How much do you tip the Walmart grocery delivery person? I heard 20% is acceptable. Do you agree?

I shop at Walmart and their delivery service is horrible especially with large orders. They don’t follow the delivery instructions, the communication is horrible because most times the workers don’t speak English and customers service is not the best. My suggestion is order your groceries and pick them up yourself, don’t order more than 35 items if you’re getting delivery and don’t use the third party option which if you don’t you have to pay for. Be careful. I’ve had horrible experiences with Walmart.
