trials for the White Scars, including being trapped by Warp Storms and engaging in a prolonged campaign of attrition against traitor forces, demonstrating their resilience and tactical ingenuity.
Post-Heresy, the White Scars continued to honor their heritage while adapting to the changes brought about by the Codex Astartes. They played a pivotal role in the Great Scouring, purging the remnants of traitor forces across the galaxy. The legion's spirit and tactics remain a beacon of their Primarch's vision, emphasizing speed, honor, and the pursuit of freedom above all else.
The relationship between Jaghatai Khan and his fellow Primarchs was complex, shaped by mutual respect, rivalry, and in some cases, outright conflict. His friendships with Horus and Magnus the Red stood in contrast to the disdain from others like Fulgrim, illustrating the diverse dynamics within the brotherhood of Primarchs. Jaghatai's legacy is not just in his martial prowess but also in his philosophical outlook, making him a figure of fascination and respect.
The White Scars' current endeavors continue to reflect their foundational principles, engaging in battles that require swift strikes and strategic withdrawals, staying true to the Khan's teachings. Their disdain for the Dark Eldar, stemming from Jaghatai's disappearance in the Webway, highlights their enduring loyalty to their Primarch and their unyielding commitment to safeguarding the Imperium

Thank you for watching this episode and a special thank you to Red. Who helped with research on this episode and helped make it as good as it is!
Idk who Red is but thanks Red!
@@BaalFridge I'm nobody special, but I *am* the guy who spent three hours pulling my hair out trying to translate James Workshop's shithouse Mongolian lmaaooo
@@wahbeganyou are most definitely GOATed
All right Isander, sit down and let me learn you something. I had a buddy named Zach who had this awful 2002 Pontiac GT piece of champagne hillbilly shit covered in anime tits. He got me to help him swap in a 4.2 duramax diesel and a 4L40C trans. That is the most badass Pontiac in the world.
Also fuck off. Smokey and the Bandit alone made the Firebird a legend.
Thanks Red
White sca- WAIT WE DID IT!
Edit: Also forgot to say, gonna ask for an episode on the Halo/Ghoul stars. Either that or *Ci-Ci-Ciaphas Cain Hero of the Imperium!*
Yeah, we did, brother! For Khan and Emperor!
Next is jaghtai khan.
He did it
Cegorach must be at it again
Hell yeah!
Ciaphas may not feel like he deserves an episode, but he should get one anyway.
He is so modest! We must raise his legend even higher!!
Hero of the imperium!
A shining exemplar of the Emperor's blessings!
I cast my vote for Ciaphas Cain!
The Inquisition has decided that Ciaphas Cain is alive. Any reports to the contrary are mistaken or heresy
I feel like everytime Koda gives Isyander a mental flashbang they need to call it a "White scars" moment. Out of nowhere, slaps real hard and fades away quickly
Holy crap! That is epic.
I want to see the moment Guilliman and El’Johnson reunite, and Guilliman is a visible wreck trying to tell the Lion everything he wanted to say, and the Lion does the one thing very un-Lion like, gives him a hug and simply says, “You are not alone anymore”.
I don't think that's happened yet
“We are not alone, brother.”
Guilliman just breaks down crying and starts speaking uninteligabaly, but the last time the lion saw one of the primarchs cry was when daddy dearest die so he knows whats up.
Nah@@memeboi2096
*Casually kills Koda with a dad level joke, tries to keep going*
Hell yeah, fast bois got their win. Also, CI CI CIAPHAS CAIN HERO OF THE IMPERIUM
"CI CI CIAPHAS CAIN HERO OF THE IMPERIUM"
OMG YES !!!
CI-CI-CIAPHAS CAIN HERO OF THE IMPERIUM!!!!
HERO OF THE IMPERIUM!
CI CI CIAPHAS CAIN HERO OF THE IMPERIUM!
CIAPHAS HERO OF THE IMPERIUM
A small nugget to add to the Slaanesh bit:
We get a description of the Khan in combat by one of his marines, which is a really neat scene, that has a TLDR saying - "When the Khan kills, it is beautiful."
