Thank you!!! This is exiting, I’m going to apply this to a book I just wrote
WOW, you nailed it with this video! Very comprehensive step by step instructions. I have subscribed to your channel.
Awesome, thank you!
Absolutely Amazing! I have been fuddling around for months chasing illustrators, trying to get them to finish my illustration orders and get going on the next pages, just to get the art done for a book I wrote. Fed up, I'm looking for a way to just do it myself so I can get onto the next books I already have outlined. This will be a game changer for me! Thank you! :)
Thanks! The art generators are only going to get better from here as well! If you're not familiar I would consider taking a look at Dall E 3 Within chat GPT 4. The way you can generate images talking naturally back and forth with the bot is pretty impressive. Best of luck with your projects!
Your video is very clear and very well done. I really appreciate the help.
Glad it helped!
thank you. this video is pure gold.

Awesome job on this tutorial. Everything on point. You're a master editor. 🙌
So glad you found value in the video! And I really appreciate the compliment as I do somewhat struggle with the editing..😅 Thank you!

Have you ever thought about just.... making up a story like the good ol' days?
Absolutely! But honestly never thought I was talented enough... But now with the help of these powerful writing tools I've been able to overcome any kind of writer's block and creative walls.. they are extremely helpful in brainstorming and overcoming writer's block. Thank you for the question and Be Blessed!
@AImoney11 Writers block? You copied someone else's idea, asked AI to write a whole book for you, and barely did the artwork. Usually people go out and get inspired. Your inspiration is "who's work can I copy?"
@@AImoney11 I doubt you even know how to use your imagination. Call of Duty brain.
People don’t have that type of imagination anymore
The end product in this video genuinely looks soulless. Children’s books are a big part of child development, both in themes and in the artwork. As a child, the writing and artwork in books such as Stephen Cosgrove’s ‘Serendipity Series’ children’s books with fantastic artwork by Robin James.
Knowing that children will be receiving soulless, lazy, AI generated books that are only made for the sake of squeezing out an easy profit makes me so sad.
This was awesome!! And I really appreciate you answering everyone’s questions too. Dude, put together a step-by-step pdf for like $4.99. I’m sure there are others like me that would love to read along as we watch and try to create for ourselves. Until then.. cheers 🍻
WOW! Thank you so much for the support and encouragement! Hmm 🤔 a step by step downloadable PDF for people who would like to follow along,.. that's actually an outstanding idea and I don't believe I've seen any other creators doing something like this. I will be giving this some very serious consideration and thank you again!
Yes please 😂😅
Thanks man

Please make a video tutorial about consistent character for story book illustrations.
I'll give it some thought thank you for the comment!
Yeees please
Thanks so much!
You bet!
Thank you! So helpful, I’m a writer so not interested in generating AI stories just the illustrations since my illustrators have been unreliable the last 2 years sadly as I’d rather 100% human creatives but to get the ball rolling and my book finally published- AI it is! Thank you for such a great, well balanced video tutorial.
Thank you and best of luck with your new book!
There are thousands of illustrators in the world. If the ones you normally hire are unreliable, you can search for others. Keep in mind that both of you should've signed a contract that outlines everything to keep everyone on track.
Well they also charge alot of money ai is saving on money and on the outline contract
@@cute2neko A will never compete in this market, this dude did it for the clicks. It never sold a copy and was removed eventually. If you watched the video and believed it, then you are also on the path to create ugly, dumb, submediocre crap books. This is really cool, thank you for the video. My question is on the resolution of the images created. Don't they need to be a specific size for the print quality not to be pixelated?
Thanks.
Because the books are small they will generally be fine but upscaling is definitely recommended yes and 300 DPI is the standard minimum resolution for print products.
You are fantastic

