And anyone who initiates the initial negative experience is ultimately responsible for all the crap that happens as a result, the trickle down effect. All that negative karma is back on the originator.

No matter how often I was abused, I never once abused our dog. Quite the opposite in fact, I did everything I could to protect our dog including picking our dog up and running out of the house with her so she couldn't get abused.
You can have the living $hit beat out of you, for no reason, and still NOT become an abuser.

I experienced this kind of behaviour after revealing I intended to go into management. All I was met with was "why are you copying me?" Bearing in mind I've been in the transport trade for 20 years and actually helped motivate my friend out of a rubbish jobless situation and into the trade I'm in.
He also threw shade all over the idea while at the same time claiming he's got more experience and would be a better suited candidate for the job then me. Its like you set them off and they will not stop until you have broken down by insulting, saying your lying, gaslighting and allsorts. It's like they are a hologram and you just cannot engage with them as they will shape-shift from bully to victim, they concentrate on insignificant details change it slightly and run with it 🤯🤯🤯🤯

Ah yes, the sudden rage from nowhere, I recognise that now. Goes back to childhood. Then one day, I'm about 48 and had recently moved back home after a terrible experience, I was called into the house and bellowed at for treating the place and my mother like it was a hotel and her my servant. Very interesting. He grabbed me round the neck and pushed me against the wall, that was new. Then dragged mum upstairs by the hair and back of her shirt. I called 999, he now says it didn't happen like I said. I asked why was he arrested and cautioned then? He didn't like that.
Years roll by, I'm mum's carer, she has dementia. I was instructed to upturn a box with rubbish in it. I declined until I fixed the box first. I get yelled at 'do as you're told, I'm your father' yet again I refuse. Next thing, I'm against a wall staring at a red face and a clenched fist. I invite him to hit me as he obviously wanted to. I dared him. I invited him outside, toe to toe. I took my glasses off. He is an ex middle to heavy weight boxer, I a tall, slim 60 year old woman. He backed down. I believe he knew I had no fear of any broken bones as I didn't care if I lived or died by that point. I already knew I was worthless and all that. Now, I know I am better than he was or will ever be. I am liked, I am smart, I am a survivor. I maintain zero contact. He means nothing to me, no emotion at all, just a man. I waste no energy on negative attitude, I'm rebuilding my life and future. The only remenance is, I've lost my sparkle, not interested in anything, even the new home I am buying with the money my solicitor won off him. I'm lazy and procrastinate, self sabbotage. That will return as I start to regain control and have stand on my own two feet instead of waiting for his best advice, to do as I'm told or do nothing.
My advice, anyone whether direct family, maried, partner, whatever. Even if you have children, GET OUT, DON'T LOOK BACK. You must become whole to be the best person you can. Learn to love yourself, see your worth. Only then will you be any use to others.

This is exactly what I think my sister used to do. Specially when I stopped reacting to her shit. She’d lose it more and more often. I am convinced that she kept tabs on how much she dominated me and got angry when she didn’t achieve it. Over time she became undeterred. She didn’t stop until she achieved what she wanted. But I stopped talking to her suddenly. I think she lived for inflicting pain within our family of origin. She enjoyed it!! Quite an amazing thing to witness in a lifetime. Who the hell behaves like that?? I still cannot believe it and so I watch these kinds of videos because I’m still in disbelief. Also, I don’t talk to her anymore and I don’t want to either.

I have sadistic explosive behaviour but I do not gain any pleasure. I have BPD n from what I understand I'm a psychopath. It's actually distressing. I have no option but to live my life completely isolated from others as they are at risk.
But apparently I lack empathy. I believe I am dissociating. My behaviour is completely different from the person I want to be. I have values and morals, it's really very ego dystonic. Only in a psychopathic / dissociative state is when I can justify anything. I can only explain psychopathy to you as TRUE freedom. When in this state all laws, rules, civilization, morals are lost. One escapes from human mind and reverts back to lizard and animal mind. It's not a nice place to be but I believe all people, even ones with disorders act and think the way they do for survival. If I wasn't like this id probably be dead by now. We are all trying to survive.

