The image as planes method I am using, but is there a way to prevent it from receiving/casting shadows and also not being affected by light so its a solid lit object?
Hello, thank you for this. I was hoping you can show something simple thatni need done asap. I cant find anything really on it. I have a video taken on a cell phone which people always take vertically on their phones leaving black void on either side. This makes it unusable for cinema use. Its awful. I dont understand why people do this. So i have a subject in the foreground i need to keep but i need the still picture i took of the background to move along with the whole video as if part of the footage in order to give a full shot of the background. How can i motion track the still to the video so that the black voids on either side is filled withbthe still photo of the sky or whatever to improve the video?
@@blendon1967 so when i use an HDRI for the lighting and then add a backround Image for my Scene....the backround Image gets illuminated by the HDRI lighting
At second 35 I got the solution I needed! Thanks, friend.

change its shader to emission should work.
You have to go to your light source and turn off the shadows for the particular light that is creating the shadow
It is really helpful. Thanks.

Hello. I will just make sure that the method I would use works well and then I will get back to you.
Hello. You should be able add the background image to a plane and then parent it to the camera so that they move together
Easiest renderable way at 3:55
can we save 2nd last one in glb format ?please guide
I do not understand your question
@@blendon1967 sir i want earth with stars background. but i want to export this in gltf or glb format. like i can rotate the earth in 3D viewer

New mic i see!
I don't have the surface button in world
you forgot to explain the settings for rendering the image. how to disable shadows etc
That's wrong. Look at 4:30 the image ratio is not correct, the lans flare is not round.
Big deal.
who is showering in the background?
😁. I was living in the Caribbean at the time of recording this tutorial. The background noise is the crickets and frogs in the nighttime
"yap - and it doesn't render" fml.
Thank you so much! 💞💞
