I have been following you for a while and before you started to talk about the kids and enjoying being home, I notice you where down and about and I feel you are not the same since the video that you read the bad comment and I understand that it affected you and it was obvious through out the video!! I just want to say that I LOVE everything you have shared before and now and don't put yourself down thinking your video is boring because they are not !!!! I love watching you do things around the house with your kids, cooking, decor and just whatever your willing to share with us. You are the very few channels that are wholesome and pure that is out there to watch. I love staying home and there's nothing like doing not much than enjoying the moment with my family as at the end of the day that's what is truly important!! Too many families just don’t know how to stay home anymore. There is no place like home. Children are robbed of their creativity when every minute is filled. These are the days. Please enjoy these days at home. Don’t busy their childhood away. I have 9 grandchildren and in summer my kids bring them over almost everyday to swim. We do crafts, watch movies, swim, shoot hoops, ride bikes, get some Hoppy’s balls. Mine love them. Anything we can do at home we do it. Lawn darts…
What is Hoppy’s balls?
When I was young they were hippity hops. You sit on and hold handle and hop.

I fully agree with you Rita… my gosh these poor kids of today. Not a minute to themselves… my neighbors get home at 3:20 next thing I know they’re off with their instruments & baseball uniforms for the older two & up the driveway they pull about 8:20 that night. Homework? A proper dinner? Downtime? I feel sad that they barely have an idea of just using their imaginations to find fun things to do. Very different world. 🫣. Miss the days of hide & seek, catching leaves & bugs, playing tag etc……
I totally agree! Being a grandmother also, I have seen the contrast between the last couple generations of children. My 3 grandgirls, who are now all teens, surprisingly choose to come to my house where I have no cable TV, electronic games, etc. They love bringing their friends, spending time outside, kayaking on the lake, etc. Today's sports have ridiculous schedules which rob family time, weekends together and even holidays. For what end? I pray more families will make choices that nurture children, develop a family bond and encourage creativity (the unique gifts God has given every individual).

I love the "boring" days at home videos. I think when all I ever see is ppl constantly running and doing all these special or fun things with their kids makes you feel less as a parent because you don't do that or can't afford to do that. Even when you know it's not reality, it's just for a video alot of times and to keep ppl entertained. Love your videos and am always excited for a new one.
Exactly! I wish more people would wake up to this! My kids always enjoy being home they are so busy with school etc they need to relax and do things at home that they want to do...garden puzzles games art...and if we went out it was parks picnics rivers etc all free and fun 😊

Hi Crystal. For your nails try a dip powder. Lasts a long time and is actually better for your natural nails. It doesn’t “eat away” your natural nail layers. Loved this video. It’s was relaxing and nice to see another mom having a regular day with the kids at home. ❤
You are such an amazing and inspiring Mom, I had to work year round so my weekends were made for my children. You and your children will remember spending time at home as a family. You really don’t have to keep them entertained, watching Ethan out the puzzle together is priceless and Madden serving his siblings jello😊😊. Never ever get down on yourself regarding your videos, your kiddos having fun in the background is so rewarding for this 73 year old grandma ❤❤❤❤

The end of your video definitely touched my heart. I totally understand how emotional the simple things in life surrounding your family can make you feel. My two daughters and both in their 30’s with kids of their own but it seems like yesterday when it was their summer break. Cherish these days…they will go by in a blink of an eye! I enjoy all your videos so much! The reason I enjoy them is because you’re honest and real! You don’t need to make every video super exciting because that’s not how life works. The days when your babies are young are the best, I wish I had really focused more on every moment I had with them, time goes by so fast and there’s no going back, I lost my youngest son when he was 20 from a 4 wheeler accident and that was 20 years ago, seems unreal, but anyway, your children are precious! Your videos are not boring either! I look forward to seeing them ❤️
HI Crystal! Shellac lasts a lot longer but is harder on your nails...something to look into maybe? Don't be hard on yourself. We love the day in the life videos! I feel like most of our time is spent doing normal day to day things so it's fun to share in that with you. Have a happy summer!