Isyander and Koda: Come for the 40K lore, stay for the Cars universe jokes
Sedan Hussein is one of the best things I've ever heard. Holy fucking shit, Isyander
That had me rolling 😂
They've peaked
I love how it broke Koda!
I had to pause so I could remember how to breathe.
We had a rare ysander "mental flashbang" this episode 😂
Ci Ci Ciaphas Cain!!! Hero of the Imperium!!!
Finally the White scars slowed down for just enough time to get a episode 🏍
"I can think of one man with a rather hilarious mustache"
"Hulk Hogan!"
Finally, we can get Commissar Cain! You all know who the real Hero of the Imperium is.
Jurgen
I love how you take it as a fact the Commissar Cain comes next! 😀
@@ChaosOperator confidence makes it more convincing
@@QuantemDeconstructor Ci CI Ciaphas Cain Hero of the Imperium!
Now that THE BEST Legion’s been covered… CI CI CIAPHAS CAIN! HERO OF THE IMPERIUM!!!!
Just because Isyander said it, I now want a Tortises episode with Koda nerding out over them and ending every fun fact he gives with 'get bent'.
"Sedan Hussein" killed me for a solid 5 minutes. I needed to pause and recover.
"Sadan Husayn" has got be one of the top 10 funniest things to come out of this podcast
Fun thing about Jagatai mixing his Terran white scars with Chigoran white scars is that this is also a reference to Genghis Khan, as he had a similar practice grouping soldiers with others from different tribes to create a united identity
You should do the wars of armageddon, or atleast Yarrack and Gaz's unique relationship. There is something unsettling about a savage beast of destruction and carnage taking the time to congratulate the enemy general for a war well fought, proclaim he is his best friend and they are the same all in perfect Latin, then releasing him so he can rebuild and prepare because they will be back
Ciaphas Cain, the man brave enough to date an Inquisitor, deserves an episode!
Still in the CAIN TRAIN!
Soon we will be needing the MONTH OF KODA.
Yes
Koda is so mad He didn't think of the Sedan Hussein reference.
Would love to hear about Ciaphas Cain so he has my vote for then next episode. Loved the Sedan Hussain joke and the small tangent about cars. I would like to see a video covering Mortarion & his legion, the Death Guard sometime in the future.
White scars doing a Haka in space, singing the ancient song of their people. "BABY SHARK DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO."
Sounds more like something the space shark aspirants would do.
Our abhuman brethren need love, but as soon as I heard Ciaphas cain, say no more the cain episode needs to get made
we know the dark eldar are not going to win
@@brain772 they could probably beat the abhumies, but not cain.
The Hero of The Imperium, Caiaphas Cain must be next. That'd be a funny episode I feel.
Thank you for giving me my motorcycle club!! White Scars were the first army i got to play in the 90's when I borrowed my friends. Nothing is more terrifying than a White Scar Librarian psycher on a turbo bike!
“I can think of one man with a funny moustache” I can think of two, they used to be friends until they weren’t.
Ciaphas Cain episode we need it already
CI- CI- CIAPHAS CAIN, HERO OF THE IMPERIUM
CI- CI- CIAPHAS CAIN, HERO OF THE IMPERIUM
CI- CI- CIAPHAS CAIN, HERO OF THE IMPERIUM
CI CI CIAPHAS CAIN HERO OF THE IMPERIUM
In honor of the White Scars, I shall watch this video on 2x speed.
Also, by the Emperor, Ciaphas Cain, please!
Caiphas! Not the Hero we needed, but the Hero we got!
Gotta be one of the best episode's we've had for a while. Halfway through they've jumped onto cars lore. Best youtube duo ever.
Sedan Hussein is exactly what I needed from the White Scars episode.
"Don't put your finger on the scales!"
