Welcome back :) In today's video we go Christmas shopping at Kirklands, Marshalls and Homegoods! I share a huge Christmas haul and a yummy tortellini soup recipe. Give this video a thumbs up if you enjoy it and don't forget to hit that subscribe button.

TORTELLINI SOUP
Ingredients
- 1 pound of italian sausage , mild ground
-2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 bunch kale
-1 onion
-1 14oz can diced tomatoes
-1 cartoon of chicken stock
-1 (10oz) bag of tortellini
-red pepper flakes to taste
-2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-salt to taste about 1/2t
-dash of pepper
-1/2-1 cup coconut milk or heavy whipping cream
optional: Top with Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Add oil to a pot and allow it to heat up.
-Stir in chopped onion and garlic. Saute for about a minute until the onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant.
-Add Italian sausage to the pot. Cooked until browned and no more pink.
-Add diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes, salt, kale, chicken stock and 1/2 cups of coconut milk. Mix everything well. Bring to a boil.
-Stir in tortellini and turn down heat to medium low. Cook until tortellini is cooked through.
Serve with grated parmesan.
ENJOY!
