At least, you're open and honest but some doctors don't want to hear anything about natural methods and they pressure women into invasive medical procedures such as surgery. Some drugs make the symptoms and conditions worse.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. It’s important for patients to feel heard and respected when discussing their treatment options. While natural methods may work for some, others might benefit from medical procedures depending on their condition. It's good to have a conversation that addresses possible options, individual preference, effectiveness etc.
Did you take the avocado while bleeding? Because I do not want something that will trigger the bleeding. Please help, I have been bleeding since 26th of September.
Hi! A 16 cm fibroid is significant, and it’s understandable to want alternatives to a hysterectomy. Depending on its symptoms and location, other options like myomectomy, uterine artery embolisation, or hormonal treatments might be possible. Speak with a specialist to explore your options and develop a personalized plan that aligns with your wishes.
Prolonged bleeding can be caused by various factors, such as hormonal imbalances, fibroids, or other conditions. It’s important to see your healthcare provider for a proper evaluation to determine the cause and get appropriate treatment. They can recommend effective options to help stop the bleeding and address the underlying issue. Take care!
Hello, yes, the simplest way to monitor the size and location of fibroids and any changes from one time to another would be an ultrasound scan. Keeping track of symptom change is also useful (in addition). If needed, more specialised tests can be arranged but scans are the basic tests at present.

Hi, did you experience any difference? Have you improved or shrunk your fibroids?
@@Oniricosmos I feel like I've had less pain. In terms of shrinkage I'm not sure; that will have to be confirmed with an ultrasound.