Can someone get me Belisarius Cawl on the line? I need a replay of Isyander and the Ultrasmurfs xD
That pun came like a White Scar, fast, precise, laughter afterwards 🤣
cain deserves an episode reguardless of how he feels about it
All of this was a plan for ciaphus to avoid the spotlight and stay away from the frontlines. We demand a c-c-ciaphus episode
Isyander broke Koda with that "Sedan Hussein," and I love it!
Ive been binging you guys for the last few months and loving it. I listened to the podcast at work and then come home and rewatch them because the video editing is so good
Fantastic episode folks, I'm a massive Mongolian history nut, and White Scar enthusiast, so this was a fun listen to while I work!
Its called Dressage, the "Horse dancing" its the remnants of the old horse fighting manuvers of the spanish cavalry. My mom used to train horses for it and was a 2 time world champion. Growing up on a horse farm was interesting.
35:40 as one of those car guys I know full well what you're talking about. That's something that makes me happy in a way only that can.
GIMME FUEL GIMME FIRE GIMME THAT WHICH I DESIRE
Koda with the German Cars lore mental flash-bangs
Gotta go fast? Sounds right up my alley.
Also god that Sedan Hussein joke absolutely caught me off guard. I was not expecting that, I'm crying!
"laugh while you are killing, for every artist should find Joy in their craft (even if that craft is death) -- Jaghatai Khan
PS- nice choice of music in the cat clip.
I wanna see the Abhumans, Ogryns are getting a lot of love thanks to Darktide and I wanna hear more about their lore.
The thing that made me love ogryns was a vid on youtube that was like an ogryns war diary, and its SAD and heartening all at once. Its called "ogryn story"
PROTECT THE LITTLE UNS
Here for the best chapter. The chapter that got me into the hobby.
So here at the end of the video, you guys hit the notes but not as many small things that i would like to see. MORE
I’ve finally caught up on the series so my vote will finally matter! I’d love to hear more about Cain, he sounds like a really fun character!
Ciaphas Cain episode we need it already.
The Second Last Stand of Perlia is just flat out Cain vs the little guy with the silly moustache. That's my vote for cain, by the way, but I want the first half of the episode to be from the perspective of the outside world, then go over the same anecdotes from Cain's perspective afterwards.
You know it's 40k when something is called the "Second Last Stand."
@@prestonjones1653 The first time he's trapped in a valley by an army of Orks, does what looks like a heroic self sacrifice and then disappears from the satellites the guard high command was watching his progress through. So they call it his last stand before he reappears having defeated the Ork warboss in single combat. He hates that the name has stuck, but still decided to have his next desperate last stand, when he defended the planet from a chaos invasion assisted only by a handful of old teachers and half a dozen commissarial cadets, at the exact same site.
That, by the way is how the universe sees him, his own view on the stories in question are a lot less positive.
@@gnaskar and i love how both Cias and the Imperium are wrong
Cias is a dick and he WILL shot you if that's gonna save your life
But unlike Cias tries to tell, your face will haunt his dream forever
He is such a cool character to read and a lot of the emotional moments hits
Yayyy thank you!!!! Love the hersey book Scars. Great story of the white scars and the Khan!!!!
Okay this was one of the most hilarious episodes yet.
would REALLY LOVE a Ciaphus Cain video. p.s also love the lfa appreciation
Was literally just looking for the new one and it popped up...now I'm excited. ABHUMANS!!!!!!!!!! GIVE ME OGRENS.
There is nothing in the galaxy more evil than a commisar who tells his Ogryn squad the Emperor does not love them.
I’d love to see you guys do the Drukhari. I love the way you guys explain a faction
I have now finished watching all the UA-cam videos now it’s time for me to start in on all the Patreon video!!!!!
The white scars are the angels that can end the battle so quick that the emperors holy light has to catch up with them.😺
I was about to be so invested in the new koda lore drop
Honestly, my buddy was talking about Warhammer at work so I decided to do a little bit of research on it and then I discovered your TikTok and am now unhealthily addicted to Warhammer lore
Ciaphas Cain needs his story to be told!!
As long as the dark Eldar do not win I am happy. I know more than I need to about the sweat goblins let me learn about ogryn buddies and great hero's!
