No , what's really sickening , is that the State of Idaho would let this monster get away with cold blooded murder in the 1st degree with a plea bargain of 2nd degree murder with a sentence of 3 to 30 years instead of life in prison with no parole or the death penalty!!!!

3-30 years. Utah has such weird sentencing. He’ll die in prison. Of that I have no doubt. May his family find peace not having to go through a waste of a trial.

They wanted to find where Dylan was so he could be put to rest by his family... He agreed as long as some charges got dismissed. The main goal was for him to lead them to where he put Dylan. That's just the way it goes in these situations.

In Russia they keep you alive as long as possible in your incarceration. A living Hell. I see the reasoning in that as well.

There's a documentary about it. I'd like to know your thoughts if you would watch it and come back here to have a dialogue. My mother was taken by a serial killer in the most brutal way. So I'm trying to bounce off of good common people in an attempt to rationalise the correct way to administer justice.

My mom was murdered by a serial killer and have greatly benefited from the prayers of so many people of a wide spectrum of faiths. Christians, Buddhists, a few Muslims and even agnostics. Prayers help.

Yall need to understand the reasons for the plea deal 1. They needed to find Dylan. Would you rather not find him?
2. Plea deals also save the family from a long gruesome trial with the horrid details being told. Something no one wants to hear.
3. He's old, any sentence longer than 10 years is a life sentence.

I have a gift ( if you want to call it that) to discern how someone died and who did it. I stated that this Man had committed the crime. She replied that the police had cleared him. It’s sad because it took so long for him to be charged. I don’t help people ( especially police) because I don’t like getting involved. I just wish this monster would have been arrested much sooner.

Happy to see this individual held to account for robbing Dylan of his life, and forever altering the lives of his family and friends. His actions in holding the location of Dylan's remains hostage in order to get a plea deal for himself are every bit as despicable. If he thinks he's got off lightly, he's absolutely wrong. I'm reliably informed there is more in store for him than he knows. Good luck with that. Love and prayers to Dylan's family, particularly his parents who have been incredible through this whole thing, fighting tooth and nail for justice for their boy.