Will this work for digital copies as well? Also thank you so very much! Your video is very fast but easier to follow and understand then others
Thank you for your question and comment and absolutely Yes this will work as a digital download as well!
Great video, thank you ! how can you make sure that in all the images generated by leonardo, the character is the same ? because i tried and from an image to another my main character doesn't have the exact same design
thank you for your answer!!
It's not foolproof but the best way is to give your main character a name and repeat that name at the beginning of the prompt, this will reference that style. Thanks for the question and good luck!
Hi , I have been interested on how to write and Illustrate my own children's books now for a while. This tutorial is definitely helpful. If there is any other helpful tips for someone that is very new to this craft please let me know any tips will be appreciated.
Glad it was helpful! Here are some helpful tips for writing and illustrating your own children's books as a beginner.
Keep the story simple and focused on one main idea or lesson. Children's books need to be clear and not too complex.
Use descriptive language that engages the senses and brings the story to life.
Pay attention to pacing and flow - short sentences and paragraphs work well.
Incorporate repetition, rhymes, and memorable phrases that are fun for children.
Make sure the book has a clear beginning, middle, and end.
Don't be afraid to lean into humor - children love funny stories.
Read existing children's books to study structure, themes, vocabulary level. Thanks and have fun!
Any follow up with how much money you make with this book?
Amazing Content And Video, My Only Question Is The Illustrations On Leonardo AI How Do You Keep Similiar Illustrations Everytime they Look Different For Me Thank You
It's very difficult to do with Leonardo AI. I actually find it easier to separate the characters as demonstrated in the video then rearrange them in their different scenarios. Thanks!
Real nice tutorial, tell me how do you keep the characters/images consistent when using Leonardo AI from one scene to the next scene?
Very good question! This is very difficult to do,... My best advice is to give your character a name and begin every prompt with some specific detail about that character, for example: Dad, with blue eyes and green shirt,(situational portion of the prompt). This is your best bet through regular prompting your other option is to train a model in Leonardo by feeding it multiple images of your main character.
Hope that helps and good luck!
Is this free chatgpt that's free I was using the one with coins and really no idea to begin with
You make it look so easy! I tried the Leonard ai tool, but it did not give me the characters I described. Can you provide steps that can be downloaded?
I'll be trying to provide downloadable guides for my future videos..
Great info, thank you. I think I can get started now. Unfortunately my story isn't something AI can create...
Thank you, glad you enjoyed the video! Good luck with your new publication!
I can, can you tell me more about your story?
Seems like an easy and fast way to make some extra income but I would feel just so dishonest doing it and then Selling it to people. I guess it's not for everybody!!😅
I really don't see how using AI to help you brainstorm and illustrate your ideas is at all dishonest... In my opinion it's a more cost effective option than hiring a ghost writer and an illustrator to achieve the same. Thanks for the comment. Stay safe and be blessed!
Hey man! Great video! Better than the others! But just a quick question if you don’t mind answering, how was your success/money made so far with this method. Do you think it is worth it?
Thank you! And yes, this is definitely a solid business model that is worth the effort. That being said, I have so many projects going that I personally haven't put in the effort necessary to make any substantial sales.
Great video thanks, Does the program you use for illustrations allow to have the same character in different scenarios, poses etc etc. For example, say I want an illustration of a snake pretending to be a walking stick in one illustration and a frisbee in another, would it look like the same snake?
It is possible but somewhat difficult to achieve. Your best bet is to give your walking stick for example a unique name and characteristic, every single time you want to create that character Begin that portion of your prompt with the specific name and characteristic. Hope that helps!
This is a great video, what version of leonardo do you have?
Actually right now I'm experimenting with other AI Art generators and just using Leonardo's base model. Thanks!
Thanks this was excellent! Is there a minimum number of pages required for publishing a book with Amazon?
Thank you glad you enjoyed the video! Yes there is a minimum of 24 Pages on Amazon.
That helped me a lot. Can you possibly do a children’s book pertaining the topic of autism?
Glad the video helped you out a bit. That's actually a great idea and I will give it some thought.
I just use a pen and paper lol xD
Hello, I was wondering if I could pay you to create the illustration for at least one of my children's books? You provided the insight, however the session was far too swift for me to keep up with.
Sorry I've got a little too much on my plate at the moment so not doing gig work. I would suggest checking out fiver for illustrators.

