I was told that I would require a surgery to remove my uterine fibroids. I'm 37 now, and no surgeries. I dissolved both breast and uterine fibroids by simply transitioning to a whole food plant based diet. If you're consuming dairy; time to let it go.
@AskAwayHealth - Simple Health Information Of course! One thing that I find interesting, is that most species have a species specific diet, yet we can't seem to figure it out, can we? I find it interesting that we're still drinking from cows and that's seen as normal. Dairy is from pregnant cows; it seems pretty clear what dairy does to the human body is not beneficial. Unless excess estrogen is beneficial.
As a new subscriber, ( battling both fibroids and tubal blockage, which is preventing fertitility) the few videos ive watched on fibroids and blocked tubes, this is the best of them all, i need to follow all your social media handles for more knowledge and way forward. Thanks for all this facts ma ❤
Hello dr. Asking ....do earthing and grounding barefoot on sand or grass with .... foods to avoid list .. plus intermittent fasting 12 hrs... can shrink fibroids age 54 struggling bulky multiple myoma heavy period
@@elegantwalker so far so good! I haven't had a ultrasound to see if they shrunk! I am suppose to go back in December. But as of now it seems to be helping. I started this bc I had a flare up and it was the most painful awful experience and when they did a catscan it was bc of the fibroid I have the size of a orange on my left side. As long as i dont ever get that pain again i will continue to do this. I am waiting to go thru menopause only bc they say they shrink. I will be 49 soon.
Hello doctor,....my mother is 45 now... she has fibroid of 19mm and bulky uterus also endometriosis... doctor suggested hysterectomy..and prescribed some medicine like Fibronorm and dronis...also my mom has thyroid.. recently her blood pressure read goes 150/100...is it a side effect of herbal medicine (Fibronorm)
Try sea moss gel to decrease thyroid levels. I had a customer tell me it helped do that. Cold press hemp oil also helps shrinks the fibroids. Take it daily & wash it down with warm tea(herbal tea if possible). Use castor oil packs daily on her stomach and massssge it in the abdomen daily

Hi Dr i need your help I'm a mum of a 6yr old son & I'm 34 yrs old. 6 months ago i found out that i have 5 fibros & my doctor said to remove my uterus. I'm not having any side effects, my monthly period is normal & not having any pain. Please i need your assistance in this situation😢😢😢😢
I think you may need a second opinion. If your fibroids are not causing any symptoms then it is probably fine to leave them. I am not a doctor but I would suggest getting another doctor's perspective. Good luck.
You must be joking right? Take out your womb unbelievable. Girl your so bless not to have any symptoms, now just go praise god and try your best to take care of yourself and do your research on how to stay healthy ❤❤
If I was told that I’d run out of that Drs office. Definitely get a second opinion! I know of many women that have healed fibroids with castor oil packs, herbs and cleaning up their diets. And yes, research the human body and how to bring health & healing to it. You can do it.❤

With all due respect, science is often far behind natural remedies. It wasn't so long ago that science promoted performing hysterectomies and lobotomies on women, who showed signs of independence! Wanting to have children is not the only reason to avoid hysterectemies. Not having your body butchered is the main reason for me. The fact that science does not back up people's personal experience and throusands of years of traditional cures is a very poor reason for me to.dismiss them🌷

Salt is not the issue sugar is. Sugar is associated with insulin levels not salt. Salt might make you bloat. But if you don't treat insulin resistance than your fibroid will grow insanely. Don't spike your insulin levels. Sugary carbs is the enemy. And eating late at night.

Fibroids degenerate. When that happens, it's quite painful. I have a 10cm fibroid that's calcified, so yes. It is possible for them to die. After menopause, they'll shrink as well because they won't be filling up with blood anymore.

It's good to be aware of the different options as some may not be suitable or effective for everyone.

I’ve had surgery to remove it was a long healing process Do not do it especially if it’s not causing pain! Use holistic healing instead!!!!

I think that eating less salt helps tremendously and eating healthy like the Dr said, does help.
Excercising helps, too..

What happens when the fibroids change colour and the dr is saying maybe the fibroid is died, is it possible?