Crystal, loved the video. Treasure these days, they go way too fast. I remember when my oldest one turned 18 I cried for three days. I couldn’t get over he was growing up and really didn’t need me for much anymore. I just got a call from him the other day, he said momma for your birthday I’m getting you a round trip ticket to come see me. I said you don’t have to do that. He said yes I do I need to see my momma. I guess you know I sat here and cried. He does still need me. He is married to a wonderful women and I love her dearly, she to said get up here MIL. It's so easy to get caught up on social media and what all the other families are doing (activities, trips, etc.), but I so enjoy being at home with my son! I've always been a homebody, and these truly are the days! You're so right!

Hey Crystal! I use acrylic powder and have done it for over 20 years….the only thing that works. Gel peels right off my nails and I’ve tried a bunch of varieties of gel. Maybe it’s a chemical thing but it just doesn’t work. I agree, I love being home ….wish I could spend more time at home! 😂 I don’t think any of your videos are boring! I have loved each of them! ❤

These really are the days! My husband was just telling me that he saw a man at the store with his baby in a carrier in front of him. He told him that he remembered those sweet days when he carried his baby girl that way; now she is married! It flies by! Those kiddos are precious! The one thing I love about you, Crystal is that you are such a good mom and wife. You do nothing without considering your family. It is a beautiful gift that you have.

My gel polished nails last longer and don't just easily peel. Perhaps try dip powder. Oh and yes these are the days! I have 2 grands from daughter and her hubby. Both she and son are college grads and now son is engaged. Time just flew! So I'm enjoying these days with my grands.❤

It's a day in the life Crystal, we can't have thrills & adventures everyday. You're enjoying your new home, your kids, your dog, seems like a good life to me. After all, we just stopped in to say hi, maybe share a coffee or ice tea. Sometimes it's just nice to visit. Watching this and hearing you sadly say these are the days is an understatement! I’m 53 and my 4 daughters are grown! I now have 8 beautiful Grandchildren that I Love so much but I wish I could go back in time! I miss my younger girls so bad at times it hurts! Whether it’s to do something different or just hug them a little tighter, time is precious and goes by way too fast! I feel like everything going on is rushed so these definitely are the days that shouldn’t be taken for granted! 🙏♥️

Crystal, I remember baseball days with 3 kids, diff teams, diff schedules and sometimes diff parks. That hectic part I do not miss. We had to either eat dinner too early or too late or buy fastfood, so I made casseroles with sides & kept drinks in a cooler in the car. Then they could go chill and eat whenever they were hungry between games in our car. It really helped alot and they still talk about having a homecooked meal while at their games.
Enjoy the days, yes. I miss having my kids little. I've got a 20 yr old who will be leaving for Europe this Sunday and a 16 yr old who is filling out job apps.
I totally know what you mean! I’m a grandmother/caregiver full time. My grandson will go to full day kindergarten this fall and trust me, the days are endless but the years fly by! It seems like yesterday that my girls were going off to school. The blink of an eye!

I love the color of your nails. I have found that using the dip powder on my own nails works the best. I haven’t had any problems with them breaking or chipping. Take care

I just started using nail wraps. Very easy to do yourself and so many choices! Lily and Fox nail wraps are great!

Crystal you are right. Be happy with those times when you can watch your young children grow. It all goes by way to fast. I was a mom of young children for a good 30 years. There is 11 years between my oldest and youngest with a middle child that was 3 years older than my youngest. I was tired when it was all done but they are incredible adults. My youngest is about to get married. Enjoy those incredible kiddos. Love your videos.
Can hardly wait for the neighbor kids to be home for summer, all of the loud voices and watching them just play. All of my retired neighbors enjoy the activities too, it's been so many years since our kids were laughing and exploring. You are correct Crystal these are the best of times.

My time flew by with our children and now our grandchildren are 21 19 16 14 11 and I made memories and treasure that time. I consider myself blessed that I didn’t have to work it’s so different now a lot of mums have to work to make ends meet. Do ever worry about the children in the background when you vlog it’s all part of family life and I love hearing them in the background. Charlie loved his cup of cream bless him. Crystal this hits home for me. Well, not for me but my daughter. She is non stop with my granddaughter age 6. She is constantly going or doing something. She tells me she wants her child to have all different experiences. I think it is just too much! She is an only child and has become accustom to this lifestyle so when I am with her she always wants to do something. How about old fashion quality time HOME!