This is great, my question is how to generate the same model in Leonardo in different scenarios/backgrounds? Thanks
This video will help, ua-cam.com/video/hJzOrb_USdM/v-deo.html. Thanks for the question.
Thank you! How would I go about making this an audio book?
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! To make your book into an audiobook, you can start by finding a good narrator or even consider narrating it yourself if you have a good speaking voice. Then, you can use Audible to publish and distribute your audiobook. hope that helps!
When you publish the book on KDP do you have to specify that you used AI (for example ChatGPT) for the coloring books, children's books ? Thank you!
Yes,.. Amazon's publishing process includes a set of questions asking exactly what AI was used in generating your content.
How long does this take? You made it look really simple. I wrote a book. I was thinking to illustrate it myself as my illustrator died of Covid AFTER I paid him the deposit and he took his time getting started on the book. I can't believe that I can illustrate a book without drawing a thing, using Canva, and now AI! Wow!
Once you get the hang of the prompting and the editing techniques you'll be able to illustrate a short book in just a few days!
Thanks bro! what the difference does it make selecting premium colour rather black and white for interior type
Your Welcome! The premium color just has a gloss and some publishers avoid this with children's books because kids like to draw in the books. Thanks for the question!
Thank you so much for your immediate answer
@@CartoonStoriestv890 No problem.
I’m all for ai in regards to something’s. I like ai perhaps for proofreading or further critiquing my own writing. But outlining and asking chat gpt to write it for me isn’t writing. Also the ai art is a database taken from real artists.
I’m not sure on all the copyright rules but I don’t know if ai art is fully copyrighted. If not a lot of ai created ideas won’t be protected. Of course this could change in the future. Who knows.
Is there a word input limit on CHAT GPT or Bard? What are the limitations when comparing Bard to GPT?
Thank you for the question and GPT and Bard are about the same when it comes to limitations if you need more I would advise going with Claud 2 by anthropic
Thanks - this video is great. My only question is around the new KDP disclosure rules on AI-generated content. You have shown the method for ensuring the story itself is not detectable (i.e. meaning you wouldn't have to disclose it was AI written). However, KDP requires the disclosure for (i) writing; (ii) images; and (iii) translations as separate disclosures. Would you suggest we just disclose that the images are AI generated (but heavily edited) and hope that doesn't result in a ban/other issues, or is there also a way of ensuring that KDP can't detect if the images used are AI generated? It seems to me that the quickest way to get a full ban would be to make a false disclosure, so I am concerned about the use of AI generated images!
Glad you like the video and thank you for the question. Yes I would advise reading the new rules carefully and be completely honest!
@@AImoney11 but if you use AI images and are completely honest, isn’t this going to lead to problems, even when we get our writing down to 100% human?
Thanks again for the question. I hope this doesn't lead to problems down the road But honestly it's hard to say. I believe Amazon is In a predicament having to deal with the heavy influx of low quality AI produced material. It's hard to say how they're going to deal with this problem in the end. But for now all you can do is make sure your content is high quality and be completely earnest.
@@AImoney11 Question, where do we disclose to Amazon that we used Leonardo AI images for our storybook?
Thank you so much for making these videos!
@@kalliegbrown During the upload process you will see the questions asking about AI produced content. You must fill these out to proceed. Thanks for the question and good luck!
I have a question! You said to upload your manuscript to Amazon. I have already designed my pages in Canva. I designed them the same as you would for a presentation video but just without the animation. Can I just upload that file to Amazon or do I have to arrange them in another format? I guess I just need to know what a manuscript is and how do I get my designs into one? I don't need a design template because mine are already designed. I just can't figure out what format I am looking for. Please help!
Manuscript just refers to the interior pages of your book,. The format is dependent whether you're creating a paperback, hardback or ebook. If your dimensions are correct you can attempt the upload and preview to see your results. Hope that helps!

