My brother's and I used to have such a good time immitating this group, , zapp, dazz band, Confunkshun, cameo, earth wind and fire, LTD, the barkays, the commodores, ,brick, chic, the list goes on, Rufus, the brothers Johnson, Graham central station . Kool and the Gang was the preeminent instrumental funk band of the late 60's, early 70's and this live version is killer. the sad thing is they have a huge catalog...... they have over 30 top charting hits.... in a situation like that you just have to hope they play your favorite song.... they had many hits with JT and before him