My Jimmies were rustled by the jab at pontiac, but great episode guys :D
but abhumans really need some love here
- guy with two gens of firebird and a gto
Loved the episode guys :)❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Very funny, thank you for the great work
We need the Abhuman, the simple dangerous (& sometimes lovable) Ogryn and the controversial Felinid
Nice video, but can you please boost the video volume? Especially microphone volume. I have to some times crank up my speakers to hear you two talking
23 hours ago thought I’d be quicker than that. Glad to see some white scar representation well done guys
“Most criminally underrated Chapter”
Iron Hands would like a word
Can’t have a word when you don’t have a head.
ROLLIN AROUND AT THE SPEED OF SOUND! GOT PLACES TO GO GOTTA FOLLOW MY RAINBOW!
Can't stick around, have to keep movin' on
Guess what lies ahead
Only one way to find out
All hail Ciaphas cain, hero of the imperium ! He deserves his episode !
Ciaphas Cain, just caught up with all the books. Great read.
Good episode, Sedan Hussein got me good. Still waiting on the day an Iron Hands episode finally happens.
I need an Ab-human video. Ogryn ftw.
The real life jet bike is street legal and costs surprisingly little.
AMAZING VIDEO GUYS, LOVE UR CONTENT, CIAPHAS CAIN NEXT!
Now we NEEEED an episode on jaghatai khan!!
Humble -terrified- Ciaphas Cain letting others go first -hiding behind them- is so in character! Hopefully he has his time to shine -scream internally- next episode! Voting for the Hero of the Imperium!
Seriously though this was a great episode, loved all this information and all the detail! Also, the theories going around that the Big Four's first pics were pretty much all Loyalists are both hilarious and really sad lmao
YES! THIS BEINGS HONOR TO THE KHAGAN!
Loved this episode! Abhumans!
I just want you to know that your "Sedan Hussain" remark caught me so off guard that I snot rocketed all over my damn computer... I both hate and love you for it
Ciaphas cain!
(Also, my first vote!!)
I'm like the flash, except I just click Isyander and Koda post really fast.
I just got back home from 2 weeks in Japan and I'm thoroughly chuffed to bits to see the White Scars finally are getting their due!
Its that person that has to explain
"Whats that loud whirring noise? A super Charger?"
"No, straight cut gears"
Never been here so fast
Gas! Gas! Gas! I'M GONNA STEP ON THE GAAAAAS!
Great episode guys, normally I go for Caiafas Cain, but give Abhumans...want my Ogrin!
Edit: 53:26 Koda's face 😘🤌 priceless!
"A tortoise can't brush it's teeth because it has no thumbs."
Koda, are we ignoring that tortoise have no teeth to brush?
LOL....the "Don't look at meeeE" 0:35:24 made me almost do a spit take. The tone, and delivery of it just reminded me of "Why you booing me, I'm Right"
YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO lets go speedy boys. Please talk about Abhumans I think Orgyns are funny but I know there's so much more. Also DEEP ROCK GALATIC
Dude, Portrait of Tracy is an absolute BANGER. One of my all time favorite bass pieces musically and it reminds me of listening to weather report while going on weekend drives with my dad.
Come for the Khan, stay for the in depth Cars lore
This is my favorite episode of Car Talk
Literally seconds after you posted. Either Abhumans next or Dark Eldar/Drukhari.
[EDIT] I am the 36th like. Also, your chapters have the names of the chapters from the Raven Guard video.
Real ones remember the wrong chapter names (they fixed them now)
>White Scars Dreadnought
So what if he can't drive with a broken back?
At least he can polish the fenders
I humbling request a podcast where you guys talk about cars... and mechanics in general. I request as a non mechanic, but a fan of muscle cars.
WE NEED THE HERO OF THE IMPERIUM! (love the content btw)
10:04 new Kota lore just dropped
Also vote for Abhumans
Cain was my diving board into 40k so gotta be him
that desk slame i felt that
A video about all the primarchs summed up relationship/overview with big E, current and past primarchs would be amazing!