Thank you for this awesome video. There is UNDETECTABLE AI which is to humanize AI generated content. Do you think it can pass Amazon KDP rules on AI-generated content ?
I wouldn't worry so much about Amazon detecting AI generated content anymore as their rules have evolved. Now it seems they just require that you disclose what artificial intelligence was used and how extensively. Thanks for the question!
Hi, thanks for your video. I am a reading tutor and want to write e books that i can sell ony website, can use the tools you used for that?
Yes, absolutely! Thanks for the question.
How much did all of these AI programs cost you? I know that there will be some costs up front, but would like a ballpark figure if someone wants to write more than 1 children's picture book. Thanks in advance, and thanks for the video!!
Thank you for the question! Actually the only paid tool used to create the book in the video was Canva and I pay $12 a month for their app. Although you will eventually want to upgrade to a paid tear in Leonardo AI or Midjourney. But honestly I run several digital products as well as coloring books and children's books and I do it all with a $12 subscription to Leonardo a i and a $12 subscription to Canva. Hope that helps and good luck!
Thanks!
You are very welcome! And thank you much for the support!
what is the format for the canva you started with to make the pages?
Not sure what you're after
Question why did you check Non-Classifiable? I have always thought you needed that to get in the Amazon search ranking along with the key words?
I checked non classifiable so as to keep the page count low. If you classify it then you'll need to have 72 pages in your book. This should have no effect on rank, as my understanding is ranking is a result of title, tags and description.
Who said Amazon will terminate your acc. In the listing process it asks you if you have used AI and to what degree. It does not terminate it just asks for declaration.
You are absolutely correct. I created this video before Amazon figured out exactly what they were going to do with AI produced content and we're banning accounts at that time.

Is it the same for low content book , will amazon terminate an account for using AI to generate coloring book for example?
It's actually not considered a low content book. Amazon's rules are evolving, now they require you to disclose if you use AI in the creation process and to what extent.. I haven't heard any more terminations as of recently. Thank you for the question and good luck!
App?
Good vid, but wil amazon not make a fuss about AI generated images?
No fuss, amazon's rules towards AI generated content have changed. Now they require you to disclose upon publishing what AI it was used in the creation of your book. Just be honest when answering those questions and you should be all set.
When I go to your bard link it keeps giving me Gemini instead. Is there another link, please? Thank you
Apparently Bard is now Gemini
So, I'm sorry Im confused. You create the book, but Amazon prints for you and send to the customers? Thank you for answering.
Thank you for your question and yes that is absolutely correct! Once someone purchases your book Amazon fulfills the order! They do of course charge for the printing cost which will be deducted from your profits. I hope that helps!
Another thing that the AI detector would have messed up real writers as well, because imagine if you try making a original book, but it's marked as plagiarism even though it comes from your mind,
It's good for one AI to help stop AI books, but also mess up the actual writers as well when it comes to "original"
I have an almost complete children’s story that I have written in my notebook. Can I insert the whole story in ChatGBT and then edit it from there??
You can't edit your text in Chat GPT but you can copy and paste into a doc and edit there.
Hi..i just subscribed to you channel yesterday, I am facing an issue in midjourney prompt where i am trying to write a storybook about my boy twins i have generated a photo in MJ from real picture i liked the results but MJ won't be able to maintain consistent character i would like to maintain throughout the story, is there any way i can do that, i have applied some of strategies spread out everywhere but non of them is working perfectly, any thoughts?😅
Hi..this is actually very difficult to do but i believe the best way in midjourney is to use a seed number. The only other way I know to get reliable results is using Leonardo AI. There you have the option to train your own model by feeding it reference images. Hope that helps and good luck!
@@AImoney11 I tried seeds it works but not all the time, then when I searched I found you talking about Leanardo, hope it will works, would help what a prompt I should use after uploading my reference photo or do you have a video how I can do that ?
@@ahmadmerei7979 No video on the subject 😅. Once you have a trained model you can prompt however you like but I will say the more images you train the model with the better your results will be. Feed it as many images of the subject at all different angles to achieve the best results. Also be sure to crop away anything except your primary. Good luck!
How do you keep the same main character's appearance on each page?
It's difficult to do but The most important thing is the prompt. You need the character to have a name and a very concise accurate description including eye color, skin color etcetera without being overcomplicated. And this should always come first before any action changes as the beginning of the prompt holds the most weight. My next video is actually strictly about generating consistent characters so stay tuned for my next release!
so will the costumer receive a physical copy off the book made by amazon or he will get only a digital version
In this case the customer will receive a printed paperback book but this can be converted to an E book and sold as well
Great video!
Two questions, amazon charges $.15 per downloaded megabytes, how can i make it smaller? My book is 30mb.
Giving amazon the publishing rights by allowing them to give you an ISBN sounds too bad for you, shouldn't you buy your own ISBN?
Thanks! For the first question you could attempt using some file compression software but these are normally paid and I would fear formatting issues... and for the second, yes, it would be in your best interest to purchase your own ISBN,.. that being said they can be quite pricey.
@@AImoney11 WOW! I appreciate your prompt response.
hi. awesome video. question if you have some idea to spare me... what if i already have my character? i have even made a doll out of it. how can i transfer him to the images of the book? take pictures of the doll behind a white/green background doing the poses i want? for example, the doll flying, sitting, etc. thanks in advance!
you can try working with Leonardo's image to image feature
So Leonardo automatically makes consistant characters or is there certain way to do it
The best way I've found to maintain consistent characters is by simply naming that character and including some specific characteristics within each prompt.. that being said it's a bit of trial and error, never usually perfect. Remember the first few words of your prompt are more heavily weighted than the rest. Good luck!