I experienced this with a narc ex once. We were mountain biking in an area I didn't know. All seemed to be going well until he inexplicably and out of the blue exploded into a rage, and just took off and left me there alone. I couldn't for the life of me understand what the hell I had done to deserve that rage. It was very scary, and I was left to figure out how to get back to his house as it was his bike I was riding. I can't remember what happened afterwards, as I had been traumatized by it

Happened to me once with an ex while out cycling! We were on a public road so we couldn't be side by side, so i happened to be the one in front of him all the way. When we got back to his house he absolutely exploded that I always 'wanted to be better' than him, always 'wanted to be ahead' 'showing off I was fitter' blah blah blah. I was completely shocked and just left the house quietly and cycled back home, although it was very late at night. After a few days of silent treatment he crawled back and apologised but I was always on eggshells after that in case it would happen again and I did notice that there were times I knew he was just about able to contain himself if he perceived that something nice had happened in my life e.g. I won a very small sum of money on a lottery card and he just couldn't bring himself to say that's great, well done etc. I couldn't contemplate a future together feeling like that so thankfully I had the courage to let him go.

The irony of people with narcissistic personality disorder, combined with tendencies toward explosive sadism is found in their conflicting desires. They seek pleasure in others' suffering, exert control through inflicting pain, humiliation, acts of aggression, and violence, all while craving attention, validation, and reassurance. When these people have an anxious attachment style commonly associated with fear of abandonment, their sadistic behavior repels others, leading to further isolation and loneliness for the narcissistic sadist, ultimately fueling their anger. And this creates a self-destructive and relentless cycle.

IF someone is self-aware & motivated to change, your idea is great, however, The explosive sadist that I know very well, that hit me in the face as hard as he could, has zero interest in change. He absolutely would not pursue the why of his narcissistic behavior. He believes his abuse is normal, after all, he grew up with it, and is happy with himself. The key is to stay far far away from this class of people.

As an adult i have a sadistic behavior that’s what my brother, friend tell me....That i have a sick mindset which it can shock some people how i talk and expose myself...I also lack empathy....I just say to them ‘’I am
Indifferent’’ I did abuse people for my own pleasure gain when i was 25-28 not going to lie about that i use to be sadistic....But by age 32 i don’t abuse people anymore...I still show sadistic behavior but it’s in control without the harming people..I just shared my sadism. I think sadism is part of genetic condition and learned trait from environmental issues i think...No one knows what it cause i still have no clue how i became one....My theory is i was born with this sadism but duo environmental issues my genetic condition just popped out such as getting snapped and became
indifferent, sadistic person....I wasn’t abused by my parents by the way, I love my parents, brother out of this circle i don’t give a rat ass 🤷‍♂️ no offensive to people it’s not you it’s me. I just tend to not feel their pain when they get hurt 🤷‍♂️

Can Borderline Personality Disorder in an adult be sometimes the result of trauma to the brain which could be successfully treated now that medical experts believe that regions in our brains do heal if there is enough of those regions left intact only it heals slower after we reach adulthood and slower yet if the adult has any other undiagnosed condition like COPD too along with trauma to the brain. I wonder if sometimes conditions go undiagnosed due to the interference of insurance companies covering things like compensation for veterans who have been injured during war time.

You’re absolutely right. Our war culture in the US does have an effect. A study proved not long ago that the far right extremism is directly related to US wars. The negative destructive fallout. Like Vietnam, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and more. Perhaps vets & others see how truly devastating war is, and for what? In Vietnam more than 3 million civilians died, and our servicemen suffered through those times. More vets committed suicide after serving in the Vietnam war than those killed in service or combat. EFT, or emotion freedom technique (great teachers on YT), and EMDR are both being used to help vets, among other alternative things like Ketamine.

For what I know, PTSD was first known as shell syndrome. The studies starter after the WWI with the 1000 miles stared.
I also think that BPD is a type of extreme complex ptsd in most cases but I am not a therapist.
I also think BPD is frequently misdiagnosed with depression-anxiety syndrome or bipolar mainly and there's either a bias or the common, normalized abuse of women which is historical and still present because most people with BPD are women.
