  • A Review of the Ducati Scrambler Next-Gen Nighshift in Nebula Blue
The most elegant soul of the Next-Gen covers the new fresh design of the family with an elegant road racing taste, completed by the flat handlebar, and the sophisticated bar-end mirrors.
Featured by side number plates, the truncated front fender, the absence of the sporty front fender, the the full-black spoked wheels as well as the minimal LED indicators.
The new distinctive Nebula Blue color, the brown seat with dedicated finish and the full-black spoked wheels give Nightshift its decidedly street-glamour look.
he new Scrambler Nightshift gets all the goodies of the Next-Gen. Nimbler, lighter, safer and more technological.
More agile, 8.8 lbs lighter than the previous generation of Nightshift thanks to a new frame, new swingarm, and lighter engine.
The brand new flatter seat (31 in) is more comfortable for both rider and passenger.

I woke up this morning with the plan of buying a Harley. I randomly went on the Ducati website and saw this bike and fell in love. Found this video as its one of the only 2023 videos. Thanks man, found my bike. It’s just one of the most gorgeous bikes I’ve ever seen.

That is a beautiful bike. I’m 29 and had a dirt bike when I was in high school. It’s been a while.
Just competed the MSF course a few weeks ago and will take a refresher. This will be my first bike.
    Thanks for your review Marine!

I purchased the same Ducati last month, the dealer gave it to me with the big turning signals, per required by US laws according to them. I had them replace them back with the original European smaller and redesign that came originally from factory. It looks way better. 👍

Great review, very detailed! As owner of this nightshift, I would confirm that it’s an amazing bike, top notch design and details, beautiful sound, great components and modern electronics. Just a great bike. Expensive, yes, but Ducati bikes are hand-crafted one by one, and fully made in Italy (Borgo Panigale). You get what you pay for.
On the driving side, a big difference with the Icon I also tried, is the steering: on the Icon it offers a more comfortable position, but a less sportive attitude (when you seriously open the gas you feel you are not in the ideal setting for that power, it’s a more city setting). The nightshift steering is the opposite, sportive attitude but less comfort in the city which at times (low gears and breakings) coupled with a very flat seat which doesn’t put you “in the bike” but almost “over it”, charges a lot the front end. The full throttle steering mounted on the nightshift may be the top of both worlds (this has been suggested by a Ducati store) and looking at pictures it should be nice looking too. Other differences with the Icon are mostly aesthetics with no impact on driving, but they are just beautiful

Beautiful motorcycle, I love the Ducati Scrambler, it seems fun to ride in the city, it is very comfortable, I love the Triumph and the new 400 came out, Fantic is also coming in hard, the good thing is that competition is coming out, but for me this is excellent, no I know how the cost of Ducati is now if it is still very expensive

In warm weather countries like the Philippines, the old model Ducati Scramblers are notorious for ridiculously excessive engine heat to the thighs (even the Ducati dealer admits this). Does this new model Scrambler solve that problem?

    • @RemboUSMC

I’m still sort of new to bikes and i’m thinking about getting this but i’m still unsure about how the seat looks in certain angles. Is there anyway to swap it out with seat similar to the icons and if so do u think it would ruin the look of the bike?

    • @RemboUSMC
      @RemboUSMC  11 місяців тому +1

Heya Rembo . My comment is off topic i know but still i want to ask you a question about your Ducati V4 PP . I m in the market for the PP and i m doing my research . Reading the forums of Ducati owners i noticed some people complaining about a strange wobbling in high speeds . Have you observed something like this on your bike ? . Thank you very much in advance . Best regards from Athens Greece .

@@RemboUSMC Hello Rembo and thank you very much for your answer . You know the first thing that got me suspicious was that guy s V4S that you filmed when you went to pick up your V4S .He had a steering damper installed .Then i started searching. It seems that this problem persists since 2015 multis .There s also videos on you tube . You are one of the lucky ones (touch wood) .Now for me knowing my luck the risk was just to great so i opted for the big GS. I am subscriber to your channel and i enjoy very much your impartial reviews.Keep up the good work . Cheers !!!

I ask because it doesn't have the features. Italy is a bigger shithole than Japan by far. The ducati is assembled in Thailand. Pretty sure the ducati can't match the road manners and performance. So I guess it's down to looks. For a 3k price difference....and it's air-cooled.

Sound? Mmmmh, your personal taste is not in discussion here, but the desmo sound is what Ducati is maybe most known for…Triumph has several engine configurations, while Ducati bikes come all in the same 2 cylindres desmodronic engine (only some with 2 valves per cylindre and air cooled, some with 4 valves per cylindre and liquid cooled), but all with the same unique and immediately recognizable sound.