Will Amazon accept chat gpt images?
Are you allowed to use AI-generated illustrations? Should you give credit to the AI devices used in the credits of your book?
Yep you are absolutely allowed to use these images commercially and no I would advise against the artificial intelligence within the credits of your book. Within Amazon KDP during the upload process you will be Asked whether you used artificial intelligence or not, answer truthfully there and you're all set! Thanks
What amazing tutorial, thank you for your effort! By the way, what is the best size for a "landscape" printed book? I need a 2 pages story template. Can you help me?
Here's a good instructional video on the two page spread story books,..ua-cam.com/video/BzjTVcnRl4I/v-deo.htmlsi=Nwf0F5w5kpcCJOpX, Larger landscape book sizes, such as 11 x 8.5 and 12 x 9, are very visually striking, as they offer large expanses for the reader's eye to go across. This layout is also great for art, photo, and coffee table books that are intended to lay flat. Hope that helps and good luck!
Doing a small amount of research would help you.
I can write my own story; I am looking for ways to make illustrations only. I want to draw realistic illustrations of ancient people such as ancient Egyptians or Romans, etc, in realistic ancient settings. What AI program might work for me, that won't get me in trouble with Amazon?
You should be able to accomplish your goals within Leonardo ai.. Other free options I would recommend are bing's image creator and ideogram.ai. And don't worry about Amazon's AI rules. when you go to post your book it'll ask you what AI you used in the process, and as of now they are allowing AI Content without negative consequence. I hope this helps and good luck with your new book!

hi! I wish I'd found your video last week. My account was terminated the minute I had one book approved. Any suggestions what to do now? I've contacted and they simply say you've manipulated a kindle service which I don't even understand. All I did was upload a cute kids guided journal and it got approved but then realized some mistakes that KDP wouldn't let me change so I archived, fixed issues and re-uploaded but that made them terminate the account fully. Must have been the AI tracker, but they had questions asking have you used AI etc so I answered those... What would I do now? Any suggestions where to post that's as profitable? Thanks!
Wow sorry to hear that. I've never had the issue but I've seen horror stories dealing with the support. But yeah all you can do is contact support repeatedly until you get some kind of resolution. Ask for another platform there are many big publishers but you'll be paying to list through them and you have to have your own ISBN numbers that are costly , ETSY is unique in that sense.
@@AImoney11 thank you. I've contacted three times now and explained my case. I don't even know how they approved it the first time. I used a pen name and when it got approved, I was so excited and did a search to see how it would look like and couldn't find it. So I searched under the pen name and lo and behold some other seller had the same pen name so I thought ok, let me change. I'm mad because it's their fault to a point. Just like when you want to register a domain name, two can't have the same, they shouldn't permit pen names to match another. Do you think if I keep messaging it'll go anywhere? They replied saying "As per our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to terminate your account and Agreement at any time.
