I have these symptoms. Changed iac. Still have same problem been to 12 different BMW shops in the last 10 years and they all just want throw parts at it.
Hey bud i have an awesome 07 525i and I'm having trouble with the idle. It sometimes flutters and even sometimes rarely dies. Can i come visit you at the shop and learn from you and I'm totally willing for you to make videos with my car. It has a few things that need fixing. I have some misfires and I'm not sure exactly how to troubleshoot it. Thanks hope to talk to you soon.
I have an E39 that will not start under 45 degrees unless I use starter spray. My mechanic has replaced the oxygen sensors, plugged in the computer, but cannot figure it out. He wants to replace the crankshaft sensor but I don't have endless money to test every possibility. The vehicle has 200,000+ miles. It starts right up above 45 degrees. Any thoughts? I have not tested fuel pressure. The issue only occurs, right at 45 degrees F on the dash for the exterior temperature gauge. The moment it warms up outside, the car starts instantly! I was hoping the have someone shout out about a similar experience as I have run out of funds to keep testing the mechanic's theories which have all been wrong more than $600 later. Once the vehicle starts, it runs perfectly. No rough idle. Has anyone solved this very same issue at 45 degrees F?
@@MaybeTylerwastaken my last attempt to resolve this will be replacing the ignition coils. They are aftermarket and I bought OEM Bosch to replace them.

Stop saying " GUYS" every 5 seconds. Your funny accent is enough for entertainment. So no " GUYS " again and again.
