TFS, yes during this time of year is hard when it's cloudy out. I've added vitamin D and B-12 supplements to help with the winter blues (doc rec). The recipe looks delicious 😋 ❤

Hi sis I loved reset it was so nice and helpful to me sis I have never told you but I have three kids and they are grown but I lost one my daughter I have two daughters and one son my youngest daughter she passed away in December the 7th she didn't wake up my husband went to her apartment he couldn't wake her up we had the funeral on the 12-16-2023i just lost it when it was time to close the casket i knew that was it i know what I asked the lordGod to do and he did it I am grateful I am still num sis I am not asking for anything but just prayers that all i can understand if you don't want me to look at your video I just needed to text because that is what sister do I never lost a child be thankyou for letting me talk about it to you sis❤❤❤❤
